Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of principal as a motivator in improving the professionalism of teachers' performance in SDN 2 kalirejo pesawaran. Data collection is done by conducting observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis used was qualitative descriptive analysis. The technique of checking the validity of the data used in this study is to use triangulation of sources, that is by comparing the data of observations with the data of interviews and comparing the results of interviews with the contents of a related document.The results of the study show: The role of Headmaster as a Motivator in Improving Teacher Professionalism at SDN 2 Kalirejo Includes: the principal is able to create harmonious working relationships among teachers, able to create harmonious relationships among employees able to apply reward principles, Punishment), able to apply / develop internal and external motivation for school residents. The Role of School Principal As a Motivator in Improving Teacher Professionalism at SDN 2 Kalirejo has been running well, although in the implementation there are still many obstacles and obstacles in each component of madrasa management field.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy Principal in improving the quality of learning in junior Nurul Islam Village Garuntang Earth Sane District of Bandar Lampung.Data analysis is descriptive qualitative analysis that emphasizes the meaning, reasoning, the definition of a given situation (in certain contexts) and describes what about the behavior of the object being studied. Data collector is observation, interview and documentation. As for the conclusions using inductive thinking approach is thought that departs from the facts or specific events later on the facts particular to be withdrawn generalizations that have common properties.Results and analysis can be concluded that the Headmaster had carried out various strategies to enhance the quality of learning in junior Nurul Islam Village Garuntang District of Earth Sane Bandar Lampung that motivate teachers to be creative and innovative in teaching and learning, include teacher training activities, workshops, seminars and others to increase the knowledge and insights of teachers in education, emphasized discipline in terms of utilization of time learning, creation of learning tools and clothing, supervision (supervision) in the preparation of learning tools as well as in the implementation of learning in the classroom and additional hours of special lessons for the subjects of Islamic education because material is vast.

Abstract

This study aims to improve creativity and student achievement in learning mathematics in class X MIPA MA Bahrul Ulum Jombang. In general, this study seeks to increase creativity and student achievement by using a cooperative type TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) model.This type of research is Class Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this research were 32 students of class X MIPA MA Bahrul Ulum. The object of this research is the implementation of mathematics learning using a cooperative type TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) model. This Classroom Action Research was conducted in 2 cycles, each of which consisted of 2 meetings. Data obtained from observation sheets, field notes, student creativity questionnaires, results of student and teacher interviews, cycle tests, and documentation.The results of the study showed that using a cooperative model type TAI (Team Assisted Individualization). Can improve creativity and student achievement. Student creativity seen from all indicators of creativity has increased. In the first cycle of 58%, the second cycle was 80%. Creativity can be seen from the ability to produce a lot of ideas, the ability to express various kinds of solutions to problems, the ability to find answers, tend to give more answers, respond to questions asked, have many questions, and be able to describe things in detail. Mathematics learning achievement of students experienced an increase seen from the average cycle test score in class X MIPA MA Bahrul Ulum, from 62.74 to 79.84. Student learning achievement can be achieved from the changes in actions taken by changing previous learning. Keywords: TAI, Creativity, Learning Achievement

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the implementation of Human Resource Management in SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan District Pesawaran. To know the successful implementation of Human Resource Management related to the development of teacher professionalism and discipline in order to improve the quality of education in SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan. This research is a qualitative field research with data collection techniques that are: observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis in this research is descriptive analysis technique.In implementing Human Resource Management, steps taken by SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan begins with planning everything that will be done in improving the quality of education, such as with the recruitment and selection of educators and education, then planning is organized according to the needs of the school. The next step is the implementation of a predetermined plan and guidance then supervision and evaluation is the final step in implementing Human Resource Management related to teacher professional development and discipline in order to improve the quality of education.Implementation of Human Resource Management in an effort to improve the quality of education in SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan Gedong Tataan District Pesawaran Regency has been quite successful in improving the quality of education. This is indicated by the passing rate of students who reach one hundred percent.

Abstract

His study aims to improve teacher performance in SMK YASMIDA Ambarawa Kab. Pringsewu through the application of Human Resource Management. This research is a qualitative research by using a benchmark as a barometer of truth. Objects studied at SMK YASMIDA Ambarawa Kab. Pringsewu. While the data collection techniques applied by using: Interview / interview to the principal, the division of questionnaires / questioners to students and teachers, as well as documentation as supporting research results. The analytical technique used by the authors in this study is descriptive qualitative analysis. From the analysis of the data can be concluded that: The results of research on the implementation process of Human Resource Management (MSDM) is Applying Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. Once known the application of POAC hence can be seen an improvement on teacher performance of SMK YASMIDA Ambarawa Kab. Pringsewu is calculated from 2014, 2015 and 2016. The improvement of teacher performance can be seen from the improvement of presentation of the results of implementation on each statement, with the final result obtained as follows: (a) the result of questionnaire distribution to students with the average obtained in the year 2014 with a presentation value of 62%, in 2015 with a presentation rate of 77% and in 2016 with an 89% presentation. (B) the results of questionnaire distribution to teachers with an average score obtained in 2014 with a presentation value of 60%, in 2015 with a presentation value of 68% and in 2016 with a presentation value of 89%.

Abstract

Based on the finding research, the implementation of ASSURE teaching model improves the active learning and achievement in civics of the student of class IV OF SD Negeri 3 Tanjung Bintang Element School. The increase of Students’ active learning can be seen from pre- research. It show that 50% Students are activite. In cycle 1, there are 67% students who are active. It increaces to 80% in cycle 2. The civics achievements of the students of class IV OF SD Negeri 3 Budi Lestari Tanjung Bintang Elementary School in the academik years of 2015/2016 is increased. The increase of students achievement can be seen in the pre research from teaching evaluation. It shows that the achievement of 12% of 25 students is increased. The increase in cycle 1 is 44& while 88% is in cycle 2.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe active learning strategy to increase the students’ achievement at IV grade in Baitul Jannah SDIT and to describe the implementation of active learning strategy in islamic education lesson in Baitul Jannah SDIT. The kind of this research is quantitative research with data collective isusing observation, interview and documentation. And for data analyze is using qualitative descriptive, that is not in numbers but words form, sentence or paraghraph in descriptive form. Based on the result of the research can be concluded that aplly of active learning strategy in learning process of islamic education lesson in Baitul Jannah SDIT had been run well. When in teaching learning process thathad been done in the clas, such as students are active to ask the question that they have not understand yet, active to do the task  that had been given by the teacher. Between the methodes that had been used in islamic education lesson in Baitul Jannlah SDIT that direct to active learning strategy is asking and answering method, demonstration method, guided teaching, jigsaw learning, sane age tutor, memorize, role play, demonstration, quiz, and others. The implemtation of active learning strategy in teaching learning process of islamic education lesson in Baitul Jannah SDIT gives the good result for example their score in raport book, beside of their good score with active learning strategy the islamic education lesson that delivered in the class can apply in daily activities such as students love to read quran, pray 5 times, duhha sunnah pray, and other religious activites in islam.

Abstract

The purpose of that is expected from this research is to find out the average difference between the students' ability to write descriptions of learning that using direct learning model with conventional ones, to know the effect of the interaction effect of the use of direct instructional model and the interest in writing to the ability to write descriptions that siswa.Penelitian conducted an experimental study. Data analysis or testing the hypothesis using Analysis of Variance (Anova) two paths followed by t test Dunnet.Penelitian experiments have been carried out concluded that on average the ability to write descriptions of students who use the direct learning model is higher than the average writing skills descriptions of students using model konvensional.Selain it is known that there is an interaction effect using a model of learning and interest in writing to the ability to write a description. Learning that using direct learning model to the students who have a high interest in writing, the average ability to write descriptions are higher than using conventional learning. There were no significant differences in average ability to write a description of your using direct and conventional learning in students who have a low interest in writing. Thus the direct learning model has a positive influence on learning, especially writing a description.

Abstract

Bonus Demografi merupakan fenomena kependudukan yang menarik untuk dikaji. Bonus demografi dapat memberikan berkah bagi bangsa Indonesia dan kesempatan besar untuk mengubah masa depan bangsa Indonesia. Bonus demografi merupakan periode emas atau generasi emas untuk mempersiapakan generasi baru dalam memasuki tahun 2045, ketika Indonesia memasuki satu abad kemerdekaannya. Bonus demografi ditandai dengan banyaknya usia produktif dari pada usia non produktif, dengan banyaknya usia produktif ini diharapkan dapat memajukan Indonesia  dengan cara mempersiapakan secara matang peluang yang akan muncul ketika fenomena bonus demografi salah satunya melalui sektor pendidikan. Pendidikan pada umumnya dan pendidikan islam pada khususnya mempunyai peranan sangat penting bagi kehidupan umat manusia agar manusia dapat mengarungi kehidupan di dunia dan memperoleh kemenangan yang hakiki. Era bonus demografi diharapkan para generasi muda tidak hanya memiliki kecerdasan dan produktifitas, akan tetapi juga harus memiliki karakter yang kuat. Melalui pendidikan islam diharapkan dapat membangu karater ( Caracter Building) yang membentuk generasi emas menjadi insan beriman, berpengetahuan tinggi, berakhlak mulia, tekun beribadah, berjiwa sosial, dan bertaqwa.

Abstract

Education obtained at an early age greatly affects the development of children both psychomotor development of the brain, and child behavior and achievement when entering adulthood, especially the reach the future of the nation as the next generation must be equipped with education and cultivation of humanity values and personality and karaktek. Equity of early childhood education in various regions is not evenly distributed there are only a few places for rural areas this is caused by the level of knowledge and insight parents who do not understand and the environment that affect. While for urban areas, especially people, the importance of early education because the level of understanding and intellectual is so high, it is a motivation for the government to commit to early childhood education so important to meet the needs of the community for education, policies that support this education has been issued basic law for the organizer, among others, the Decree of the Minister of Education, the Law on Education and the regional level by the Decree of the Head of Region. Government dalah this course can facilitate both building facilities and play facilities for children's games in the room and outdoor games.
