Abstract

Abstract:This research discuss the relation between teacher recruitment strategies and achievement awards toward work motivation at Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar with the aims: 1) to find out the teacher’s recruitment strategies at Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar; 2) to discover the teacher’s achievement awards Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar; 3) to determine the work motivation Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar; 4) to examine the correlation between teacherss recruitment and work motivation at Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar; 5) to examine the correlation between achievement awards and work motivation at Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar; and 6) to examine the correlation between the teacher’s recruitment, the achievement of work motivation toward work motivation at Sanggar Genius Yatim Mandiri Makassar. This research is a quantitative by ex post facto method. Instrument used is a questionarre than analyzed by using product moment correlation. This research indicate that: 1) the teacher’s recruitment strategy was in the very good category of the criteria set; 2) achievement awards for teachers were in the medium category 3) the teachers work motivation was in the medium category 4) the correlation between recruitment and selection of educators with work motivation showed a positive at a strong relation level; 5) the correlation between achievement awards for teachers with work motivation showed a positive and significant correlation at a moderate level of relation; 6) the correlation between recruitment and selection of teachers and achievement awards together with work motivation showed a positive and significant correlation at a strong relation level.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create an atmosphere of learning and learning process so that learners actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual power, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character and skills needed for him, nation society and country.The ideas mentioned above will only be implemented if education is really well implemented by those mandated to pursue such education, among others; parents, educators, community and government.With respect to education responsibilities, parents should be responsible for the implementation of education in the household, educators responsible for the ongoing education in schools/universities and the government is responsible for the implementation of the national education process.

Abstract

Abstrak: This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on the lecturers performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey research. Samples used a population sample that is taken from all of lectures (Fixed or not fixed) Faculty of Sains and Technology, Unira Malang as many as 24 people. Data analysis uses the prerequisite test and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the influence of leadership style and motivation of lecturers working on the lectures performance either partially or simultaneously. Based on the research we concluded that leadership style positive and significant effect on the lecturers performance. Work motivation no significant effect on the lecturers performance. Based on the f-test (simultaneously) note that the leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on the lecturers performance. Simultaneously leadership style and work motivation influence on the lecturers performance 83.5%, while 16.5% were influenced by variables or other factors not examined.

Abstract

In particular the duties and functions of educators and education staff are based on Law No. 14 of 2007, namely as agents of learning to improve the quality of national education, development of science, technology, art, and service to the community. In article 6, it is mentioned: the position of teachers and instructors as professionals to implement the national education system and realize the goals of national education, namely developing the potential of students to become human beings who believe and to God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, as well as being a citizen who is supported and responsible. Abstract

The objective of research is to analyze and to describe the implementation of School-Based Management (MBS) policy, the factors supporting and constraining the implementation of MBS policy, and the response of teachers to the implementation of MBS policy at Madrasah Aliyah in Luwu Utara District. The precise location of research is at MA Muhammadiyah Balebo, MA Al-Falah Lemahabang and MAN Luwu Utara. Research design is qualitative with descriptive method analysis through Edward III theory. Data collection techniques involve interview, observation and documentation. Data are subjected to the analysis which involves data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. The conclusion is managerial competence of principal and active participation of whole stakeholders, especially community with their moral and material supports based on demand of madrasah, are main factors to implement MBS policy.

Abstract

From the results of research on the impact of PAIKEM is sure to help teachers in teaching and learning activities, because teachers are not too difficult in delivering materials and teachers enjoy in learning because students are active, students are directed to more creative develop creativity, teachers only more assess the results of student performance. Impact PAIKEM for Students, they feel more comfortable, friendly, easier for them to channel talent, easier to absorb the lesson because of this exciting atmosphere turned out to be more attention from the teacher who educates them. In line with the above statement, From the results of the research suggests that the positive impact of PAIKEM ie students will vigorously follow the teaching and learning activities because creative teachers create an atmosphere that students are actively creative, so it can make students confidently appear in front of the public.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di SMP Negeri 1 Amali Kecamatan Amali Kabupaten Bone. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 11 tenaga kependidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Amali Kecamatan Amali Kabupaten Bone. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 11 tenaga kependidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Amali Kecamatan Amali Kabupaten Bone, dengan menggunakan total sampling atau mengambil keseluruhan populasi untuk dijadikan sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert tentang supervisi kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukan supervisi kepala sekolah berada pada kategori sedang dengan nilai mean 66,18  dengan persentase tertinggi 63,64% dan disiplin kerja pegawai berada pada kategori sedang dengan nilai mean 95,72 dengan persentase tertinggi 72,7%. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial menunjukan nilai , dengan taraf signifikan 5%, demikian tidak terdapat pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di SMP Negeri 1 Amali Kecamatan Amali Kabupaten Bone.

Abstract

This study discusses the family communication strategy in overcoming juvenile delinquency (motorcycle gang case study) in Manuba Village, Mallusetasi Subdistrict, Barru Regency, with the main problem is how the family communication strategy is used to tackle juvenile delinquency (motorcycle gang case study) and what are the inhibiting factors communication strategy for families in overcoming juvenile delinquency in Manuba Village, Mallusetasi Subdistrict, Barru Regency. Data analysis techniques, data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results showed that the strategy of family communication in overcoming juvenile delinquency in Manuba Village, Mallusetasi Subdistrict, Barru Regency was face-to-face communication with dialogue/discussion methods, role models and habits, attention and methods of advice. The barriers to communication between parents and adolescents are internal and external barriers. Internal barriers are personality factors while external barriers are environmental factors of society and excessive use of cell phones.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the impact of work motivation on teacher’s performance at the MTsN (State Islamic Senior High School) in Bontotiro District Bulukumba Regency. This research is a quantitative study with the ex post facto method. The participants of this research were 67 teachers from MTsN in Bontotiro District. The method of data collection used was questionnaire then the data were analyzed by using regression analysis to test the research hypothesis. The result of this study showed that: 1) the teacher’s work motivation at MTsN in Bontotiro District was in medium category indicating that the teachers work motivation still need to be improved; 2) the teacher’s performance at MTsN in Bontotiro District was in a medium category indicating that the teacher’s performance was not optimal so it still needs to be improved; and 3) the teacher’s work has significant effect on the teacher’s performance at MTsN in Bontotiro District. Thus, the high strength of the teacher’s performance is determined by the strong of weak motivation it possesses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of professionalism of religious teachers on the character education of students at SDIT Mitra Cendekia Indonesia Setu Tangerang Selatan, Banten. SDIT grade VI students totaling 30 people are the subject of research. This research uses two kinds of variables namely 1) free variable: professionalism of religious teachers , 2). Student character education. Data retrievel is obtained by using questionnaire with likers scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis to calculate the mean, median, standard deviation. As for hypothesis using simple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination to know percentage of professionalism teachers adherent to the character education of students. The results of research indicate that there is a positive and sufficient influence between teachers professionalism to character aducation. I can be see from the t count > t table ( 2,948 > 2,04).
