Abstract

 The Engel Granger Test is a method to indicate the possibility of a short-term and long-term relationship between economic variables as required by economic theory. In the concept of cointegration, two variables non-stationary will be cointegrated when the combination is linear as well. The purpose of this study is to apply the test cointegration and test of Engel Granger causality to see whether there is a relationship of short-term and long-term interest rate, exchange rate, and stock market returns in Indonesia Stock Exchange before and after crisis Monetary Indonesia. This research used time series data of interest rate, exchange rate, and stock market return. The result showed that there is long-term equilibrium relationship between stock return variables, interest rates and exchange rate on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The stock return has a short-term and long-term impact on the exchange rate in the Indonesian capital market. The development of the exchange rate before economic crisis of 1993-1997 showed a relatively stable condition. However, since the end of 1997 until the year 2015 showed a relatively unstable condition, increased and decreased. Similarly, the development of stock returns and savings interest rates increased and decreased over time. In other words the movement of these three data indicates high volatility, making it difficult to predict the movement of these variables.Keywords: cointegration, causality of engel granger, time series, interest rate,                   exchange rate, and stock market return

Abstract

The Achievement of organizational goals,depends on the discipline of work,supported by the best morale and high a rousal that is the basisof success or failure of organizational purpose. The Employee discipline is strongly influenced by the ability to communicate between each element, because the discipline is closely related to the delivery of rules and sanctions that is accompanied by aprocess of coaching and supervision. This means, The delivery process that is not accompanied by the ability to communicate will result in not maximal achieved objectives. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is a significant effect of communication on employee discipline PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Bandar Lampung. The Research used two variables, the independent variable (X) is the communication variables and the dependent variable(Y) is the discipline of work. From data analysis to prove the hypothesis, researcher found an answer that There is significant. relationship between communication variables (X) on employee discipline(Y) in PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Bandar Lampung. This is evidenced by t-coun tgreat erthan the value. oft-table. Regression calculation results obtain edt-count for communication variables (X) of 3.023is greater than the valuet-tabel2.042, meaning that communication (X) have significant effect on employee discipline(Y) in PT. Jamsostek(Persero) Bandar Lampung. Large coefficient(b) the positive value in dicates that the communication variables (X) significant effect on employee discipline (Y) in environments PT. Jamsostek (Persero). The coefficient value of0.843 means that if the communication variables (X) rose by 1 percent, the employee discipline(Y) in PT. Jamsostek(Persero) Bandar Lampung in creased by0,843 percent.Key Word : communication, discipline

Abstract

This study examined the effect of authentic leadership on hope, trust in leaders and positive emotions. In addition, this research also tested influence of hope, trust in leaders and positive emotions on organizational commitment. This research conducted in survey research framework with cross-sectional data type. Total of 140 respondents completed the questionnaire with self-administered survey. The Authentic Leadership Questionnaire (ALQ), State Hope Scale, The Trust in Management Scale, Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (HEAT-Short Version), and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire were used to measure the variables involved. Hypothesis testing with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) shows several findings. The results showed a positive and significant effect of authentic leadership with hope, trust in leaders and positive emotions. Positive influence is also shown in the trust on a leader to organizational commitment. While the positive influence of hope and positive emotions towards organizational commitment is not supported. Keywords: authentic leadership, organizational commitment, hope, trust, positive emotion

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work discipline and compensation on employee performance and analyze the dominant variables that affect employee performance at PT. Bukadri Vision Balikpapan. This type of research method is quantitative and uses a sample of 46 people. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous leadership style, work discipline and compensation affect employee performance. Partially, leadership style variables have no effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. Compensation has no effect on employee performance. Based on these results, the variable that has the most dominant influence is work discipline.Keywords - Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Compensation

Abstract

 Investment is a sacrifice performed by an investor, regardless of the gender of those investors because they expect is to get benefits in the future. Therefore, investment decisions are taken by an investor should be with careful consideration. Behavior of a much needed investors in taking the decision to invest. Many factors influence the decisions of investors in investing. One of the factors that affect the behavior of investors, namely factors of psychology. The purpose of this research was to describe the behavior of investors in the capital markets Shariah Muslim women in Lampung. Then the next will be in related analysis how the behavior of Muslim investors against investment decision-making. Population and sample in this research is the Muslim investors invest on Sharia capital market in Lampung. The results of this research show that the Muslim investors invest on Sharia capital market in Lampung dare to take risks when investing in syariah capital market in Lampung. Investors in the capital markets Shariah Muslim women in Lampung likely not behaved social interaction, but Muslim investors are more likely to behave emotion, familiarity and representativeness. Keywords — Behavior of Muslim Investors, Investment Decisions and Psychological Factors ABSTRAK Investasi merupakan suatu pengorbanan yang dilakukan oleh seorang investor, tanpa melihat gender dari investor tersebut karena yang mereka harapkan adalah untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dimasa depan. Oleh karena itu keputusan investasi, yang diambil oleh investor harus dengan pertimbangan yang matang. Perilaku seorang investor sangat dibutuhkan dalam mengambil keputusan berinvestasi. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan investor dalam berinvestasi. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku investor yaitu faktor psikologi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan perilaku investor muslimah pada pasar modal syariah di Lampung. Kemudian selanjutnya akan di analisis terkait bagaimana perilaku investor muslimah terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah para investor muslimah yang berinvestasi pada pasar modal syariah di Lampung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  investor  muslimah yang berinvestasi pada pasar modal syariah di Lampung berani untuk mengambil risiko saat berinvestasi pada pasar modal syariah di Lampung. Investor  muslimah pada pasar modal syariah di Lampung cenderung   tidak   berperilaku   social   interaction,   akan   tetapi   investor muslimah lebih cenderung berperilaku emotion, familiarity dan representativeness. Kata Kunci — Perilaku investor muslimah, keputusan investasi dan faktor psikologis.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to empirically demonstrate the influence of the implementation of tax audit and tax penalties application on corporate tax payers compliance at KPP regional offices in Bandar Lampung. The variables in this research consisted of the dependent variable corporate taxpayers compliance (Y) and the independent of variables, tax audit (X1) and tax penalties (X2).The population of this research is functional tax officials and tax inspectors listed in KPP regional offices in Bandar Lampung as 48 tax employees. The sample was taken by purposive sampling method that was as 45 tax officials. Method of data collection was structured questionnaires, and method of analysis of this research is multiple regression. The validity test were performed using an analysis of product moment and calculations using SPSS version 20.The results of this research are that the implementation of tax audit and application, tax penalties have an effect on corporate taxpayers compliance at KPP regional offices in Bandar LampungKeywords:tax audit, tax penalties, corporate taxpayers compliance

Abstract

Problems that occurred in PT. Bank Panin Bandar Lampung is less effective office promotion system and can be seen on the assessment of employee results in the period 2016 is still the low responsibility of employees to their duties. This study aims to determine whether there is influence seniority on a promotion of positions, to determine whether there is an influence of work performance on promotion positions, to determine whether there are influence seniority and job performance on promotion positions. The object of research taken is PT. Bank Panin Bandar Lampung. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with the assosiative method. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Bank Panin Bandar Lampung as many as 149 people. The sample in this research is as much as 99 respondents. Sempel sampling method is by using probability sampling by using technique stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test. The results showed that the Seniority and Achievement of Work have a significant effect on Promotion Position on Employees PT. Abstract

This article reviews the theory of Keynes relating to monetary policy, management of long-term debt, and liquidity of investment funds as written by Geoff Tilly in 2006 with entitled Keynes's Theory of Liquidity Preference and His Debt Management and Monetary Policies, and taken from the Cambridge Journal of Economics , Volume 30, pages 657-670.Results and conclusions derived from these journals is that the macro-economic conditions of country are determined by the long-term interest rates that may affect directly to investment, growth, and the unemployment rate.In this article also carried out a critical and review of the journal. The results of the review are agreed that the monetary policy of the government to stabilize the macro-economic conditions not necessarily be a panacea in solving the problems of macro-economy of country. This means that the macro policies of a general nature is not always a way out for resolving the problem, therefore it need  a sensitivity policy to solve problems, especially policies issued by factor conditions / situations, geographical, historical, and of course the factors of uncertainty of the country.Keywords: Keynes  theory, liquidity, debt management, and monetary policy

Abstract

Financial statements Bekjorindo Paryaweksana a commercial financial statements in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards (IFRSs) in 2004 while the fiscal financial statements based on the tax rules berlaku.Pada financial statements of PT. Paryaweksana Bekjorindo is unknown pakah company has adopted SFAS no. 46 of 2004 regarding income tax accounting, the accounting treatment after deferred tax is carried out by the company if it is implemented or not and after application of deferred tax if the income earned into small or large.The aim of the event is to demonstrate empirically about the accounting treatment of deferred tax and after the presentation in the financial statements PT.Bekjorindo Paryaweksana Lampung.Method used is quantitative analysis by calculating deferred income taxes according to year-on-year due to the timing differences are that in 2003 there were deferred tax liabilities amounting to Rp. 483,881.00 while in 2004 there were deferred tax assets amounting to Rp. 169,399.00 and in 2005 amounted to Rp. 793,369.00  Keywords: Tax, Deferred Tax, Fiscal

Abstract

Human resources should not only be viewed as an object , but also a subject in the process of achieving organizational goals / agencies . The condition is a challenge to increase the role of human resources in particular employees of PT . Miki Oleo , to be able to utilize a variety of conditions and overcome challenges or obstacles in the atmosphere of a rapidly changing nation . Supervision is the execution of tasks can be executed according to plan and the legislation in force . It is hoped that the weaknesses and deficiencies in the work can be optimally repaired , so that in the future can be achieved better employment outcomes . Without intensive supervision feared many employees that work are not responsible . Supervised have prevented the emergence of cheating and misappropriation and leakage due to abuse of authority that will ultimately harm . There are variants or other factors that affect the relationship between supervision and discipline of work either individually or jointly with job performance . There is a positive relationship between supervision and discipline of working with job performance either individually or jointly , or in other words in PT . Miki Oleo , Ha relationship between supervision and discipline of working with job performance either individually or jointly received and tested . The relationship between supervision and discipline of working with performance of work under the supervision of labor discipline is strong enough and the relationship between the discipline of working with performance of work under the supervision of the surveillance isstrong.Keywords : Employee Performance , Monitoring and Discipline Work Company
