Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate on employee performance at PT. Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Unit Metro, so it can be obtained the actual experience of the problems faced by PT. Bank Danamon Metro Unit and can be used as consideration to address the problems faced by PT. Bank Danamon Metro Unit. In this study, data analysis tool used is validity, reliability, simple linear regression, and t test. Methods of data collection was obtained from primary data sourced directly from employees working at PT. Bank Danamon Metro units totaling 35 people. From the results, a simple regression equation Y = 28,466 + 0,549X. Constant value (a) is 28,466 means if the value of variable X has not changed one unit, it will affect employee motivation of 28,466 units. Organizational culture variable coefficient value is 0,549, meaning that whenever there is a change of 1 unit, then it will affect the motivation of employees amounted to 0,549 units. From the results, the results of the t test of 8.128 indicates that the variable performance of employees affected by organizational climate variables.Keywords: Organizational Climate and Performance.

Abstract

Universities on the creation of labor gave the significant role, so the effect on the increasing numbers of workers. If the number of workers and jobs are not balanced, then the unemployment and economic inequality will become an increasingly urgent problem to be resolved. The number of entrepreneurs in a region that is minimal, describes the low competitiveness owned. In supporting the emergence of high competitiveness, function and the role of educators to be more active in providing motivation for learners to become entrepreneurs is indispensable. College as one of the means and facilitating role in shaping the young generation has an obligation to train and motivate the students to give to become savvy generation, independent, creative, innovative and able to create business opportunities. Thus, every college immediately towards sole discretion to balance between higher education research institutions with entrepreneurs forming institutions. Alumni are required to be innovative and creative in terms of their personal development through the creation of level playing field, so that future expected with extensive job creation, economic growth in the region will increase.Keywords: educators, labor, entrepreneurial

Abstract

The regulation regarding civil servants is generally not different from the previous regulation as it is stipulated in the Act on The Principles of The Employee Affair with its regulations, implementations, and improvements of the Human Resource Management aspects i.e., recruitments and selections, career trainings and developments, placements of positions, performance appraisals, discipline and neutrality, salary and benefits, social security, until terminations. However, this is not stipulated in Government Employees and Work Agreement. In addition, The Draft of Government Regulation on Government Employees and Work Agreement Management has not been formally ratified and published into Government Regulation. The discussion in preparing a draft of the Act on the State Civil Apparatus raised the issues on the non-civil servant professionals whose their expertise was needed but they could not be recruited as a civil servant due to the personnel administration requirements, particularly on ages that were more than 35 years old. The purpose of establishing Government Employees and Work Agreement is to recruit the best citizens who are administratively not considered as the civil servant seen on ages. The categorization of Government Employees and Work Agreement and Civil Servants does not have an obvious concept so that it is necessary to revise the Act on State Civil Apparatus by considering the personnel transition method.Keywords - Government Employees and Work Agreement, Employee Affair, Recruitment

Abstract

This article presents literature study based on the capital market that is derived from various sources of books, study the papers from 10 international journals that published between the years 1997-2012, identify gaps on the existing literature and indicate the future research for researchers. This article provides the study of the literature with comprehensive and makes a critical analysis of the insider trading in the stock market. Abstract

In Indonesia, there are some cities that have relatively large number of MSMEs. One city that has a large percentage of MSMEs is Cimahi City in West Java Province Based on regional MSMEs mapping and product type, cluster of SMEs Cimahi City is divided into 4 parts, namely food and beverage clusters, fashion cluster, cluster craft and information technology cluster. UMKM Johnny Walker Leatherworks is one type of business engaged in the field of handmade located at Jalan Kihapit No. 84 Leuwigajah Village, South Cimahi Sub-district, Cimahi City. The purpose of research has been done is to see how far the implementation of an operating strategy in the production activities of a UMKM. The type of research used is qualitative research. Technique of taking data is done by using observation and interview. Based on the discussion that has been done results obtained as follows that the operation strategy that has been done by UMKM Johny walker Leatherworks has a positive impact but as an evaluation of the implementation of the strategy is that UMKM Johny Walker Leatherworks MSME should start designing the right operating strategy to reach  Cimahi City market Keywords: Operation Strategy

Abstract

The complaint provided by the customer in the use of the product or service is a feedback on the quality of products or services used by customers. The more complaints provided by the customer requires extra attention for any company that received complaints for repair in the manufacture of products or services. Student complaints with the service provided is important because increased revenues resulted in the displacement of students getting higher. Fakor physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and empathy (X5) in the handling of complaints is important that students feel the complaint was well received. Trust and commitment to student education service users to be very important to maintain the image of universities in society.Services in education is an essential element for the creation of a conducive academic atmosphere for the implementation of a successful learning process. In educational institutions excellent service to students is one of the factors that need to be considered well to maintain smooth student study. The purpose of this study to find out how how empathy psychological influence on the trust and commitment of students with explanatory research method by conducting a survey to students in private universities in Bandar Lampung.Results from this study is the physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and empathy (X5) have positive influence and significant impact on the trust and commitment of students, which is given by the supervisor of academic, education personnel, as well as other lecturers provide confidence and commitment to the students that the complaint was handled well and menndapatkan appropriate solutions. The most dominant variable is a variable that affects empathy.Keywords: Complaints, Confidence, Commitment

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of disclosure on information asymmetry, the influence of information asymmetry on stock returns and the influence of disclosure on stock returns. The unit of analysis used is all existing manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study used descriptive verifikatif method with quantitative approach, partial least square statistical approach. The results of this study indicated that the increasing voluntary disclosure occured significantly influenced information asymmetry with a negative coefficients direction. Information asymmetry significantly influenced stock return with negative coefficient direction. Voluntary disclosure influenced stock return with positive coefficient direction. A Better supervision and motivations are needed so that the company's management disclose information exceed the requirements made by the regulator in order to generate benefit for investors as well as for the company. Keywords: voluntary disclosure, information asymmetry, investment, stock, manufacture.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate and examine the influence of price and consumer characteristics toward the purchasing decision at Data.Com Computer Kota Pangkalpinang.This research is a descriptive and quantitative research. The method of sampling used in this research is the nonprobability sampling, particularly the accidental sampling. The population of this study is the consumer of Data.Com Computer Kota Pangkalpinang. The samples of this study are 138 people who are taken by using Sevilla Slovin formula with 5% error margin. The data analysis was conducted through descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t-test, F-test, multiple regression analysis and determination coefficient (R2).            The result of the research shows that partially the price variable has 1.182 positive effect with t-test of 23.679 1.65 t-table at significance level of 0.000 0.05 toward the purchasing decision, and consumer characteristic variable has 0.037 positive effect with t-test of 5.650 1.65 t-table at significance level of 0.000 0.05 toward the purchasing decision. Simultaneously, the price variable and consumer characteristic have positive and significant effect toward the purchasing decision with F-test of 1070.838 3.06 F-table at significance level of 0.000 0.05. The adjusted R-square is 0.940 which means that 94% of purchasing decision can be explained or influenced by the price and consumer characteristic variables, while the remaining 6% of purchasing decision are influenced by other variables which are not studied in this research.  Key words –price, consumer characteristics, purchasing decision.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze and know the Samsung and Asus amartphone product attribute positioning map based on consumers’  perception in Bandar Lampung. The Basis used to map smartphone products was consumers’ perception to the similarity of shape, feature, work quality, quality image, endurance, validity, repairation, style and design in each of smartphones. The analysis technique used was Multidimensional Scalling through SPPS 21.0. The samples in this research was 100 respondents in Bandar Lampung through purposive sampling method. The data obstained was tested using by MDS analysis to know the validity and reability. Based on the analysis result there were similarity on each of smartphone attributes, they such as shape, work quality endurence, validity, style and design. The attribute was not similar were feature and repair based on consumers’ perception. The result of consistency and respondent behavior similarities showed that respondents didn’t  have the behavioral similarity in evaluating each of smartphone products.Key Word: Product Atrribute, Positioning Map, Samsung, Asus, Multidimensional Scaling

Bank represent industrial company of service of because its product only give service activities to society, others also the bank represent service industries which its operational activity buy or sell banking service. In the world of banking specially the bank, owning good reputation or image represent very important factor because good image will give assorted of benefit. Putative bank will push client to use product in this case the service which there have in the bank. Writer limit research only at quality factor of service to Loyalitas of Cutomer PT. Savings Bank State (BTN) of Office Of Branch of Port Float. This Research aim to to know the level of influence of Quality of Service to Loyalitas of Cutomer of at PT. Savings Bank State ( BTN) of Office Of Branch of Port Float. Result of solution of influence of Quality of service to loyalitas of client PT. Savings Bank of State Branch Port Float obtained by Variable of service of t count (5446) t of is tables of (1,75), its meaning is Ho refused and Is ha accepted, its conclusion there are influence of between service to loyalitas of client PT. Savings Bank of State Branch Port Float. Influence Or regresi of between quality of service to loyalitas of client PT. Savings Bank of State Branch Port Float equal to 0,806, while pursuant to value of R Square (R2) of equal to 0,650 that statistically the level of influence of quality of service to loyalitas give contribution of equal to 65%.
