Abstract

The research aims to find out that independent work training can improve the performance of Ki Hajar Dewantara PKBM learning residents, Ngronggot District, Nganjuk Regency. One of the efforts to improve the performance of learning citizens is through self-employed training which starts from the problem, so the point to be revealed in this study includes the implementation process that is used to support the successful implementation of the training with several stages, namely, identification and determination of training needs , the purpose of shared motivation, the purpose of teaching materials, time efficiency, study funds, training venues, supporting facilities, learning resources, learning atmosphere, supporting factors, and evaluation. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is interview observation and documentation study.From the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the implementation of self-employment training for Learning Citizens is Performance.seen from the comparison between changes in learning residents before attending self-employment training and after attending training there is an increase in performance seen from performance achievement indicators. What supports the achievement of the effectiveness of self-employment training in improving performance is good cooperation between tutors and good training participants, very high motivation and enthusiasm of Learning Citizens for self-employment training, as well as support from the local community. Abstract

Education is regarded as the crucial strategy in human power because the mayor attention of educational institute is how to enable the learners as the output to do something based on their own capability. Unfortunately, the education has not had the ability to face this challengeing work. School education, based on its characteristics, is not appropriate for all people from various age. So, it is difficult for a school education to fulfill the expectation of preparing human power maximally, especially to improve countryside people. Developing non-formal educational system may be an right choice for it. The problem is that there are still many non-formal learning activities use the school approach which in turns, will not improve the people. The non-fomal learning activities that can improve people who involve in it, are those which can be applied in all program dimensions, that is having mini and homogenous groups, switching responsibilities, having leadership of learners, "outsiders" as facilitators, and democratization.

Abstract

The motive of this research was the success of Hairstyle Traineeship ( Yunior Stylist ) which were marks by the succeeded of the trainees getting into workforce environment and their ability to open their own Hairstyle Shop. The success suspected to be not only by an excellent way of managing the hairstyle and beauty traineeship ( Yunior Stylist ) at the UPT BLK Lubuk Sikaping however it is observed from the aspects of planning, realisation, evaluation and implementation of the traineeship. This research is a Qualitative descriptive research that generates Data that describes the Who, What and where of an events or experiences from a subjective perspective. The subject in the research are the program manager ( trainer ) and the trainee of the Hairstyle traineeship ( Yunior Hairstyle ) ar the UPT  BLK Lubuk Sikaping. The technique utilised in the collection of Data was Data Saturation which consisted of 5 Training Program Manager and 16 of trainees. Data collection technique utilised within the research was questionare, however the data collection tool used in the research was based on a statement with a simple yes/no questionare. As for data analysis technique used is percentage formula. The outcome of the research are showed that: 1) The traineeship planning program was appropriately to what the trainee needs, 2) The knowledge and skills were given to the trainee are accordingly to what they needs, 3) The trainee are able to understand the theory and and practical based on the purpose of the traineeship, 4) The trainee are able to implement the technique of hairstyling ( Yunior Stylist ).

Abstract

The background of this research is the low gross motor development of children in Kurnia Asy Syifa Islamic Kindergarten, this is suspected because it has something to do with children's playing opportunities that are low. This study aims to: 1) describe children's play opportunities; 2) describe the development of gross motor skills of children; and 3) looking at the relationship between children's play opportunities and gross motoric development of children in the Islamic Kurnia Asy Syifa Kindergarten. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational descriptive techniques. The research population was all parents of students at Kurnia Asy Syifa Islamic Kindergarten, totaling 25 people and all populations were used as samples. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and Spearman rho correlation. The results showed that: (1) children's playing opportunities were categorized as very low, (2) children's gross motor developmentwas categorized as very low, (3) there was a significant relationship between children's playing opportunities and children's gross motoric development in Kurnia Asy Syifa Islamic Kindergarten. It is suggested that parents can identify their children's motoric development and provide opportunities for children to develop their children's gross motor skills, one of which is through play activities. Abstract

This research is inspired with the aid of housewives who take benefit in their free time by means of processing strong waste into multipurpose items. The aim is to improve the abilities of housewives through training sports so we can boom know-how, increase circle of relatives earnings and enhance the welfare of the Tualang Village network. The purpose of this have a look at is to explain the education of woven strapping talents in phrases of the process, blessings, as well as supporting and inhibiting elements in accomplishing education. This research is a research the use of a qualitative method, with the studies method is a case study. Abstract

The dynamics of non-formal education supervision in Indonesia and other developing countries involve various institutions, stakeholders and policy changes that can affect its implementation. Innovations in non-formal education supervision, such as the use of technology, community involvement and participatory approaches, can help improve the effectiveness of non-formal education supervision. In its implementation, challenges and problems in non-formal education supervision include limited resources, the diversity of non-formal education institutions, changes in policies and regulations, and community understanding and concern that need to be overcome. Solutions to overcome the challenges of non-formal education supervision involve improving the competence of supervisors, optimizing existing resources, involving the community, adapting changes in policies and regulations, and cooperation between supervision agencies, non-formal education institutions, government and related stakeholders.

Abstract

This research is motivated by using the low subject of college students at Surau Tahfidz Al Jihad Jorong Salimpek. Allegedly because of the low pedagogic competence of educators. The aims of this study were to: (1) see the outline of the pedagogical competence of educators at Surau Tahfidz Al Jihad (2), see the outline of pupil subject at Surau Tahfidz Al Jihad and (3) discover the connection between the pedagogical competence of educators and the subject of students at Surau Tahfidz Al Jihad. This form of studies is descriptive correlational with a quantitative technique. The populace of this take a look at was fifty six humans and a sample of 28 humans with stratified random sampling technique. Abstract

This research is motivated by the empowerment of women farmer groups in the community. The aim is to improve skills and increase community knowledge through women farmer groups so that they can help with daily needs and increase people's income and improve the welfare of the people of Sawahpadang Aua Kuniang village. The purpose of this study is to see the process of empowering women's farmer groups in edelweiss women's farmer groups, and the impact of empowering women's farmer groups.This research is based on a qualitative approach with case study research. The sources of data in this study were the chairperson, secretary, treasurer, and members of the Edelweiss Women's Farmers Group. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validation technique uses triangulation.The results of the research show that (1) the process of empowering women farmer groups has 3 stages, starting from the awareness stage, the capacity stage, and the power-giving stage, (2) the impact of empowering women farmer groups is that the community has practiced in the yard of their homes to plant useful plants. for daily needs, can also be used by the community to increase income. It is recommended that all those involved in the edelweiss farmer women's group can further develop their skills so that they can enter the market area and can prosper family life.Keywords: Empowerment, Women Farmer Group

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of English training participants at LKP Hazika Education Center Padang. The aims of this research are to find out (1) to describe Andragogy Competence, (2) To describe the learning outcomes of English training participants at LKP Hazika Education Center Padang, (3) To see the relationship between Instructor Andragogy Competence and Learning Outcomes of English Training Participants. at LKP Hazika Education Center Padang. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive correlational research. The population of this study was the participants of the English language training at LKP Hazika Education Center Padang, totaling 30 people and a sample of 65%, namely 20 people using the Stratifed Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire and the tool used is a list of questions. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and the Spearmen Rho formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Instructor Andragogy Competence at LKP Hazika Education Center Padang is categorized as low. 2) Learning outcomes of English training participants at LKP Hazika Education are still low. 3) there is a significant relationship between the relationship between the Instructor's Andragogy Competence and the Learning Outcomes of English Training Participants at LKP Hazika Education Center Padang. The suggestion of this research is to the managers of the course and training institutions to further improve the quality of learning in English language training. To instructors in order to improve competence as educators, especially andragogy competence in English language training.Keywords: Andragogy Competence, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to explain: (1) community participation in terms of education on the development of LKP Bougenville Lubuk Basung in the form of financial participation, academic participation, cultural participation and evaluative participation (2) The level of community participation in education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method based on Creswell's theory. The research setting was carried out at LKP Bougenville which is located on Jl. Gajah Mada Hilir Pasar, Lubuk Basung, Agam District, West Sumatra Province . Sources of data in this research are managers, instructors, LKP Bougenville employees, community, community leaders and alumni of course participants. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In this study, the data validity technique used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) community participation in terms of education on the development of LKP Bougenville Lubuk Basung has been carried out well. This can be seen from several aspects, such as participation in financial activities in the form of funding for educational activities for courses required by LKP Bougenville. Academic participation in the form of the role of parents in encouraging and motivating and facilitating their children during the education process. Cultural community participation in the form of voluntary promotion of the success of the program at LKP Bougenville. Evaluative participation in the form of community involvement in controlling the implementation of education, so that the community can provide feedback and assessments of the performance of educational institutions. (2) The implementation of the level of community participation in education at LKP Bougenville is at a strong level at the Partnership level.
