The current Internet usage is increasing. This becomes an attraction for investors to develop a virtual world business. The term e-commerce is a web application sites that provide business services. Increased transaction penjulan virtual world inviting people to commit a crime. The difficulty of detecting sites that indicated fraud and lax government regulations become obstacles in memberatas crime in cyberspace. One type of crime that often occurs is a fraud transaction. Variety crimes committed in fraud transaction is the purchase of goods that are not in accordance with the order (specification drawings), goods that were never sent, or the goods are delivered in damaged condition etc. To overcome these necessary precautions. One of them is building a website application assistance Protection (PAW) which can provide information about the legality of an e-commerce site. Basic web quality assessment using the method and problem-solving techniques using decesion tree method. While tTahap software development using Web Development Life Cycle. PAW is an application that contains questions that lead to the testing of e-commerce sites. PAW can be an effective detection applications. The application interface currently used by Indo Global Mandiri University was designed for wide screen on desktop and laptop computers.When the application opens on a smaller screen smartphone and or tablet, app components, such as combo boxes, tables, etc. cut off on the right side so users have to shift it horizontally to the left. In addition, the displayed text is hard to read because of its smaller size. Indeed, users can zoom in but as a result the text is not displayed intact, there is a section of text that is cut off because of the limited screen. Users should not only shift the view vertically, but also horizontally. This certainly reduces the convenience of using the application. Therefore, for smartphone and tablet users, the app needs to be remodeled by adjusting its interface so it is more convenient and easier to use. The size and resolution of smartphones and tablet screens that are very diverse is a challenge in itself. The built interface must dynamically adjust the display format automatically according to the screen size and resolution. The design approach is usually by: (1) responsive design, or (2) adaptive design. The application will be built using a combination of both by optimizing the size and resolution of the existing screen so it is expected that the resulting interface provides convenience for the user. Coding uses Java programming language with Android Studio IDE 3. Applications can be used by UIGM lecturers as alternatives of existing applications.Keywords : User interface, Responsive design, Adaptive design

Healthy life is not only oriented to physical health in the human body, but mental health is also important to keep the soul is not disturbed. Many people have psychiatric disorders, but they ignore it, so his mental health becomes a nuisance. People who have mental disorders also have difficulty for treatment. They must find the experts who are experts in mental disorder, and seek solutions to his recovery. It all costs a lot. Along with the advance of development technology, it can be made an application to help us to diagnose psychiatric disorders in humans so that patients with psychiatric disorders can make the initial diagnosis without having to come to the experts. This research is doing psychological system design. This study consists of data analysis conducted by collecting data obtained from psychology books or related to medical science related to psychology. Then from the data obtained successfully then translated into a graph of knowledge, decision tables, and decision trees. The use of forward chaining method in designing the development of the premise, namely reasoning first, and then testing the truth of the hypothesis. The result of this research is the design of expert system of psychological disorder diagnosis which in the next research can be developed into the final application that can be applied and used by the public.Keywords : Expert System, Psychiatric Disorder, Forward Chaining, Designing

Gathering for informations today can be classified as a primary need. Various kinds of activities can be done using technology, especially smartphones, for example, learning, interacting with other people, searching for information, or just for entertainment. There are many kinds of activities and many variety to access them. So it cannot be done all at once in a practical way, we need a solution to be able to carry out these activities at once with easy access. The above issue is one of the problems which is faced by the University of Indo Global Mandiri (UIGM). In order for learning and getting information can be done at once and easily accessible, then the researcher do research that aims to build applications Informatics Student Center (ISC) which is developed by using the Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) consisting of several phases, such as requirements, planning, iteration initialization, design, implementation, and system testing. ISC applications using the Android operating system, built with the collaboration of the Java language, PHP, and MySQL database. In addition to ease of access, the ISC has some features that academic information, discussion forums, entertainment, and job opportunity. Based on test results, it was concluded that the ISC application can run on Android mobile devices which are tested. Result from this study is the availability of applications supporting learning activities and access information that can be accessed online through the Android mobile devices

The number of digital printing of customer's order requires PT . Palembang South Sumatra Universe Means to improve services in order processing and production , but sometimes appear some problems in the production process such as the difficulty of monitoring the performance of a production process that causes errors and delays in orders in the production process , thereby reducing the level of customer satisfaction on the performance of the company's production uncollectible accounts and the number of customers that are difficult to be seen by the companies that caused the financi al loss . This study uses the Balanced Scorecard methodology of research, which include : financial perspective, customer, internal business processes and innovation and learning. Expert systems are systems that use information technology to generate analytic thinking approach an expert. Expert systems now widely collaborate with a wide range of disciplines can help in the decision or result in the rapid and precise output. Removed from the problems that often occur in prospective students, the difficulty in determining the course to be taken, efforts should be made to prospective students guidance in order to determine the appropriate course based on their own potential. Psychometric analysis can analyze indicators of IQ and aptitude. This is the proper technique to learn and explore the potential of students. In addition the use of an expert system that is supported by information technology to facilitate the students to know the results of the analysis of IQ, and talent with ease. The initial process of psychometric analyzes performed on the different stages of construction scale item. By way of computing the correlation coefficients and item total correlation results with significance testing using t-test, is expected to produce a valid and reliable item. Further building expertise, necessary to analyze the expert system that includes activities pendefenisian knowledge base and the inference engine. Alternative solutions will be represented in the decision tree model (decision tree).

AbstractDJP continues to optimize the collection of tax returns by facilitating a technology-based tax service system, one of which is e-filing that has been running since 2016. However, e-filing turned out to have less influence on the delivery of Tax Returns (SPT) as reflected in the electronic SPT monitoring data that only met 78% of the 2017 target. This is caused by various problems that arise during the use of e-filing such as individual technology capabilities, loss of efin, forgetting DJP Online account passwords to lack of awareness about the importance of submitting SPT. Problems encounter during the use of e-filing are the basis for evaluating the continued use of e-filling in Palembang. The development of a conceptual model was conducted to evaluate the sustainability of the use of e-filing. The development of a conceptual model basically has a scarcity of supporting theories used and has a complex model. To overcome this problem, Partial Least Squares (PLS) Structural Equation Model (SEM) could be applied to. The results of data analysis found that information quality and service quality did not have a positive influence on the sustainability of the use of e-filing and the level of correlation between information quality, system quality, service quality, and individual ability was still small towards the sustainability of the use of e-filing. The findings of this research are very important for the KPP Pratama in Palembang to analyze the sustainability of the use of e-filing that has been proven empirically, multidimensional and in a specific context. This knowledge could be used as a reference to improve overall quality of taxation for the sake of sustainable use of e-filing.Keywords : SPT, e-filing, PLS SEMAbstrakDJP terus berupaya mengoptimalkan pengumpulan Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan (SPT) pajak dengan memfasilitasi sistem pelayanan perpajakan berbasis teknologi, salah satunya adalah e-filing yang telah berjalan sejak tahun 2016. Namun, e-filing ternyata kurang berpengaruh terhadap penyampaian SPT yang tergambar pada data hasil monitoring SPT elektronik yang hanya memenuhi 78% dari target sasaran tahun 2017. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai masalah yang muncul selama pemanfaatan e-filing seperti kemampuan teknologi individu, kehilangan efin, lupa password akun DJP Online hingga kurangnya kesadaran tentang pentingnya penyampaian SPT. Permasalahan selama penggunaan e-filing menjadi dasar untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap keberlangsungan penggunaan e-filling di Palembang. Pengembangan model konseptual dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi keberlanjutan penggunaan e-filing. Pengembangan model konseptual pada dasarnya memiliki kelangkaan teori-teori pendukung yang digunakan dan memiliki model yang kompleks. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini dapat menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS) Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil analisis data mendapatkan temuan bahwa kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keberlanjutan penggunaan e-filing dan tingkat korelasi antara kualitas informasi, kualitas system, kualitas layanan, dan kemampuan individual masih kecil terhadap keberlanjutan penggunaan e-filing. Temuan peneliti ini sangat penting bagi pihak KPP Pratama kota Palembang untuk menganalisa keberlanjutan penggunaan e-filing yang telah dibuktikan secara empiris, multidimensional dan konteks yang spesifik. Pengetahuan ini dapat dapat menjadi acuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas secara keseluruhan demi keberlanjutan penggunaan e-filing.Kata kunci : SPT, e-filing, PLS SEM,

Exploration web is the means used to obtain information on a web page specifically related to security issues. In this research, exploratory simulation tool W3AF danWebGoat.W3AF web use is short for Web Application Attack and Audit Framework. The objective of this application is as a framework to find the weakness of web applications. While Web Goat is a web page that is targeted for exploration on the environment localhost. Simulation gives positive results of various web pages of information targeted exploration. Among the security loopholes that can be used as roads by the cracker to commit an illegal act. At the university level, learners are forced to make conscious effort to learn vocabulary outside of the classroom because of the learning time in the classroom is limited. Consequently, the learners play an important role in developing and enhancing their vocabulary. now, surving on the Internet has been the most popular way to learn English because it is convenient as well as entertaining. It saves a lot of time. beside that Some websites provide beautiful illustrations to learn English so the learners learn by fun. A few websites supply amusing games and online language exercises to attract attention thereby helping them learn English effectively.
