Abstract

The rapid development of Internet technology helps human life in a variety of information and the use of information technology is not only used by individuals but has been used by organizations including government agencies through e-Government. Implementation of e-Government has been applied to the local government district Morowali but never done the measurement level of website quality this research using WebQual 4.0 method that includes usability quality dimensis, service quality dimensis, information quality dimensis and by adding new dimensis of user interface quality and with Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method.This research is expected to know the level of success of its application, knowing what dimensions need to be improved or need to be maintained and know gap / gap between perceived / performance and expectation according to user in order to achieve the quality of website desired by user. Population taken as sample of this research is society of district of Morowali which divided into 3 element that is employee, student / student and society counted 95 respondents.Overall, all dimensis have gaps or gaps in which the value of perception is smaller than the expected value so each pameter should get special attention to improving the quality of the website, especially on dimensis that fall into the category of main priority or the main concern is the movement between pages on the website quickly displayed (UQ4 ), Attractive display (UQ5), Provides relevant information (IQ4), Provides easily readable and understandable information (IQ5), Websites using appropriate fonts (UIQ2), Links on websites works well (UIQ5). Keywords: WebQual, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), e-Government.

Abstract

 Often the emergence of less effective and efficient problems in the search for the nearest BTS with the location of complaints from the customer and VIP customer XL provider underlies the request of NetOptim Department PT. Huawei Service to build a tool to facilitate their work. Based on these problems, then conducted a search research location to solve the problems Engineering by designing the concept of searching the nearest site that will be applied to an android application using the SQL Haversine formula. The goal is to measure the accuracy of the SQL Haversine Formula compared to manual system calculations and and build an application prototype that can be used as the nearest BTS location search tool from XL operator based on longitude and latitude complaint. Research method using Prospective Case Study which will be developed with Action Research.Data obtained by observation and interview method to get Gcell or BTS Database operator XL and and customer complaints, VIP and sales complaints data. The nearest complaint location with BTS data, will be processed for comparison of manual system distance calculation and distance calculations using SQL Haversine formula.      From validation analysis of SQL Haversine formula calculation, the result of the presentation of accuracy is 84.23% and the resutl of imprecise accuracy is 15.77% due to error data on the calculation.Which means, the SQL Haversine formula is considered sufficient to meet the expectations to apply in application of andorid-based site locator.Keyword: site locator, longitude, latitude, BTS, haversine

Abstract

Tourism objects in the Special Region of Yogyakarta are quite interesting to visit. By looking at various kinds of tourist objects, both natural tourism and cultural tourism that can be developed into tourism destinations.The media needs of Yogyakarta tourism promotion still need development. With the internet that facilitates cross-information, it is necessary to build a tourism information system in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in the form of interactive websites, so that the information presented is more interesting.The website that was built covers all tourism objects in Yogyakarta, contains addresses, location images, and a brief description of sound and text. With this website, visitors are expected to be facilitated in finding information and increasing tourist visits to the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Keywords: information, tourism object, internet, website.

Abstract

Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) is a mechanism that can be used to segment network in switch equipment. With the trunking method, the switch can be connected with the router to connect all the VLANs. Through this way existing network equipment can be optimized to support network services.The research is aimed to analyze the current network at SMK Negeri Takeran and optimize the network by proposing changes to the design and use of VLAN. The methodology used in this study is the NDLC method of analysis, design, simulation prototyping, implementation and simulation, monitoring, management.Then the results achieved is to reduce existing problems by building a VLAN network that will reduce the congestion and broadcast domains so as to improve the existing network quality in SMK Negeri Takeran. The conclusion of this research is SMK Negeri Takeran with VLAN able to overcome the problems of congestion and broadcast domain and facilitate network monitoring.Keyword : NDLC, Quality of Service, availability  performance, Delay dan packet loss.

Abstract

 Indonesia is a country famous for its spices wealth, spices have many benefits such as cooking and can also be used as medicine, but nowadays there are many Indonesian people who cannot distinguish each type of spices especially the rhizomes that will be used due to their shape quite similar, even though the selection of the right type of spices in accordance with the needs is very important because the spices used for cooking or medicine have different taste and efficacy, therefore the use of computer technology needs to be used to facilitate and accelerate humans in conducting classifications, this research classifies spices based on RGB and Texture colors using K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm and distance measurement using Euclidean Distance, from 30 times the test experiment gets the result that the level of truth with K = 1 is 76%, K = 3 is equal to 67% and K = 5 by 63%. From these results it is known that based on GE colors and computer textures can classify spices but with a fairly low accuracy so that further development is needed such as adding form features. Keywords: classification, spices, K-Nearest Neighbor.

Abstract

Information system is a system within an organization that brings together the needs of daily transaction processing, supports managerial operations, and strategic activities of an organization and provides certain outside parties with the necessary reports. One of them is Dehasen Bengkulu University that uses and utilizes information systems as a medium of information and to support academic activities. This study aims to conduct a behavior analysis of users of the Dehasen University information system in Bengkulu using the UTAUT method.This research was conducted using a quantitative method, with the population being students at Dehasen University in Bengkulu. The data analysis technique in this study used data normality test, multicollinearity test and Heteroscedacity test.From the results of the discussion after passing the data analysis test using the UTAUT method, it was found that the variable Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy had an effect on Behavior Intention and Facilitating Condition that affected the Use Behavior. Keywords:  Dehasen University Bengkulu, Information System,Students, UTAUT

Abstract

Health and fitness are very important for human life, expert systems can provide recommendations and help users to get accurate information without having to directly meet an expert.The purpose of this study is to produce a system to assist users in determining the selection of gym equipment that is appropriate for the purpose of the body structure or body shape to be done and also the intensity of the time the gym equipment users and food intake must be consumed by using the backward chaining method.In the research conducted in the percentage and on average based on the results of the system testing in the gm equipment system recommendation research the body structure formation, of the 5 instructors or trainers as expert systems were assessed for aspects of the user interface showing 52%. Expressing agreement and 60% stated strongly agree to the aspect of software engineering. Keyword:  gym equipment, body structure,backward chaining

Abstract

School management information system is an important application used to manage data and information of a school in order to provide the best service to the community. To create an effective and efficient information system, an effective database design is needed. This needs to be done because if the database is not designed properly, in the future when a system starts to develop, the integrity data stored in the database will decrease. One aspect that needs to be considered is database security. Database security is very important, because the data stored in the database is important information for schools, such as student, financial and employee data. One of the method that can be used to improve database security is Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), which is limiting access to users or roles according to their respective roles. Abstract

Alumni Association of an educational institution currently requires the website as a means of publication, information and connections in carrying out its activities. With a reliable alumni website is expected to facilitate all alumni activities both related to education and teaching and community serviceIn this research will be done alumni website development by designing interface in the form of mockups that allows users to connect and perform mutualism symbiotic activity. The development of alumni website is done using Customer Knowledge Management (CKM) method, with Customer Relationships Managemet (CRM) phase and Knowledge Management (KM) process which focuses on interface perspective.CKM method is a combination of CRM and KM, while CKM is related to knowledge and relationship, which are two key in business. Abstract

                     Transportation is one area in the supply chain management that determines how and when to send goods to consumers. Determination of distribution routes has an effect on transportation costs. In delivering goods, the company must be able to determine the configuration of the distribution line appropriately so that shipping becomes fast and does not cost much. This study, we will develop a SDVRP solution method for multiple-products distribution. Solving the SDVRP problem for multiple-products distribution will use the Palgunadi Algorithm with the aim of determining the distribution route so that the minimum total distribution costs are obtained. This study uses data about the distribution of fuel in the NTT region with many agents 8 and many types of products 3. There are 3 types of tankers used. The results of the study produced 3 alternative distributions based on the type of tanker used. The use of type 2 (3,500) tankers results in a minimum total distribution cost with the number of routes and tankers used is 2. Keywords: SDVRP, Palgunadi Algorithm, Multiple Products
