Abstract

These variables include employees whoare competent Polresta Malang, employee attitude, patience andfriendliness of employees, and employee behavior that may cause thetrust to the public. With competent employees in the field assures thepublic that their complaints can be quickly overcome and get asettlement. As for good behavior, patience and kind of employeesMalang Polresta able to give a sense of comfort and trust to the peopleof the problem at hand. Abstract

The objective of the research is to analyze empirical data aboutthe influence of musyarakah, murabahah and ijarah on profitability (ROE)The study uses causal relation quantitative research. Sample of the researchwas taken from Bank BNI Syariah’s financial statements per month in 2012-2014. Data collection techniques used are literature study and documentation.Secondary data retrieved from the data of Bank BNI Syariah’s financialstatements which can be accessed through the official website of BankIndonesia, www.bi.go.id. The statistical method in this research is multipleregressiontest.The statistical results shows that Musyarakah, murabahah and ijarahsignificant effect on profitability (ROE) simultaneously.Keywords: musyarakah, murabahah, ijarah, profitability (ROE)

Abstract

Upaya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerjakaryawan memerlukan kajian mendalam atas faktor-faktor yangberhubungan dengan peningkatan produktivitas kerja. Dariberbagai faktor yang ada, pemberian insentif merupakan faktordiduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan produktivitaskerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untukmengetahui pengaruh pemberian insentif finansial dan insentif nonfinansial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian kepustakaan dan data lapangan, menunjukkan bahwapemberian insentif yang dilakukan Rumah Sakit Aisyah Blitar baikyang bersifat finansial maupun non finansial berada padakualifikasi baik. Abstract

One of the changes in bureaucratic reform in taxationknown as the Modern Tax Administration System is theestablishment of Account Representative (AR) which has the task ofsupervision and consultation in achieving the target of tax revenue.In essence the role is mutually contradictory and often lead toconflict of interest on AR to its taxpayer. So that required separationof duty and function of AR.The purpose of this study are 1) To knowthe effectiveness of separation of Account Representative (AR)function on the task of Consultation and Supervision. 2) Knowing theimpact of the separation of functions on the realization of taxrevenues, 3) Knowing that the separation of duties of theConsultative and Supervisory functions effectively reduces theburden of responsibility of AR officers on contradictory tasks; 4)Knowing the better AR performance after the separation of taskfunctions Consultation and Supervision.This research is adescriptive research that is research method that try to describe andinterpret object according to what it is (Best, 1982 in Sukardi, 2003).This research is also often called noneksperimen because in thisstudy the research did not control and manipulation of researchvariables.The results showed that the separation of functions andduties Account Representative (AR) effectively improve theperformance of AR, as evidenced by the increasing compliance ofTaxpayer Small Tax Office of Batu in submitting Tax Report (SPT)and pay tax so that the tax target is achieved. The division of roleson AR tasks and functions will create simplification of function andservice tasks and supervision, so that AR performance increases withreduced workload. Each AR officer can work optimally. AR officerscan explore the potential of taxpayers so it is expected to increasetaxpayer compliance about the obligation to pay taxes.Key Word: tasks and functions, Account Representative (AR)

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The aim of this research is to analyze the efficiency andtotal productivity of Islamic banks in Indonesia from 2010-2014 usingDEA method and Malmquist Index method. Results of this researchindicate that efficiency growth of Islamic banks in Indonesia from2010-2014 with Data Envelopment Analysis method is increasedand total productivity growth of Islamic banks in Indonesia from2010-2014 with Malmquist Index method is increased. From 11Islamic banks in Indonesia that selected as research sample, BankMuamalat Indonesia had the highest performance of efficiency andtotal productivity from 2010-2014.

Abstract

Kondisi permodalan yang diukur dengan CAR sangatberkaitan dengan penyediaan modal sendiri yang diperlukan untukmenutup resiko kerugian yang timbul dari pinjaman dana dalamaktiva produktif yang mengandung resiko. Pengelolaan aktivadiarahkan pada pengelolaan aktiva produktif dengan maksud untukmemperoleh penghasilan. Kemampuan Bank untuk memperoleh laba(yang diukur dengan ROA dan ROE) dan kondisi Likuiditas (yangdiukur dengan LDR) serta tingkat efisien (yang diukur dengan NIMdan BO/PO) akan menentukan kesehatan suatu Bank, yang akhirnyaakan mempengaruhi resiko bisnis Bank. Penelitian ini dilakukandengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh individual maupunserempak masing-masing variable kesehatan Bank, yaitu:permodalan, kualitas Aset, rentabilitas, likuiditas, dan efisiensiterhadap resiko bisnis perbankan, serta menguji variabel-variabelkesehatan Bank yang mempunyai pengaruh paling signifikanterhadap resiko bisnis perbankan.

Abstract

Abstract.This study was conducted to prove whether the level of business risk and financial risk from family firm significant lower than the average of the consumer goods industry Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses secondary data, financial reports companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2014. Data was collected using documentation method. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method, the number of samples i this study were 8 family companies . The result showed that there no significant difference between DOL, DFL, DER, DAR, current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio from family companies and average of consumer goods industry that Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014.Keywords : Business Risk, Financial Risk, Family FirmPENDAHULUANLatar Belakang MasalahPerusahaan keluarga merupakan perusahaan yang telah menguasai 80%-98% bisnis di dunia (PT. Abstract

Community based cultural tourism is one of the efforts of local cultural developmentthrough the tourism sector, which not only presents the beauty, but also to contribute to theconservation of the environment, and society as a main controller in its development. Still hasmany problems, both from the environmental aspects, aspects of management, to aspects ofhuman resources, so undeveloped tourist activity. Therefore, we need a study to analyze thepotential of community-based ecotourism development to achieve these objectives, an analysison all aspects, namely the analysis of the object aspects and attractions, social aspects, aspectsof management, to aspects of the implementation of community empowerment. Abstract

Abstract. The Theory Of Planned Behavior (TPB)  holds that a person's behavioral intention depends on three factors, namely attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. This study wants to try to find out the effect of theory of planned behavior to green purchase intention by using a sample of 200 male respondents using skin care users who have never used green skin care before. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Amos software. The results of the study concluded that attitude toward behavior, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control has a significant impact to Green purchase intention.  Keywords : green skin care, environmental concern, environmental knowledge
