Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil belajar KPK dan FPB masih rendah, disebabkan karena siswa belum sepenuhnya mampu memecahkan permasalahan tentang KPK dan FPB, pada awal proses pembelajaran siswa jarang dilibatkan dalam pemecahan masalah mengenai KPK dan FPB, siswa belum bisa mengembangkan ide-idenya sendiri, kurangnya pemodelan dalam pembelajaran KPK dan FPB ini, kurang adanya interaksi antara siswa dan siswa. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, maka peneliti melalui penelitian ini melakukan tindakan dengan menerapkan Pendekatan RME untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendePenelitian Tindakan Kelaskan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan peningkatan hasil belajar KPK dan FPB di UPT SDN 16 Koto Langang Kecamatan Linggo Sari Baganti Kab. Pesisir Selatan.Jenis penelitian yang dilaksanakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian guru dan siswa kelas VI SD dengan jumlah 22 siswa. Tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan analisis data kuantitatif yaitu analisis deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan II siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II, perencanaan  pembelajaran memperoleh nilai rata-rata dari 71,43 % menjadi 89,29 %. Aktivitas guru dari 67,5 % menjadi 87,5 %, aktivitas siswa dari 68,75 % menjadi 87,5 %, serta hasil belajar siswa pada aspek kognitif dari 66,13 terjadi peningkatan menjadi 81,02, pada aspek afektif dari 60,41 terjadi peningkatan menjadi 80,45, dan pada aspek psikomotor dari 59,46 terjadi peningkatan menjadi 81,44. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan RME dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar penyelesaian masalah KPK dan FPB di kelas IV UPT SDN 16 Koto Langang Kecamatan Linggo Sari Baganti Kab. Pesisir Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan uuntuk mendeskripsikan perilaku agresif siswa laki-laki, mendeskripsikan perilaku agresif siswa perempuan, dan mengidentifikasi apakah terdapat perbedaan perilaku agresif siswa Laki-laki dan siswa Perempuan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan komparatif, dengan sampel 78 orang siswa, pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala perilaku agresif. Analisis deskriptif menggunakan rumus persentase untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengidentifikasi perbedaan perilaku agresif siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempuan menggunakan uji-t dengan bantuan melalui program SPSS for windows release 20. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perilaku agresif siswa laki-laki pada umumnya berada pada ketegori sedang (38%) (2) perilaku agresif siswa perempuan pada umumnya berada pada kategori rendah (36%) (3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara perilaku agresif siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempuan dengan signifikansi 0.470. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlu pelayanan konseling untuk mengurangi dan mengatasi perilaku agresif siswa secara keseluruhan dan juga sesuai karakteristik masing-masing siswa berdasarkan jenis kelamin

Abstract

The process of achievement is an important part in the achievement itself. Achievement should be the result of honest hard work. In fact, to get the achievement, there are still many done with the road that is not good. One reason is the low self-esteem than students have. This text will describe the concept of self-esteem and the importance of students having a high self-esteem.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) teachers' perceptions of the principal's leadership significant effect on the motivation of junior high school teachers working in Padang Panjang, (2) perceptions of teachers about the principal's leadership significant effect on labor discipline in junior high school teacher in the city of Padang Panjang, (3 ) Motivation significant effect on labor discipline teachers in secondary schools in the city of Padang Panjang, (4) perceptions of teachers about the principal's leadership significant effect on job satisfaction of teachers at SMP Negeri Padang Panjang, (5) Motivation significant effect on job satisfaction of teachers in junior high school in Padang Panjan, and (6) work discipline teachers significantly influence job satisfaction of teachers in secondary schools in the city of Padang Panjang. Based on this research is that (1) teachers' perceptions of leadership principals have significant and positive impact on work motivation of teachers schools in the city of Padang Panjang, which means that the leadership of the principal duties and the role of teacher motivation in melakanakan duty increases, (2) Influence teachers' perceptions of principal leadership to discipline teachers working in secondary schools in the city of Padang Panjang, meaning the better the leadership of the school principal as the principal menajalankan peranya the teachers more disciplined in carrying out their duties as a teacher, (3) effect of work motivation of teachers to discipline teachers working in secondary schools in the city of Padang Panjang, meaning that the higher the motivation of teachers then automatically work discipline of teachers also increased, (4) influence teachers' perceptions of principal leadership on job satisfaction of teachers at SMP Negeri Padang Panjang, (5) Effect of motivation on job satisfaction of teachers in secondary schools in the city of Padang Panjang, which means that the teachers are satisfied with all the rules and regulations made and regulation principals in making a decision the teachers more satisfied and motivated teachers is increasing and, (6) Effect of labor discipline teachers on job satisfaction of teachers in junior high school in Padang Panjang, which means that the discipline of teachers in carrying out their duties means teachers are satisfied with the provisions made.

Abstract

Based on observation, it was known that learning achievement for Social subject of the fourth grade students at SDN 19 IV Koto Aur Malintang Kabupaten Padang Pariaman was not satisfied yet. It was assumed as the effect of ineffective learning model used in classroom. Cooperative learning model of NHT not only gives students the knowledge and understanding, but also educates them to socialize well in heterogenic groups. This research was aimed to improve students’ learningachievement of Social subject by implementing cooperative learning model of NHT. Data were obtained through observation and students’ test. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. This research was held in two cycles. Researcher set the standard of students’ learning achievement as 75%. After cycle I, students’ learning achievement is 56,7%. After cycle II, students’ learning achievement is 80%. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that cooperative learning model of NHT can improve the learning achievement for Social subject of the fourth grade students at SDN 19 IV Koto Aur Malintang Kabupaten Padang Pariaman.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the result of learning the student, the pattern to take care of the parent, and relation between the pattern of taking care of the parent with result of learning the student its implication to guidance and counseling in SMP Negeri 36 Sarolangun. The research is conducted with correlation descriptive method, that is one research to look for relation between on variable  with other variable  and then the data  or information is elaborated by using approach of quantitative, that is correlating between the pattern take care of parent and result the learning the student. The Result of this research that are: (1) the result of learning SMP Negeri 36 Sarolangun  on the part  of is, (2) The  pattern take  care of  SMP Negeri  36  Sarolangun as following: The authoritative parenting reside in high categories, the uninvolved reside high categories. The based on this research that researcher have found. This can be know that the relation which between the pattern take care with result of learning the student.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Peningkatan aktivitas belajar peserta didik dilakukan melalui penerapan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw.Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat pertemuan, dengan rincian sebagai berikut; pertemuan pertama, kedua dan ketiga adalah proses pembelajaran (tindakan) sedangkan pertemuan keempat tes akhir (evaluasi hasil belajar). Berdasarkan analisis data diketahui bahwa adanya peningkatan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Dari data tes akhir siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata peserta didik kelas  IXA 75,5 dan pada siklus II diperoleh nilai rata-rata 76,5 ini berarti terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar apabila dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran tanpa menggunakan model pembelajaran tipe Jigsaw.  Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses pembelajaran melalui pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik IXA SMPN 2 Palupuh.

Abstract

Social environment can influence students’ moral. This study aimed to see the influence and relevance of such relationships. Social environment in this study includes parents, teachers, peers, artists, environmental institutions, communities and discipline enforcement. This quantitative study carried out against 400 student semester one Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Polytechnic as samples. Consists of students of Department of Electrical Engineering and Department of Mechanical Engineering. Both departments were chosen because they have student majority. The results show that social environment influential significantly against the formation of students ' moral character. The highest influence of social environment is the parent (M= 4.25, SD = 0.57), followed by teachers (M=3.97, SD = 0.61), society (M=3.81, SD = 0.60), the institutional environment (M= 3.76, SD = 0.59), discipline enforcement (M =3.74, SD = 0.73), peers (M=3.63, SD =0.62) and artists (M=2.80, SD=0.93). The findings contribute to the improvement of teaching and learning activities and development of students ' moral character in the institution as a whole.

Abstract

Student learning outcomes are influenced by the ability to complete the learning task. Phenomena in the field most of the students are not able to complete the task given lesson. This study aims to reveal how the relationship between the ability to complete the task of learning to students' learning outcomes. This study uses quantitative type of correlational research. The study population was a junior high school UNP (Padang State University) Development Laboratory by the number of students 384 people. Sample is proportional random sampling by the number of students 78. There is a significant relationship between the ability to complete the task of learning to students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

The grade V students at SDN 07 Ulakan Tapakis had low attention in social subject learning. It caused their learning achievements came low too. We thought that using graphic media is one of its solutions. Graphic media is a kind of visual media called 2-D media.This is a classroom action research with two cycles. This study is aimed to improve students’ learning achievement in social subject. Students got average score of 63.70 in pre cycle. In cycle I, students’ average score becomes 68.04 but it is still not satisfied. In cycle II, students’ average score improve significantly, i.e. 81.56. Thus, implementation of graphic media can improve the student’s learning achievement in social subject.
