Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the principal effect of  leadership style on organizational climate junior high school teacher in District Pasaman, (2) influence of the leadership style of the principal motivatian of teachers working in the District Pasaman SMP N, (3) effect of principal leadership style on performance of junior high school teacher in District Pasaman SMP N, (4) the effect of organizational climate on work motivation of teacher in District Pasaman SMP N, (5) organizational  climate influence on the performance of  junior high school teacher in District Pasaman N,  ( 6) effect of motivation on teacher performance  of junior high school in District Pasaman.Based on the result of the study can be seen that, (1) the principal’s leadership style significantly influence the organizational climate in Kecamatan Pasaman SMP N, (2) the principal’s leadership style significantly influence the  motivatian of teachers working in the District Pasaman SMP N, (3) leadership style principal  significantly  effect the  performance of junior high school in District Pasaman N, (4) organizational climate significantlyinfluence  the motivation of teacher working  in the District Pasaman SMP N, (5) organizational climate had no significant effect the  performance of junior high school teachers in Kecamatan Pasaman N, (6) Motivation significantly  effect on the performance of junior high school teacher in District Pasaman.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) teachers' perceptions of the principal's leadership significant effect on the motivation of junior high school teachers working in Padang Panjang, (2) perceptions of teachers about the principal's leadership significant effect on labor discipline in junior high school teacher in the city of Padang Panjang, (3 ) Motivation significant effect on labor discipline teachers in secondary schools in the city of Padang Panjang, (4) perceptions of teachers about the principal's leadership significant effect on job satisfaction of teachers at SMP Negeri Padang Panjang, (5) Motivation significant effect on job satisfaction of teachers in junior high school in Padang Panjan, and (6) work discipline teachers significantly influence job satisfaction of teachers in secondary schools in the city of Padang Panjang. Based on this research is that (1) teachers' perceptions of leadership principals have significant and positive impact on work motivation of teachers schools in the city of Padang Panjang, which means that the leadership of the principal duties and the role of teacher motivation in melakanakan duty increases, (2) Influence teachers' perceptions of principal leadership to discipline teachers working in secondary schools in the city of Padang Panjang, meaning the better the leadership of the school principal as the principal menajalankan peranya the teachers more disciplined in carrying out their duties as a teacher, (3) effect of work motivation of teachers to discipline teachers working in secondary schools in the city of Padang Panjang, meaning that the higher the motivation of teachers then automatically work discipline of teachers also increased, (4) influence teachers' perceptions of principal leadership on job satisfaction of teachers at SMP Negeri Padang Panjang, (5) Effect of motivation on job satisfaction of teachers in secondary schools in the city of Padang Panjang, which means that the teachers are satisfied with all the rules and regulations made and regulation principals in making a decision the teachers more satisfied and motivated teachers is increasing and, (6) Effect of labor discipline teachers on job satisfaction of teachers in junior high school in Padang Panjang, which means that the discipline of teachers in carrying out their duties means teachers are satisfied with the provisions made.

Abstract

Based on observation in field students are less active learning history, they are lazy to do assignment, after getting out the class, sometimes even fall a sleep whily studying. Those have an imfact on their learning out comes which are not maximum or lower. The low comes student learning are caused by some factors, one of them is improperly choosing learning method, which tend to be monotonous and learning is dominated by teachers only. The aims of this research is to know, how far cooperative learning snowball throwing type can improve students learning activity in history lesson. The type of research is action class at XI IPS 3 class SMAN 1 Pasaman. The implementation consist of 2 cycles are planning, implementation, observation  and reflection. Techniques data analysis is carried out using the formale techniques proportion by Sudjana. Success indicators are determined by Ari kunto refence and studien`s negative activite is determined by slameto refrence. Result of the analysis first cycle and second cycle show students learning active ty has increased for all indicators that is actively discussing (good 56,1 %), responding questions (good 56,3%), questioning  based on material (good 68,7 %), cooperation on group (good 61,8%)  and taking conclusion (good 65%), while negative activites are decrease such as less aftention (good 6,5 %), distributing of friends (good 0,0%) and frequently ask permission (good 0,0%). Increasing student learning out comes is also good in the first cycle, averagevalue 76,3 (classical competences 68 %) and the second cycle average value 8,2 (classical   85%). There was increase 6,07 for student learning out comes and 17  percentage master learning classically. The result of the research learning model through Cooperative learning Snowball throwing type can increase student learning activities in history class at XI IPS3 student SMAN I  Pasaman. So this method can applied as aneffort to increase student learning activities, because there is no methods most superior from the existing method, each of them has weaknesses and advantages.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilandasi oleh kenyataan di lapangan bahwa banyak siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) mengalami kesulitan dalam penjumlahan pecahan biasa berpenyebut tidak sama. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dilakukan tindakan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD pada materi penjumlahan pecahan biasa berpenyebut tidak sama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Setiap siklusnya dua kali pertemuan. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan tes esai dan pengamatan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pecahan biasa berpenyebut tidak sama di SDN 16 V Koto Kampung Dalam.

Abstract

This research is aims to improve the competence of students in problem solving based in the learning students in problem solving based in the learning topic of electrolit liquid of grade XI TSM of SMKN 1 Bukit Sundi. It was a descriptive research to know and describe the competence of grade XI TSM of SMKN 1 Bukit Sundi. In learning thetopoc about electrolit liquid by using problem based learning approach. The data for this research were gathered from the test, presentation, assignmnet, students activit, students enthusiasm, and students partisipation in group, work discussion, and the students ability in presenting the result of discussion. The findings of this study are: [1].The score of the student activity that is relevant to the topic were increased compare from the circle one to circle two. [2].The score of the students activity is not relevant to the topic were decreased from circle one to circle two.

Abstract

Guru BK merupakan seorang pendidik yang ditugaskan untuk memandirikan siswa, mengembangkan potensi diri siswa, dan membantu siswa dalam mengentaskan masalah-masalah yang dialaminya baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun di lingkungan luar sekolah. Seorang guru BK diwajibkan membimbing 150 orang siswa, tetapi kenyataan di lapangan masih banyak guru BK yang membimbing siswa lebih dari beban kerjanya. Hal ini berdampak kepada kondisi guru BK yang rentan mengalami stres dalam melakukan pekerjannya. Dari data awal yang diketahui bahwa guru BK masih mengalami stres dalam bekerja, kondisi ini disebabkan oleh tingginya beban kerja, belum optimalnya pelayanan BK di sekolah, kejenuhan kerja yang dirasakan oleh guru BK, dan kemampuan coping stres guru BK yang belum optimal. Naska ini mencoba untuk memaparkan konsep stres kerja dan aspek yang terkait dengan stres kerja yang dialami oleh guru BK secara umum.

Abstract

The students learning process is necessary in learning and teaching process because the result of the lesson determined by the process that the students got.Recording to this, the researcher was interested in conducting a study about the improvement of the students motivation in learning by using inquiry approach in physic at grade XI MULTIMEDIA term one SMKN 1 Gunung Talang. The method used in this study was decriptive with percent data analysis technique. The results of the study informed: [1].The using of inquiry approach in physic learning could increase students, [2].The motivation implementation and their grade of inquiry approach is one of the solution to overcome to the the low students motivation in learning.

Abstract

The background of this class research are the studying result and student’s motivation of mathematic lesson of grade II students in SDN 05 Nan Sabaris, Nan Sabaris District, Padang Pariaman Regency is low because the studying activity there is not maximal. Studying mathematic in class is still boring. In other hand, there is no precise studying strategy in this case and the method that used is still conventional. Teacher is the only one who active in the studying activity, so teacher cannot see the student’s ability in reasoning. The students only listening to what the teacher is explaining about, without involving in that studying activity, so the students are hard to understand of what they have learned.Generally, the goal of this research is to recognize the increasing of student’s motivation and the studying result by using Lidi Perkalian application. This research is to answer the existing problems how Lidi Perkalian application can improve the motivation and the result of mathematic studying activity in grade II SDN 05 Nan Sabaris.The result of this research shows that the studying activity by using Lidi Perkalian application is giving positive impact to increase the motivation and studying result. It can be seen from the student’s understanding that going better in mathematic lesson, it that has been told by the teacher (the studying result is increased from first cycle to second cycle) both are 77.27% and 90.91%. On the second cycle, the students studying result is reached.

Abstract

Domestic Violence is defined as any act against someone, especially women, misery or suffering physical, sexual, psychological, and / or negligence of household including threat to commit acts, coercion or deprivation of liberty unlawfully in the domestic sphere, which includes physical violence, psychological violence, sexual abuse and neglect household. In addition to alleviating the problem through legal means, other things that can be done is through family counseling through experiential approach. Therapeutic family counseling experiential deemed suitable for this case due to various reasons, including this therapy is a humanistic, promote communication and creativity counselors, using the role of counselor and koterapis, and in accordance with Indonesian culture better not choose the path of law to tackle these cases (for some reason including the desire for the unity of the family, the attitude of shame known to many people and so on)

Abstract

Intimacy sangat dibutuhkan oleh pasangan menikah terutama pasangan dewasa awal. Erikson memandang perkembangan hubungan yang intim sebagai tugas krusial bagi orang dewasa awal, hal ini dikarenakan pada usia ini menjadi awal kesiapan dan keinginan untuk menyatukan dua identitas, mendambakan hubungan yang intim-akrab, dan persaudaraan, serta siap mengembangkan daya-daya yang dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi komitmen-komitmen ini meskipun mereka harus berkorban. Disisi lain pada tahapan ini bahaya isolasi menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Naskah ini mencoba memaparkan tentang urgensi intimacy dan kaitannya dengan happiness dan upaya professional untuk mengembangkan dan mengentaskan fenomena terkait melalui pelayanan konseling.
