Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh pelaksanaan pajak penghasilan nomormor 23 terhadap pajak penghasilan pasal 4 (2). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah laporan pajak pada lembaga sertifikasi properti broker properti Indonesia dan yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini adalah realisasi penerimaan pajak tahun 2016-2018. Data yang digunkan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari bagian administrasi lembaga sertifikasi profesi broker properti Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksplanatori riset dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat analisa menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pajak penghasilan nomor.23 tahun 2018 mempunyai pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap pajak penghasilan pasal 4 (2).

Abstract

Peran sebagai seorang ibu tunggal (single mother) adalah hal yang tidak diharapkan, namun apabila hal itu terjadi, maka wanita harus siap dalam segala hal termasuk kesiapan menopang perekonomian keluarga. Hal yang paling umum dilakukan adalah dengan bekerja tanpa meninggalkan perannya sebagai ibu dan kepala keluarga bagi anak-anaknya. Wirausaha adalah jawabannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghadirkan pandangan dari para single mother baru tentang kegiatan wirausaha yang dilakukan para single mother. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma postpositivist dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan desain Simple Research With Triangulation Theory. Hasil pemikiran baru yang diperoleh disajikan melalui diagram fishbone untuk membantu memudahkan pemahaman tentang pendirian dan pengembangan usaha single mother yang menghasilkan dua puluh tiga hal penting yang perlu dipersiapkan pada saat memulai mendirikan dan mengembangkan usaha bagi single mother. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi bahan diskusi bagi para peneliti selanjutnya serta motivasi dan virus preneur bagi para wanita wirausaha khususnya single mother lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of promotion and service quality on the decision to choose. The variables in this study are Promotion and Service Quality and Decision to Choose which can solve the problems experienced by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) East Palu Branch. The findings in the study show that the value felt by customers is still low, if the results of the interview are associated with the mean value obtained in the questionnaire which shows that it is still low. on the contrary, when based on the results of the t-count and the P-value, it does not mean that the results are better, in this case the PT. Pengadaian (Persero) Palu Timur Branch needs to increase its sales promotion and dimensions of service quality more intensely and touch the hearts of customers by frequently providing information about pawnshop products through social media, one of which is WhatsApp. This study uses a survey research design and is verification in nature. Abstract

The growing consumer interest in the halal sector, especially tourism, is accompanied by the awareness of tourists in choosing tourist destinations that have implemented sharia principles. Opportunities like this should be immediately followed up by tourism managers because they relate to the marketing strategies they have to do. Travelers who have had a satisfying travel experience will voluntarily revisit these tourist destinations and will recommend them to friends, relatives, and colleagues. That way, the tourism manager must meet the needs of tourists so that they are satisfied and foster interest in revisiting these tourist destinations. This research is a quantitative research by conducting a survey using 180 samples, namely tourists on the Banyuwangi Syariah Beach. The analysis tool used is Warp-PLS 3.0. The results found are that it is known that tourist satisfaction mediates the full influence of the attributes of halal tourism on the interest in revisiting.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the role of individual characteristics and job characteristics on productivity at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Mojagung. This type of research was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 40 employees of PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Mojagung and the samples used in the study were all population. The data used were primary in the form of a questionnaire. The analysis tool was a multiple linear regression with SPSS tools. The results showed that individual characteristics and company characteristics have a role in increasing employee productivity.

Abstract

The existence of YouTube as a promotional medium is utilized by the Rosette guitar quartet in presenting a musical performance presented with the creation and production in the form of audio-visual uploaded via YouTube social media. With the growing need and dependence of the public on YouTube channels, YouTube's function has begun to grow no longer as a medium of entertainment alone, YouTube has also begun to function as a reference, promotion, and even existence for certain groups such as artists, musicians and indie artists who are not exposed to television media. and those that already exist in the entertainment world. The purpose of this study is to describe the creative process of the Rosette Guitar Quartet in facing the digital music market. This research uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative research focuses on data not numbers, and seeks to answer questions rather than test hypotheses. The result of this research is the creative process of the Rosette Guitar Quartet in utilizing YouTube as a digital music industry market through the presentation of music in audio-visual form.

Abstract

Tourism in Semarang district growth by availability of facilities, transportation and accommodation in every tourism objects. To fulfill satisfaction of traveller and to invite more of traveller, tree of the variable were needed. This research discussed the effects of facilities, transportation and accommodation to satisfy of traveller. Kottler (2005) facility is physically equipment which provided by service seller to customer’s comfortable. Fidel Miro (2005) transportation is to move or shift object from one to other location by transportation equipment and accommodation is goods which provided to fulfill someone need while traveller. This research do descriptive quantitative on associative research. There 100 of traveller be respondents, used questioner to collect data. Validity and reliability test use as instruments test. Simple correlation and multiple, simple linear regression and multiple, determination (adjusted R square) t test and F test used for analytical technique. The Result show that facilities, transportation and accommodation able to descript of tourism satisfaction on tourism object at Semarang district. By t test of facilities, transportation and accommodation positively effect and significant to tourism satisfaction. By F test shown that facilities, transportation and accommodation positively effect to tourism satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan konsep orientasi kewirausahaan dalam konteks Islam, yang semula telah dikembangkan oleh peneliti sebelumnya tetapi sebatas pada konsep orientasi kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jawa Timur dengan unit analisis para pelaku usaha yakni pengusaha/direktur/manajer muslim berbasis nilai-nilai Islam yang memegang kendali perusahaan terkait dengan pengambilan keputusan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif model studi kasus, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan menggunakan analisis data dengan bantuan model Triangulasi untuk pemeriksaan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat faktor baru yang dapat dijadikan landasan dalam pengembangan teori orientasi kewirausahaan dimana faktor-faktor tersebut antara lain, keuletan, kekuatan dan sedekah. Penelitian selanjutnya adalah dengan melakukan pengujian terhadap faktor yang muncul dalam penelitian ini sehingga faktor tersebut benar-benar robust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh job envy terhadap turnover intentions secara langsung atau tidak langsung melalui job engagement. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari perusahaan atau organisasi di Jombang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis mediasi menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan job envy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job engagement, job envy tidak mampu berpengaruh terhadap turnover intentions, job engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intentions, dan job engagement tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh job envy terhadap turnover intentions. Kecemburuan kerja mereka persepsikan sedang dan karyawan merasa hal itu tidak mengganggu dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan. Sehingga karyawan tidak berkeinginan untuk keluar dari tempat kerja.
