Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know clearly about the supervision’s effect towards  the work discipline of employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Berau District. The analysis tools that used in this study was : Product Moment correlation coefficient, simple linear regression equation and hypothesis testing with Test t.             Based on the results of the research shown  that the simple linear regression equation on the supervision’s effect towards  the work  discipline of employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Berau District was Y = 7.05 + 0.76X. The value of product moment correlation coefficient was  0,9101, so r> 0 (0,9101> 0) hence there was  positive linear correlation between supervisory variable and work discipline variable. In this case the close relationship between the two variables can be interpreted as very high correlation (in the scale of 0.800-1000). The value of t arithmetic was 14.90 while the value of t table was  2.0129. So that the value of t arithmetic greater than t table (14,90> 2.0129), then the hypothesis proposed in this study accepted or proved that the supervision has a significant effect on the work discipline of employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of the District of Berau.

Abstract

The prosperity of human society is an ultimate thing that should be prioritised, the establishment of the company in the midst of society through corporate social responsibility program which is consistent will  make the existence of the community become better accordance with the results obtained where there is a positive result (the same aim) to the variable of community prosperity of  Pegat Bukur Village with a coefficient of 0.045, but is not have a significant influence on living standards of Kampat Pegat Bukur community it is seen from the results of the 0.4% coefficient test against the Community prosperity at  Pegat Bukur village, while the rest of 99.6%. Affected by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, dividend policy, and debt policy on the firms value. Object of this research is used the manufacturing sector listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDXI) in the period 2011-2016. Samples was selected by  purposive sampling method with 104 samples. The data analysis technique of this research using multiple regression analysis with E-Views 7 program.The result  showed that managerial ownership and institutional ownership has positive significant effect on the firm’s value, debt policy has negative significant effect on the firms value, and dividend policy has no significant effect on the firm’s value

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Profitabilitiy ,Leverage, Size and Dividend Polic on Firm Value. The object is manufacturing companies. The sample collection technique has been done by using purposive sampling. The samples are 23 companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and the research periods are five years which is started from 2012 to 2016. The analysis method has been done by using the multiple liniear regressions with Eviews Aplication. The result of this research shows that (1) profitability has positive influence to firm value; (2) leverage does not have any influence to the firm value; (3) firm size has positive influence to the firm value; (4)dividend policy has positive influence to the firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of organizational communication on the performance of employees through organizational culture at the Department of Agriculture of East Kutai Regency.Analysis tool that used in this study was multiple linear regression to know the correlation the influence of organizational communication (X) as Exogen variable, employee performance as Endogen variable (Y2) and organizational culture as Variable Mediation (Y1). The research instruments used are questionnaires, observations and interviews.The result of the research showed that organizational communication has a significant effect on employee performance, whereas organizational communication also has an effect on employee performance, and organizational culture has significant effect on employee performance, but organization communication has no significant effect on employee performance through organizational culture.

Abstract

This research is about an analysis of increasing customer satisfaction in Bale Rasa Restaurant in Ponorogo. The purpose of conducting this research is the first to find out how the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, second to find out the influence of interior displays on customer satisfaction and the third to determine the effect of store layouts on customer satisfaction. The object of this study is Bale Rasa restaurant customers in Ponorogo. This research is quantitative research and survey. The population of this study was the customers of Resto Bale Rasa and the samples used in this study amounted to 100 customers selected using the random sampling method. The method of data collection is done by using questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study partially found that service quality variables and store layouts had a positive and significant effect on the customer satisfaction level of Bale Rasa Resto while the interior display variable was found to have no significant effect on increasing customer satisfaction Resto Bale Rasa.

Abstract

The objective  of the study was to find out the effect of  work stress and environmental on the performance of employees at PT. Sinar Mitra Sepadan Finance Palopo Branch. The results of study showed that work stress had a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sinar Sepadan Finance Palopo Branch Branch, with a probability value of 0,000 smaller with an alpha of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). It means that work stress has a  positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of study  show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This   \is evidenced by the probability value of 0.007 smaller than alpha 0.05 (0.007 <0.05). Simultaneously, work stress and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the results of multiple linear regression statistical tests obtained by significant value F-count 0,000 alpha 5% value of Sig F <Sig α (0,000 <0,05).

Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to determine the factors causing the retardation of the Bumi Segah hotel project with the highest risk ranking value. The analysis method in this study was Fishbone Diagram and the analysis of Mean Rank, the analysis results showed that the material variable is the highest ranking of the variable with the value of 3.26 on the rank 1. Abstract

The aimed of this study is to analyze the influence of  discipline for working and work facilities toward employee productivity at PT. Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama Job Site Binsua   Based on the results of the study can be concluded that the  work discipline partially have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama Job Site Binsua, this is evidenced from the results of Test t that get the value of t-count> t table or 2.251> 1.985 with a significance value of 0.025 <0.05. Work facilities partially have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama Job Site Binsua, this is evidenced from the results of Test t that obtained the value of t-count> t-table or 2.354> 1.985 with a significance value of 0.047 <0.05.  The discipline for working and work facilities integrated have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama Job Site Binsua, evidenced from the result of Test F where the value of F-calculated (25.233)> of F-table value (3.09) with significance value 0.001 <0.05. Therefore,  the accepted the hypothesis that has been proposed, that the  discipline for working and work facilities have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Bukit Makmur Mandiri Main Job Site Binsua partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The aim to be achieved by the researcher is to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT.Nusantara Tropical Farm (NTF).The results of this study concluded that the results obtained from Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT. Nusantara Tropical Farm (NTF) is based on the calculation of multiple linear regression tests that variables X1 (Organizational Culture) and X2 (Leadership Style) have a significant influence on employee performance. The existence of a positive relationship between the variables of Organizational Culture (X1) and X2 (Leadership Style) on the Y variable (Employee Performance) means that the variables X1 (Organizational Culture) and X2 (Leadership Style) experience an increase in Y variable (Employee Performance). Vice versa, if the free variable has decreased, it will be followed by a decrease, it will be followed by a decrease in the dependent variable. Variables X1 (Organizational Culture) and X2 (Leadership Style) have a relationship with the Y variable (Employee Performance). This is based on the r hit value that is higher than the r table price.
