Abstract

Work life balance became one of the triggers in job satisfaction. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of work life balance and compensation on employees’ work satisfaction and performance in Lakipadada Regional Public Hospital of Tana Toraja Regency. The research was a causal explanatory relation. The population and sample were all nurses in Lakipadada Regional Public Hospital of Tana Toraja Regency. The sample was selected using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of the research indicate that (1) word life balance has a positive and significant effect on nurses’ work satisfaction in Lakipadada Regional Public Hospital of Tana Toraja Regency, so the hypothesis is accepted, (2) the result of analysis on the direct effect of compensation on work satisfaction in Lakipadada Regional Public Hospital of Tana Toraja Regency indicates that there is a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance, so the hypothesis is accepted, (3) work life balance positively has a direct effect on employees’ performance in Lakipadada Regional Public Hospital of Tana Toraja Regency, so the hypothesis in this research is accepted, (4) compensation positively and significantly has a direct effect on employees’ performance in Lakipadada Regional Public Hospital of Tana Toraja Regency, so the hypothesis in this research is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of research conducted is to find out how big the influence of distribution channels on sales volume at PT. Sinar Kalimantan Berau Tanjung Redeb. Analyzer used in this research is simple linear regression equation. The result of research that has been done, can be seen that simple linear regression equation about distribution channel to sales volume at PT. The Berau Kalimantan ray is Y = - 7254.487.642,28 + 124.071.508.09 X, this result shows a positive influence. Where each addition of 1 distribution channel will affect the panjualan volume of Rp. 124.071.508.09. Correlation coefficient from result of distribution channel analysis to sales volume there is strong correlation that is equal to 64%, where increasing of distribution channel will be followed by increase of sales volume. The value of coefficient of determination indicates that the ups and downs of sales volume at PT. Sinar Kalimantan Berau is influenced by distribution channels by 41%, while the rest is influenced by other variables by 59%. Hypothesis testing that has been proposed before, that is whether distribution channel have significant effect to sales volume at PT. Sinar Kalimantan Berau, then t test with degrees of freedom df (degree of freedom) = n-2, 21-2 = 19 is 3.65 with ttable value 2.093. Then the value of t arithmetic (th) compared with the value (tt), with the result of th greater than tt (th> tt), then the hypothesis proposed in this study accepted or proved that the distribution channel significantly influence the sales volume at PT. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the significant positive effect on the perfornance of work ability, a significant positive in the performance of work discipline, and a significant positive effect on the performance of work motivation employee Regional Office General of Treasury, South Sulawesi Province. The number of samples in this research are 65 respondents taken from the census techniques. The method used in this research is quantitative, with multiple linear regression approach, and t-test. Appropriate with this method, the obtained of the results that the ability is a positive and significant effect on the employee work performance of the Directorate General of Treasury, South Sulawesi Province as evidenced by the results tcount >ttable and significant <0,05, work discipline is a significant and positive effect on the employee work performance of the Directorate General of Treasury, South Sulawesi Province as evidenced by the results tcount >ttable and significant <0,05, as well as work motivation is positive and significant effect on the employee work performance of the Directorate General of Treasury, South Sulawesi Province as evidenced by the results tcount >ttable and significant <0,05. The conclusion of this study that partially of ability, discipline, and work motivation is a positive and significant impact on the employee work performance of the Directorate general of Treasury, South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Leadership manner, motivation and work environment affect the performance of civil servant  at Department of Community and Village Empowerment in Berau Regency. Based on the results of the Hypothesis Test. It was shown that the  Test F  was found that Fcount with a value of 10.750> from Ftable with a value of 3.26 , Therefore, there was  a significant influence between the Independent variable (Y)  on the Dependent variable (Y). From the results of the t -test it was shown  that there was an influence between each independent variable on the dependent variable. Based on the Leadership manner variable, the value of  t-count was 2,291> from the value of T-table 2,02534, it can be seen that there was an influence between Variable X1 to Variable Y, then for motivation variable with t-count 2,313> from the value of t table 2,02534 it can be seen that there is an influence between variable X2 to variable Y, then the Work Environment variable with t-count 2.447> from the value of t table 2.02534 it can be seen that there is an influence between variables X3

Abstract

ABSTRCAK The purpose of the research is whether the style is leadership, motivation and workplace influence the performance of the state civil apparatus thr / on the community empowerment and round kabaputen berau. Methods used in research is quantitative methods Judging from the results of the Hypothesis Test. Based on the results of Test F that is Fcount with a value of 10.750> from Ftable with a value of 3.26 there is an influence between the Independent X variable on the Dependent variable Y. Abstract

This study aims to: a) analyze consumer preference towards prepaid sim card based on the component of interest, b) to analyze consumer preferences for pre-paid sim card based on the belief component, and c) to analyze consumer attitudes towards pre-paid sim card.The analytical method used is the Fishbein Multiattribute Attitude Model. The research results show that 1) the attribute signals, extensive networking, and voice clarity with a very important category. Sms rates, cheap phone rates, years of grace period is active with important categories. Voucher price, the price and the promotion with moderate category. 2) Simpati sim card on signal attributes, network wide, clarity of voice and SMS tariffs ranked first, second, third and fourth with a strong believer category. Cheap phone rates, prime rates, grace periods with confidence category. Voucher prices and promotions ranked eighth and ninth with a middle category. Mentari sim card shows that the attributes of the signal, occupies the first position with a strong believer category. clarity of voice, broad network, sms rates, cheap phone rates, grace periods and active position with the categories in disbelief. Initial price, promotion with moderate category. (3) Fishbein attitude model established by the Consumer to the sim card with a total of 155.60 Simpati good attitude category. While the sim card with a 137.50 total Mentari acquire Ordinary attitude category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research  was to find out the right marketing strategy on CV Berkah Etawa. Meanwhile, the implications of this study in the future, expected to be used as a guide for companies in making policy decisions on marketing strategies to increase the sales. The method of this research is qualitative research that uses research procedures that produce data in the form of descriptive speech or writing and the behavior of the object itself. The analytical instrument used is the SWOT method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats). The results of this research concluded that internal and external factors along with the cartesius diagram showed that CV Berkah Etawa was still a newly developed company (Growth). The strategy that can be used by CV Berkah Etawa in marketing in order to increase sales is to maintain product quality and quantity, for providing competitive prices and discounted prices for large quantities of purchases), for improving service quality, and for improving the promotion of products offered. Abstract

Basically, credit is something mostly needed by the society that can supporting and running well the commerce activities, whether in goods productions, service and also improving or fulfilling the need of society consumption. The aim of this research  is to analysis the provide credit facility, such as character, capacity, Capital, and the condition of economy towards some of bank customers of BRI Branch at Marisa in Pohuwato restrict. In this research  it is used questionnaire that distributing towards 40 respondents in order to get information about the problems which being related to the variables observed.  The analysis instrument used is multiple regressions. The result of this research showed that the research variable whether in a partial or simultaneous regression proved  having positive influence and significantly  towards improvement of BRI bank customers  in Marisa at Pohuwato District.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine structure of assets, sales growth, operating leverage, profitability and, tax growth affect the capital structure and to determine the most dominant factors affect the capital structure of the automotive industry and components in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis in this research use multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously (asset structure, sales growth, operating leverage, profitability, and tax growth) did not affect the capital structure. The result of t test shows that Growth Tax has the highest partial determinant coefficient value in automotive industry and its component in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The specific purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which tourists' buying interest in East Kalimantan's specialty is especially the food product of flat fish. The general purpose of this study is to improve the work of human resources in processing typical products of East Kalimantan in improving the economy. The analytical technique used was the Stuctural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS 21. The data were taken from questionnaires distributed to tourists who were shopping for typical East Kalimantan products in the cities of Samarinda, Balikpapan and Bontang. The results showed that the variables of interest had a negative and insignificant effect on the economy, it could be concluded that the price offered did not become an obstacle for tourists to buy the product. The results of this study indicate that the type of product, demography, psychology has a positive effect on tourist buying interest.
