<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal Rinso inventory at PT. Sinar Kalimantan at Tanjung Redeb. The average inventory method was used to analyze the data in this study.Based on the analysis and forecasting calculation, the inventory for one year (2015) for Rinso powder size 900 gr was 1,170 dos and Rinso powder size 450 gr was 1.018 dos every 3 times orders of both types Rinso powder was 8.754 x 3 times order = 26.262 dos,it was not optimal whereas based on calculation EOQ Rinso powder size 900 gr is 6,104 dos and Rinso powder size 450 gr was equal to 5,03 dos in one order of both type Rinso powder is 11.107 x 3 order = 32.985 dos it was an optimal supply because accordancing with the actual inventory and residual inventory can be used as the stock for the company.From result calculation by using EOQ tool obtain the optimal inventory result and earlier hypothesis is not accepted because contrary to research result (opposite)]]>

<![CDATA[, Sharia Interbank Money Market Management (PUAS) in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the management of money market interbank syariah (PUAS) in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that sharia interbank money market in Indonesia has been recognized by the government with the issuance of Bank Indonesia Regulation on March 31, 2008, Number 10/11 / PBI on Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates (SBIS). In addition to the above, DSN-MUI has also issued a fatwa on the Interbank Mudharabah Investment Certificate (IMA Certificate) with the following provisions: Interbank investment certificate based on interest, not justified according to sharia; Investment certificates based on a Mudharabah contract called IMA are justified according to sharia; IMA certificates may be transferred only once after first purchase; and IMA certificate transactors are syariah banks as owners of recipients of funds and conventional banks only as owners of funds.
The principle that must be held is the mechanism of the financial market must be in accordance with sharia and financial instruments must also be according to sharia, namely the need for trading money market securities based on bai ad-dayn; interbank placements should be made under the Mudharabah scheme; there is an interbank syariah clearing system to be followed by sharia banks and conventional bank sharia branches; and securitization of sharia securities, and then sold as bonds in the secondary market with Mudharabah scheme.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the factors that influence the dividend payout ratio in manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The research data used in this study is secondary data. The population in this study is a manufacturing company with a total sample of 17 manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis was carried out by multiple linear regression methods. The results of the analysis show that the free cash flow variable, return on investment, debt to equity ratio, and total assets turnover, simultaneously have an influence on the dividend payout ratio in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

<![CDATA[The interest level shows a bank size, which a saving budget as a factor to determine credibility performance. The aim of this research is analyzing whether the interest of money deposit period influence the improvement of the customers totality of BRI Bank of Marisa Pohuwato. Thais research used questionnaires to information related to the variable of this research. The sample of respondents is taken 37 person based on BRI Marisa Branch. The Analysis instrument used a simple regression. The result of this research shows that the level of the money interest of futures deposit is significantly positive influence towards the improvement of BRI Marisa Brach Customers by calculating4.052 calculated > 2.120 ttable marks at the significant level 0.001 < 0.05. ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to know the internal factors, the external factors and to determine company marketing strategy based on SWOT analysis where were 4P marketing mix (product, price, promotion and place) as variable in this research. Analytical techniques were used by using SWOT analysis to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by companies therefore to formulate appropriate marketing strategies.The results of this research was conducted at PT. Samekarindo Indah Sangatta which is internal branches have a good 3.25 stated value, external conditions have a good value of 3.07 otherwise. The position of the company is currently in the growth phase, this result was evidenced by the internal and external SWOT matrix which showed the state of the company was in cell 1. The Appropriate strategy applied PT. Samekarindo Indah Sangatta branch is using SO strategy (Strength Opportunities).]]>

<![CDATA[The importance of a hospital have a good medicine control that pharmaceuticals are not excessive or shortage. The study aims to: (1) describe the control of generic medicine supply at the pharmacy unit that causes stock out; (2) determine whether ABC, EOQ, and ROP control systems can be used to avoid stock out; and (3) determine the level of safety stock that needs to be stored in the warehouse to avoid stock out. The research can be categorized as a qualitative and quantitative study. It used primary data obtained from in-depth interviews and secondary data obtained from document review. The results reveal that: (1) stock control that causes stock out is the stock opname. (2) stock control with ABC, EOQ, and ROP analysis helps the management to plan medicine supply and to avoid stock out. The ABC analysis shows that 36 kinds (12%) of generic medicine are in Group A, which use budget of 69.60% from the total budget. Group B consists of 52 kinds (17.33%) of generic medicine, using budget of 20.39% from the total budget; while Group C consists of 212 kinds (70.67%) of generic medicine using budget of 10.01% from the total budget. The maximum order for generic medicine in Group A should consist of 2-5265 items; while The maximum order for generic medicine in Group B should consist of 6-6879 items. The maximum order for generic medicine in Group C should consist of 1-5503 items. Reorder time for generic medicine in Group A starts from 1 to 2315 items, while reorder time for generic medicine in Group B starts from 2-1663 items. Reorder time for generic medicine in Group C starts from 1-916 items. (3) to avoid stock out, safety stock in the warehouse should be 3-1442 items for group A, 1-1036 items for Group B, and 3-570 items for Group C.

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to know clearly about the influence of supervision on the discipline of employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of the District of Berau. This writing using analysis tools are: Product Moment correlation coefficient, simple linear regression equation and hypothesis testing with Test t.
Based on the results of the research can be seen that the simple linear regression equation on the influence of supervision on the discipline of employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Berau District is Y = 7.05 + 0.76X. The value of product moment correlation coefficient is 0,9101, so r> 0 (0,9101> 0) hence there is positive linear correlation between supervisory variable and work discipline variable. In this case the close relationship between the two variables can be interpreted as very high correlation (in the scale of 0.800-1000). The value of t arithmetic is 14.90 while the value of t table is 2.0129. So that the value of t arithmetic greater than t table (14,90> 2.0129), then the hypothesis proposed in this study accepted or proved that the supervision has a significant effect on the discipline of employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of the District of Berau.]]>

<![CDATA[Information system is seen as one of the factors of competitive advantage for an organization or company. This research aimed at investigating and analyzing: (1) the influence of the use effectiveness of the information system technology on the employees performance, (2) the effect of the use effectiveness of the information system technology on the information system technology trust, (3) ) the influence of the trust of the information system technology on the employees performance, (4) the effect of the use effectiveness through the trust of the information systems technology on the employees performance. The research used the causal explanatory design. The research was conducted in Bank Rakyat Indonesia of Rantepao Branch and carried out in the early month of October 2016. The research population was the employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia of Rantepao branch as many as 100 people. Samples were selected using the probability sampling technique. The data were analyzed using the instrument of the statistic application software of SPSS 22. The research result indicates that: (1) the use effectiveness of the information system technology having the influence on the employees performance is acceptable, (2) the use effectiveness of the use of the information system technology on the trust of the information systems technology is acceptable, (3) the trust on the information system technology having the positive and significant effect on employees performance is acceptable, (4) the use effectiveness of the information system technology having the positive and significant influence on the employees performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia of Rantepao Branch through the trust on the information systems technology is acceptable.
