Abstract

Askha Jaya chip sales were down owing to an incorrect marketing mix. The goal of this study is to discover the aspects involved in applying the 4p marketing mix to Askha Jaya Banana Chips sales and how to boost Askha Jaya Banana Chips sales. This study's analytical approach is SWOT analysis using informants, namely the owners and workers of Askha Jaya. According to the SWOT matrix diagram findings, Askha Jaya Banana Chips are in Quadrant I, where the conditions are highly favorable. Askha Jaya Banana Chips has the chance and strength to capitalize on current possibilities; thus, Askha Jaya Banana Chips must develop a plan that supports aggressive growth strategies in order to increase sales.

Abstract

Saat ini bermain game online sangatlah popular dikalangan masyarakat baik itu anak-anak, remaja maupun orang dewasa. Game online pada aplikasi mobile biasanya berbasis android, mudah dimainkan, hanya menggunakan smartphone saja. dapat dijadikan hiburan atau untuk mengisi waktu luang namun sering disalah artikan dikalangan anak-anak, game online seringkali membuat mereka lupa waktu. Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi dua metode yaitu Certainty Factor dan Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor, data-data yang dibutuhkan pada penelitian ini diantaranya adalah data gejala, dan data sampel hasil diagnosa. Data gejala didapatkan dari ahli pakar psikologi. Dataset yang digunakan adalah 100 data, dimana 70% sebagai data training dan 30% sebagai data testing. Dari semua dataset tersebut didaptkan 25 anak mengalami tingkat kecanduan Rendah, 34 anak mengalami tingkat kecanduan sedang dan 41 anak mengalami tingkat kecanduan Parah. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan tingkat akurasi yang diuji menggunakan Rapidminer yaitu sebesar 80%. Pada Penelitian ini akan diaplikasikan dalam bentuk web yaitu menggunakan Laravel

Abstract

Dalam konteks promosi, penggunaan KMeans untuk mengelompokkan pelanggan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah salah satu UMKM yakni Toko yang menjual produk FMCG. Data ini akan digunakan untuk melakukan clustering menggunakan algoritma KMeans, dan kemudian strategi promosi yang disesuaikan akan dirumuskan berdasarkan hasil pengelompokan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan strategi promosi dengan menggunakan pengelompokan pelanggan menggunakan algoritma KMeans. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pengelompokan pelanggan menggunakan KMeans dapat menghasilkan k kelompok pelanggan yang memiliki karakteristik dan preferensi serupa. Temuan ini memberikan panduan berharga bagi perusahaan dalam merancang strategi promosi yang lebih tepat sasaran dan efisien, yang dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan memaksimalkan potensi penjualan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh arus kas operasi, terhadap return saham dengan dimoderasi laba akuntansi pada perusahaan LQ-45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2021. Periode penelitian dari tahun 2017 hingga 2020 dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 13 perusahaan LQ 45 dengan total 52 observasi. Data yang dikumpulkan dan dipilih sampel dengan metode purposive sampling serta uji analisis data dengan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 9, dimana analisis statistik dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Laba Akuntansi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pergerakan Harga Saham. Tetapi Arus Kas Operasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pergerakan Harga Saham Dan Arus Kas operasi dimana dalam hal ini dimoderasi dengan Laba akuntansi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pergerakan Harga Saham.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sentiment of Indonesian society towards SEA Games 2023 on the Twitter platform using the Naïve Bayes method. Data from Twitter users' responses related to SEA Games were collected and sentiment analysis was performed to identify positive, negative, and neutral responses. The analysis results showed that the majority of responses were positive (33.4%), followed by neutral responses (59.1%) and negative responses (7.5%). The Naïve Bayes method was used to classify sentiment by dividing the data into training and testing sets in different ratio comparisons. The performance of the algorithm was evaluated based on accuracy, precision, and recall. The testing results showed that the 40:60 ratio had the highest accuracy (92.70%). The most frequently occurring words in positive responses were "champion," "achieve," "national team," "gold," "medal," "win," "play," "already," "achievement," and "world." In negative responses, the most frequent words were "return," "incident," "lose," "ask," "fail," "minister of youth and sports," "opening," "until," "same," and "serious." Based on the analysis results, it is recommended that stakeholders leverage the positive sentiment to strengthen public support, conduct regular sentiment analysis, and further develop sentiment classification methods. This study provides insights into public perspectives on SEA Games 2023 and can serve as a basis for informed decision-making in the planning and execution of future sports events.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce business competition, the company's operational efficiency is an important key in achieving greater profits. Good and effective inventory management is one of the factors that affect operational efficiency. CV Menembus Batas, a plastic waste recycling company, faces efficiency problems due to the use of manual systems in processing inventory data. This leads to slow data processing processes, inventory miscalculations, and other problems. To overcome this problem, CV Menembus Batas needs to implement the development of a desktop-based inventory information system with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. With an integrated information system, companies can speed up the data processing process, improve inventory control, facilitate report generation, and improve the right decision making. The implementation of this inventory information system can improve CV Menembus Batas operational efficiency and provide accurate and fast information.

Abstract

PKH adalah suatu program pemberian bantuan sosial bersyarat kepada Keluarga Penerima Manfaat yang ditetapkan sebagai Keluarga Penerima Manfaat PKH. Program Keluarga Harapan membuka akses untuk Keluarga Miskin untuk mendapatkan fasilitas kesehatan, Pendidikan dan kesejahteraan sosial [1]. Permasalahan yang perlu dibenahi salah satunya yaitu kesulitan dalam menentukan kriteria yang akan digunakan untuk pemberian program PKH dan kesulitan dalam menentukan alternatif terbaik untuk penerima bantuan. SMART merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini ditetapkan 15 kriteria yang digunakan dalam pemberian bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Desa Gempol Kolot, Pemberian pembobotan terhadap kriteria disesuakan dengan tingkat kepentingan pada tiap-tiap kriteria, Penentuan alternatif penerima bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dilakukan dengan menggunakan populasi dan sampel data yang telah di filterisasi di Desa Gempol Kolot yaitu sebanyak 115 orang, Dan dilakukan ranking untuk mencari alternatif terbaik agar tidak terjadi salah pemberian bantuan, dan hasil akhir dari perangkingan tersebut adalah di peroleh nilai tertinggi 3,492 dan nilai terendah 1,079. Nilai tertinggi tersebut di dapatkan dari hasil perhitungan penelitian pada setiap alternatif. Nilai tertinggi tersebut jatuh kepada alternatif A11 dan nilai tertinggi tersebut dapat di kategorikan layak menerima bantuan karena kriteria nya sudah sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how factors such as work culture, work motivation, and leadership influence the performance of managers working for Child-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces (RPTRA) in Jakarta in the year 2022. This research utilized a survey approach along with a technique known as purposive sampling. The managers of RPTRA in Jakarta made up the total of 75 participants that participated in the research. The data were examined with the assistance of the SPSS software package using a multiple linear regression analysis. The findings revealed that both the work culture and the leadership style of RPTRA managers in Central Jakarta in 2022 had a substantial impact on the performance of those managers. In the meantime, research shows that the level of job motivation of RPTRA managers in Jakarta in 2022 has no meaningful effect on their performance. In the same way, the performance of RPTRA managers is impacted by these three aspects simultaneously. It is possible to draw the following conclusion based on the findings of this study: RPTRA managers in Central Jakarta need to improve both their work culture and their work motivation in order to enhance their performance in managing child-friendly RPTRAs.

Abstract

In the era This study aims to develop a web-based employee cooperative application system with the rapid application development (RAD) method that can facilitate the employee cooperative management process, such as recording member data, managing deposits, borrowing money, installment payments, and financial statements. The RAD method is used because it allows for fast and efficient system development by involving users in every stage of development. This research was conducted with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data was collected through interviews with cooperative administrators, employees and cooperative members who are users of the application system. In addition, data was also collected through observations of the employee cooperative system that has been running. The result of the study is a web-based employee cooperative application system that has been developed with the RAD method. This system has features that can help employee cooperatives manage financial activities more efficiently and effectively. With the web-based employee cooperative application system with the RAD method, it is expected to facilitate employee cooperatives so that they can improve the performance and growth of cooperatives. In addition, users of the RAD method in the development of this application system can also provide benefits in the development of application systems in the future.

Cyber Security is an effort to protect information from Cyber Attacks. The purpose of making this paper is to inform the importance of Cyber Security in application devices, software and other devices in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. For example, in Android Cyber Security is very important because to protect the information that we have and this cyber security is widely used by corporate companies as well. In accordance with the discussion above, it can be concluded that Cyber Security in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, why is that? Because Cyber Security itself is designed and made to overcome problems that might occur in the cyber world, its use is very useful, guaranteed and feasible to use even for the cyber security system itself to develop and continue to get better with time. then there is no doubt about the security, comfort and usefulness of the cyber security itself.
