<![CDATA[Ulee Lheue Port is one of the ferry ports located in the city of Banda Aceh as a transportation to Sabang Weh Island. The city of Sabang is famous as one of the destinations of sharia tourism in Indonesia, therefore the revenue of the region can be obtained from the sea port service levy. As a source of revenue, the acceptance of port service levies is affected by the number of passengers on the ferry. This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence between the number of passenger ships crossing the acceptance of levy services sea port city of Banda Aceh. This research uses quantitative approach and data analysis used is simple regression analysis. The source of this research is taken from the Banda Aceh Statistics Data Report 2012 to 2015. The results show that there is influence between the number of passenger ship crossing to the receipt of levy service of seaport city of Banda Aceh.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to get empirical evidence regarding the corporate governance mechanism proxied by the size of the board of commisioners, independent directors, the size of the board of directors and audit committees that affect the value of the company. This study using purposive sampling method for collecting samples of the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange that publish the complete annual financial statements for 2010-2014, have the data necessary corporate governance in research, the company has never delisted and present its financial statements in Indonesian Rupiah , From the analysis of the study showed that the size of the board of commisioners, independent directors, and the size of the board of directors affect the value of the company, while the audit committee does not affect the value of the company.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how the socio-economic life of beggars in Banda Aceh and the government's efforts to overcome the problem of beggars in Banda Aceh. This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach with a sample of 35 beggars. This study used interview in the form of questionnaire surveys and observations field as well as some data from related agencies. The results of the tabulation are illustrated to understand the data obtained from the respondents and the percentage of data analysis. The results showed that the cause of these people became beggars due to several factors that occurred in their lives. The Government has made various efforts to tackle beggars through the Social Service of Banda Aceh in collaboration with the community to eradicate beggars. Efforts that have been made by the Government of Banda Aceh for the prevention of beggars are preventive efforts, coercive efforts, rehabilitation efforts, and social reintegration efforts to prevent the appearance of more beggars. Besides, the efforts to prevent the spread of the effect of begging in the community, the government appeals to the community not to give money and goods to beggars, but they should give them to the social institutions in accordance with the legislation set by the Government of Banda Aceh.]]>

<![CDATA[The government has done its best to solve cases of poverty in Indonesia. However, the efforts made by the government have been implemented but the government has not been able to complete optimally and thoroughly and prosper the Indonesian people, this becomes a prolonged problem. In this case the government issued Keluarga Harapan Program (PKH). Implementation of PKH program located in Kajhu village, Baitussalam sub district, Aceh Besar district due to Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin (RTSM) so this should get special attention from the government. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive research type. The results of the research say that PKH is able to eradicate poverty in Kajhu village and able to bring prosperity to the community, so that the community is very grateful for the existence of this PKH in the village, and reduce the existing poverty. Obstacles obtained are the manipulation / forgery of data by people who are not entitled to receive PKH funds.]]>

<![CDATA[Banda Aceh is one of the city of Islamic tourism in Indonesia, therefore it is expected that regional income can be obtained from tourism income. As a source of revenue of income, tourism is influenced by tourist visits. This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the visiting of the domestic tourists and the foreign tourists to the regional revenue in the city of Banda Aceh. This research uses quantitative approach and data analysis used is simple regression analysis. The source of this research is taken from the Banda Aceh Statistics Data Report 2012 to 2015. The results show that there is influence between the visit of tourists to the city's original revenue of Banda Aceh, this is indicated by the increase of the number of tourists to increase the original income of the regional.]]>

<![CDATA[The number of people continues to grow means economic needs are also increasing, so it needs additional revenue every year. This can be achieved by increasing the aggregate output (goods and services) or Gross Regional Domestic Product every year. This study aims to determine the comparison of the leading economic sectors of Banda Aceh City as an information and consideration in the planning of economic development. Using secondary data in the form of Gross Regional Domestic Product of Banda Aceh City Period 2012-2016. The analytical tools used are Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, Shift Share Analysis. Location Quotient analysis results show that the calculation of Shift-Share Gross Regional Domestic Product of Banda Aceh without Oil and Gas Regency during the period of 2012-2016 shows that the value of Proportional Shift (P) there is a positive value of Mining and Quarrying and Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, while for the sector - sectors with negative Proportional Shift (P) values have one sector, namely Processing Industry. The sectors are categorized as the basic sector in the economy of Banda Aceh City which has LQ> 1 value ranging from the largest is the service sector of the company and the water supply sector, waste management, waste and recycling. The sectors are categorized as non-base sector because it has LQ <1 value ie agriculture, forestry and fishery.]]>

<![CDATA[The research with the title” village budget implementation in an effort to boost the development of the village” ( The research is implemented in Gampong Lamdingin banda Aceh) with the intention of budget implementation process in order to improve the development of the village toward Gampong Lamdingin Banda Aceh. This research used qualitative descriptive method, by doing an observation and interview with Keuchik Gampong Lamdingin Banda aceh as the data collection techniques interviews. Within this research, the researcher found that the budget execution process as an effort to boost rural development have done well and transparently, with an open attitude toward the public, and develop the village by way of mutual cooperation and word together with the people in the village. The high level of public participation in the effort to build the village, such as giving money, giving the treasure that is beneficial to the village of mutual interest, as well as contribute ideas to the village for the progress of the village. <![CDATA[This study aims to find out the political dynamics of regional and national parties in Acehs’ regioal election 2017. This study is also aimed to investigate the factors that influence the political dynamics of that particular regional election. The political dynamics in Aceh is very fluctuated. This fluctuation may be caused by the escalation of lobbying done by the political parties that has dominant influence. However, this domination seems to change from time to time particularly in certain districs. In Bireun district for example, the figures from certain national parties had been acknowledged by the local community in the previous regional election in 2017. This change was not only occured in the executive level but also in the composition of legislative members in the regional election as seen in 2014 elections’. This study used the qualitative descriptive method. The data was collected mainly from words, sentences or images that have insight meaning and trigger more tangible understanding than numbers or frequencies. The data was gathered from interview and observation in Banda Aceh. As for qualitative research, the data collection was carried out in the natural setting. The primary data source and data collection technique were more focus on the observation, in-depth interview and also documentation. The result showed that the dynamics of political development between regional and national parties were very dynamic. This dynamic was influenced by the fundamental aspect in politics, that is the interest of the party. The study suggested that the interest between regional and national parties at the district and provincial level have different degree of interest. However, in order to get the seat in the national parliament, these parties might be enggage in a political compromise. On the other hand, the political dynamics between regional and national parties lies in the party ideology itself.]]>

<![CDATA[Development policy through the optimization of local resource potential is a need that needs to be prepared in order to encourage the acceleration of regional economic growth. Identify changes in economic structure and determine the leading economic sectors including one of the efforts to accelerate the process of achieving economic growth. This study aims to analyze changes in economic structure and determine the leading economic sectors in Aceh Besar District. The data used is secondary data in the form of time series data (time series) Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Aceh Besar Regency based on constant prices and GRDP of Aceh Province based on the constant price of 2012-2016. The analyzer used is Shift-Share. During the last five years, Aceh Besar's economic structure based on Shift-Share was only donated by Aceh Province by 19.60 percent. Furthermore, the industry mix contributed 17.89 percent. The leading economic sectors accounted for 62.50 percent of Aceh Besar economic structure changes. The result of Shift Share analysis shows that most of Aceh Besar Regency's economic sector is one of the leading sectors that grow fast in economy in Aceh Province. Only the electricity and gas procurement sector does not excel in Aceh Besar.]]>
