Abstract

This research aims to analyze the response of investors to the going concern opinion on issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The population used in this research are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2012-2013 so that the number of samples (n) = 106. Determination of sample do with purposive sampling method, samples are selected using criteria specified.Samples of data are collected using literature study and documentation. The data collected will be analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis, Different test and classical assumption. Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted to determine the dispersion and distribution of data. Different test is used to test the differences between the two variables are then used to test the research hypotheses. While the classical assumption test was conducted to test the feasibility of multiple linear regression models were then used to test the research hypotheses.In this research found evidence that there is no difference between the abnormal returns before going concern opinion issued by after receiving going concern opinion, there is no difference between the abnormal return issuers obtain going concern opinion with which to obtain an unqualified opinion and no significant influence going concern opinion to the cumulative abnormal return.

Abstract

Opera Van Java (OVJ) Television program on Trans7 earns a high rating and share in a relatively short time. This is a new phenomenon in the category of comedy that shows a television program in Indonesia can be successful. This event received much praise, so the OVJ included a comedy that received great public attention. The silly story presented by OVJ is very funny and appealing to all walks of life.Trans7's communications management on this television comedy program has demonstrated professional work in managing comedy programs. This is done by building the synergy / performance of all the crew, communicating creative ideas and ideas, equating perceptions, packing messages and impressions. This process creates an OVJ program that appeals to the audience and can convey messages to all walks of life and age.The Trans7 OVJ program got the highest rating and share of the comedy version according to AGB Nielsen measurement by Audiences Meansurement version. This assessment is very influential, because the OVJ program is a phenomenal comedy that will increase advertising revenue as a source of income Trans7 television stations.Creativity in communication management Opera Van Java (OVJ) is packaged in such a way that it is always interesting to watch on every episode. Researchers found and saw great creativity in the OVJ program. The conclusion is that good communication management in managing television comedy programs is essential to improve the rating and share of the program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how much influence human capital investment,  organizational climate with employee performance and its impact on SFM either partially or simultaneously. This research study was conducted on employees of PT. Kalimantan Satya Kencana (PT. CWC) in West Kalimantan. PT. KSK is a company engaged in the management of forestry. The data used is primary data, collecting by direct interviews and filled out the questionnaire to 58 employees. The analytical method used is Path Analysis (Path Analysis) and processed with SPSS 17 software.The analysis showed that the significant and simultaneous human capital investment and organizational climate direction (positive) on the performance of employees with the coefficient of determination (R ²) of 17.6%. With this method of trimming that employee performance and organizational climate significantly and simultaneously direct influence and direction (positive) on the Performance of SFM, while the human capital investment indirect effect on the SFM with the coefficient of determination (R ²) as a whole amounted to 44.28%. These findings indicate that in order to meet and improve SFM, PT. KSK need to pay attention to factors of human capital investment, organizational climate and employee performance because of these factors shown to affect the success of the acquisition of certificates of SFM.

Abstract

This research about "Effect of Recruitment and Compensation against Employee Performance with Monitoring of Work as Moderating Variables at PT. Titian Abadi Lestari ". The dependent variable in this research is the employee's performance. Independent variable is the recruitment and compensation. As well moderating variables in this research is monitoring of work. Population and sample in this research is all employees or as many as 70 people. The analysis method used in this research is to test the feasibility of the data, test hypotheses and test moderating variable. Test result of Feasibility data proves the questionnaire is valid and reliable. While testing the hypothesis partially and simultaneously prove that the recruitment and compensation jointly and significant positive effect on employee performance. The test results proved that the moderating variable the monitoring of work is pure moderating because of the effect results Z to Y on the first output and the effect of the interaction Z * X1 on the second output, one of them is significant. So monitoring of work affect recruitment and compensation moderating on employee performance.

Abstract

Based on the results of a survey of literacy index published by Central Connecticut State of the University (CCSU) in March 2016 showed from 61 countries surveyed, Indonesia's literacy rankings are in the 60th sequence. The research also assessed the reading assessment score for children under the age of 18 , as quoted from page CCSU.edu (accessed 4/6/2017) shows that the ability of Indonesian children to understand the reading is also very low.Children's literacy skills can be very high. That means, the family and the form of early childhood education have a very big influence on the high-low literacy ability of a child.The publisher of Mizan through KKPK / Kecil-Kecil Punya Karya, is a pioneer of quality reading books written by Indonesian children. In KKPK's book, the writings published are children's writing from 7-12 years old, which also corresponds to a focused market share. Based on the point of view, the purpose of this study is to examine the branding of KPPK in the perspective of increasing the interest of children literacy. From the study of literature research methods conducted by the author, it is concluded that Dar Mizan Publisher through KKPK book has made a strong branding as a pioneer of book publishers that provides a container for children to publish their writing visually. The opportunity to write visual works is support for one's literacy skills, especially children. In this case, Dar Mizan Publisher, through KKPK book has increased interest and literacy ability of children. KKPK has become a medium to improve the literacy ability of children with earlier.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the impact of Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, and CompanySize towards the expression of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) by the corporateslisted and registered under the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) within 2012-2016. This study employed Purposive Sampling method with a total of 25 companies taken as the sample in the present study. Data analysis process followed the following steps; descriptive statistical test, multicollinearity test, model fit test, regression model feasibility test, and hypothesis test. Statistical method used is panel data regression analysis. The result showed that profitability had partially significant impact on ISR; liquidity strongly had significant impact on ISR; leverage and company size had no significant impact on ISR. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the extent to which Islamic business ethics variable affect Profitability, Customer satisfaction, Employee involvement, Business continuity, and Community involvement that has been implemented at PT Berlian Abadua One, Jakarta. This research approach is quantitative with survey method The study population is all of the stakeholder elements of the company, i.e owners of companies, consumers, employees, suppliers, government, and society. The sample was 100 respondents, and the sampling technique was incidental sampling. Data analysis technique is causal analysis by using Partial Least Squares (PLS)-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that Islamic business ethics influences the five dependent variables. Toward Profitability, the influence of Islamic business ethics is positive and significant; while for Customer satisfaction, Employee engagement, Business continuity, and Community involvement, the influence of Islamic business ethics are positive, but not significant. This study proves that Islamic business ethics is an independent variable that has predictive power, because the value of Q squares for five research models is greater than 0 (zero).

Abstract

This study aims to identify market climate and customer preferences of people around Shah Alam, Malaysia towards franchisor of Islamic kindergarten. The research method used is quantitative approach and questionnaires are distributed to 40 parents around Shah Alam who have children and putting their children to have pre-education among 3 Islamic kindergarten brand.  The result of this study explained that most consumers engage their children to pre institutions the school grounds to increase the ability and social interaction.  The main consideration consumers in choosing pre -school education are the type of program services offered and teacher skills and knowledge. While biggest decision maker was the husband.  Price sensitivity is low with costs incurred for pre-school activities people feel suitable is more than RM 200 per month. Lastly, if consumers are not satisfied then the action taken is complain directly to the pre-school and directly stop using the service.

Abstract

Bogor city has a natural phenomenon as a tourist destination. Therefore, until now when entering the holiday period, Bogor City is always crowded by tourists. To promote tourism in the city of Bogor, it is necessary necessary facilities that can support such as hospitality industry. The existence of hospitality industry in the city of Bogor becomes a very big attraction for tourists both for the purpose of seeking entertainment or for business purposes. Based on information obtained by tourists on the existence of tourist destinations in the city of Bogor, the tourists are interested to travel by spending time and money to satisfy curiosity.This research is conducted to learn more with the formulation of the problem as the factors of what hospitals can satisfy tourists who visit the city of Bogor?The research approach used in this research is quantitative approach. While this type of research is descriptive research. Descriptive research aims to describe or describe a research object.Technique of taking data using primary and secondary data. Primary data were taken using questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 travelers with sampling technique of cluster sampling, at Bogor Botanical Garden object, Taman Hat / Taman Ade Irma Suryani and Suryakencana Culinary Tour. Data were analyzed using factor analysis.Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that of the 24 most influential community hospital factors on tourist visit in Bogor City can be grouped into 7 components or variables.

Abstract

The influence of organizational culture and work ethos against the quality of student services (LP3I Polytechnic Case Study in Jakarta, Campus Cibinong) This study aims to how much influence organizational culture, work ethic on the level of customer satisfaction. The sampling method used is Proportionate random sampling. The sample in this study follows the formula of Slovin, or as many as 80 students and 21 staff employees. The data that have met the test of validity and reliability testing further processed to generate a regression equation of Y = X1 + 0.025 0.457+ 0678 X2, where Y is the variable quality of student services, organizational culture is a variable X1 and X2 are variables work ethic. Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that each of the independent variables studied was shown to significantly affect the dependent variable partially on the quality of student services. Then through the F test can be seen that the two independent variables were examined simultaneously shown to affect the dependent variable quality of student services. Figures Adjusted R Square of 0.697menunjukkan that 69.7% Customer Satisfaction variables can be explained by the two independent variables, while the remaining 30.3% is explained by other variables.
