Abstract

Learning is a fundamental process of behavior change as a result of experience in an organization/institution (George & Jones, 2008). Learning is not only important for new members, but also long-time members at all levels of the organization because old members are often assigned tasks they have never worked before. Learning is a change in behavior and knowledge that is relatively long from the results of practice and experience.

Abstract

The duration ability of human concentration is limited to the age of each individual. The brain can focus for a certain period of time, then have to diffuse the focus. According to DePORTER (2000) the general formula for terms of focus is the age of the brain = the number of focus minutes. For example, the age of 12 students, the number is equal to the number of minutes their brains can focus. After 12 minutes it's time to practice the diffusion for 3-4 minutes, take a break! with ice breaking one of them.

Abstract

Gender issues and women's empowerment are an important issues in education, especially in the madrasa. A number of female teachers that don’t balance with women principals proved the persistence of discrimination against women in education. This article aims to identify problems experienced by women's leadership. There are three problems experienced by women in becoming the principal of the madrasah, a psychological problem, structural probblem, and socio-cultural problem. Among those three problems, socio-cultural issues are most pressing problem to be solved. With socio-cultural problem solving it can be expected to provide awareness not only for society but also for women can minimize resistance has emerged in public consciousness, and can rise fair competition in achieving a career.

Abstract

Leadership in organization or madrasah always interesting to be examined, considering the ability of a leader as main determinant of empowerment to subordinate. Leaders in the organization or madrasah as central to the success or failure of the organization or madrasah. For leaders in organizations or madrassas are required to be able to direct, influence, mobilize the bottom or kelomoknya in achieving the goals he has set. To achieve the goals of the organization or the madrasah would require its own steps, there are at least some urgent things to ponder by a leader in an organization or madrasah before managing its organization or madrasah, the leader on the basic concepts of leadership function, type of leadership, effective leadership, and leadership strategies or tactics. By understanding these things at least a leader is not only monotonous in leadership, so that his subordinates will experience saturation in the organization or madrasah which resulted in less effective and communicative people in the organization or madrasah.

Abstract

Schools as educational institutions that contribute in processing their students in inculcating noble values, norms (noble faith) in order to interact with good attitude and behavior and can distinguish which good values ​​and which are bad and can influence others berakidah morals with noble. For that in required process of implementation of appropriate learning. This study used qualitative research methods. In general, this qualitative research is described that the data is addressed as verbal data, research orientation understanding of good meaning refers to the characteristics of systematic relationships, conceptions, values, rules and abstraction formulation of understanding and emphasize the direct relationship between researchers and the world studied and prioritizing researchers as a key instrument. (Bakri, 2002: 50) Based on the results of research conducted by researchers in the field associated with learning model Akidah morals in shaping the character of learners in MA Hidayatul Mubtadiin Tasikmadu Malang, after the data obtained and discussed shows that the model of learning is understood and implemented by the teacher well, such as the lecture model, , assignment, discussion, habituation and exemplary While the character of the learners is good enough, if for example violate the violation of school rules.

Abstract

In Islam there are regulations intended for his people, including about ethics. The success of a person is not determined by the intellect alone but also emotions, emotional intelligences is how someone could drown out his anger and focus more on moral or existing guidance. It was stated in the letter of al-Hujurat verses 1-8, which is a rule that humans have an obligation to put God as Kholik above all else, then the Prophet Muhammad as a lover, as good as any human morals to the apostles with a variety of conditions is essential, both named to the morals horizontally and are associated with private, to enhance a person kesholihan should be coupled with a vertically ie ethical morals to others critically, selective and thoughtful. Both are central to affect life and to achieve a pure success.

Abstract

Marriage is the sunnah of Rasulullah SAW, which places the male relation as husband and woman as wife in strong and honorable bond (mitsaqon qalidho). This is a typical human celebration that distinguishes between the other creatures of God. Which in the human life of marriage events arranged in such a way through religion, customs and also the norms of other rules. Because in essence marriage is a complete agreement that is not only dimension of humanity but also dimension of the Godhead that the terms of the meaning set in the Qur'an and hadith as described and practiced by the Prophet Muhammad. Related to this marriage marriage sirri until now is still a trend among the people with a valid excuse according to the Islamic Shari'ah after the eligibility and marriage, but the marriage is seen from the standpoint of formal law has several sides weakness, therefore in Article 2 paragraph 2 Law No. 1 of 1974 as well as in Article 5 paragraph 1 and 2 compilation of Islamic marriage law shall be recorded by authorized officers to obtain legal legal power, therefore the registration of marriage becomes very urgent.

Abstract

Development of education in boarding school in responding to the changing era at least there are things that need to be maintained and should not change the basic values of pesantren (sincerity, simplicity, independence, ukhuwah islamiyah, free spirit, community, struggle and sacrifice). Abstract

Implementation of education reform requires the readiness of all parties to change in order to improve the performance of the national education system, one of which is the school-based quality improvement management (MPMBS). As a consequence of regional autonomy, MPMBS is defined as management that provides greater autonomy, provides flexibility to schools and encourages direct participation of school and community members to improve school quality. MPMBS is part of the school-based management (SBM) which will eventually become MBS. The objectives of MPMBS are (1) to help schools explain current and future management, (2) encourage and support community participation, (3) encourage school-making decision making. The success of school-based quality improvement management is determined by a strong managerial presence, so that the principal can create a conducive and enjoyable working environment. Teachers should also be creative in improving classroom management, since teachers are role models and direct models of students in the classroom. While community empowerment, in MPMBS, is intended to optimize effectively and efficiently on the performance of school elements, namely principals, teachers, administrative staff, pupils, parents and community.

Abstract

Modern society succeeded in developing science and advanced technology to solve life problem. However, it is also not able to grow akhlaq al-karimah. This paper looks for solutions to overcome the tragedy of modern society by focusing the study on the effort to integrate science with religion, through the concept of Islamization of science, born out of a dichotomous concept between religion and science developed by the West and the culture of modern society. The development of science in Islam not only believes in the truths of human senses, logic and ethics, but also acknowledges and believes transcendental truths (Divinity). This suggests that the Islamic conception of science is integral to ethics and morals. Islam does not accept the secularization of science from value or science of virtue (wisdom). The way in which operational normative concepts become objective and empirical is the syntactic and analytic approach. While the model of Islamization saisn which can be developed in looking at the era of globalization is a model of Purification, Modernization of Islam model and Neo-Modernist model. The Islamization of this science may only be done well if a permanent facility or container is available in the form of an Islamic educational institution, especially at the university level.
