Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the extent to which the contribution of the Coal Mining Sub Sector to the Mining and Excavation Sector in Berau District. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of the coal mining sector to the mining and quarrying sector in Berau District. In this study using secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) 2013-2017 Berau District. The results of the study show that in 2013 the contribution of the coal mining sub sector to the mining and quarrying sector showed a higher figure than in 2014-2017, this was due to higher production of rill production and an increase in global coal prices.   Keywords: Contributions, Mining Sector   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana Kontribusi Sub Sektor Pertambangan Batu Bara Terhadap Sektor Pertambangan dan Penggalian Di Kab.Berau. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi sektor pertambangan batu bara terhadap sektor pertambangan dan penggalian di Kabupaten Berau. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang di peroleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) priode 2013-2017 Kabupaten Berau. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2013 kontribusi sub sektor pertambangan batu bara terhadap sektor pertambangan dan penggalian menunjukkan angka yang lebih tinggi dari pada tahun 2014-2017, hal ini dikarenakan produksi rill lebih tinggi peningkatan produksi nya dan peningkatan harga batu bara global.   Kata Kunci: Kontribusi, Sektor Pertambangan

Abstract

The purpose of this study refers to the background and the formulation of problems that researchers proposed is to determine the effect of the number of public transport vehicles to the acceptance Levy Testing Motor Vehicles in the District of Berau during the year 2010 - 2016. There is also a usefulness that researchers expect from the results of this study is to be made as an information material and input for the Government of Berau Regency in the effort to determine the policies related to the business of optimizing the acceptance of Motor Vehicle Testing Test in the future. The result of the research shows that the result of t test is known that the hypothetical that the researcher stated that allegedly the Number of Public Transport Vehicle has significant effect to the acceptance of Retrebusi Testing of Motor Vehicles in Berau District, acceptable. It is biased to see where the tcount (5,624) is greater than the ttable value (2.015). The correlation coefficient value (r) of 0.929 or 92.9% indicates that the relationship between the Number of Public Vehicles (X) on the Receipt of Motor Vehicle Inspection Levies (Y) in Berau District is strong because it is close to one or one hundred percent. Thus, the ups and downs of Motor Vehicle Levies Acceptance is very influential by the ups and downs of the Number of Public Transport Vehicles. The value of coefficient of determination is equal to 0.863 or 86.3%, this figure illustrates that the variation of the rise and fall of the rate of Revenue Levy of Motor Vehicles in the Regency (Y), 86.3% is influenced by the Number of Public Transport Vehicles (X), while the rest of 0.137 or 13.7% is influenced by other factors that are outside the research model.

Abstract

The purpose of research conducted is to obtain a picture of the perceptions and expectations of society against PT. Kaltim Jaya Bara in Long-Lanuk Sambaliung District, from economic aspect, social aspect, and public welfare aspect. The analysis tools used are IKM (Satisfaction Index). Where IKM is calculated by using "weighted average value" of each element. There are sixteen assessment elements / indicators reviewed. Based on the research results can be seen that the public perception of PT. Kaltim Jaya Bara in terms of economic, social, and public health is "Good Enough". This is indicated by the large Public Satisfaction Index of 2.81 and the Satisfaction Index score after converted 70.25 (Good Indicator). This means the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the income of Inpatient Patient Class III at General Hospital of Drs. Abdul Rivai Berau District which is then compared with Decent Living Needs in Berau District. This writing using the analysis tool is the average method of calculation proposed by Anto Dajan and hypothesis testing with Test t. Based on the results of the study, the average income count of each inpatient class III patients at the Regional General Hospital Dr. Abdul Rivai of Berau Regency is Rp 2,723,333, - per month, which is lower than Berau District Living Needs in 2016 worth Rp 2,778,624, -. Standard deviation of average income of inpatient class III patient at Dr. General Hospital. Abdul Rivai District of Berau is Rp.870.510, -. That the value of t arithmetic (th) is -0.34 is smaller than the value of t in the table (td). Since th value is smaller than t value, the hypothesis is rejected. This means that the income of inpatient class III patients at the Regional General Hospital Dr. Abdul Rivai District Berau below the value of Berau District Living Needs Year 2016.   Keywords: Revenue, Hospital, Living Needs, Average Standard Deviation   ABSTRAK                Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapatan Pasien Rawat Inap Kelas III di Rumah Sakit Umum Drs. Distrik Abdul Rivai Berau yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan Kebutuhan Hidup Layak di Distrik Berau. Tulisan ini menggunakan alat analisis adalah metode perhitungan rata-rata yang diusulkan oleh Anto Dajan dan pengujian hipotesis dengan Uji t.                Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penghitungan pendapatan rata-rata setiap pasien rawat inap kelas III di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Abdul Rivai dari Kabupaten Berau adalah Rp 2.723.333, - per bulan, yang lebih rendah dari Kebutuhan Hidup Distrik Berau pada 2016 senilai Rp. 2,778.624, -.                Standar deviasi pendapatan rata-rata pasien rawat inap kelas III di Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Distrik Abdul Rivai di Berau adalah Rp.870.510, -. Bahwa nilai t hitung (th) adalah -0,34 lebih kecil dari nilai t dalam tabel (td). Karena nilai th lebih kecil dari nilai t, hipotesis ditolak. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether significantly the average income level of street sellers in Jalan Ahmad Yani (Tepian Sungai Segah) Tanjung Redeb has been above the Berau Living Needs (BLN) of Berau District in 2017. The usefulness of this      research is knowing and getting the picture average income level of the Street Traders on Jalan Ahmad Yani (Tepian Sungai Segah) Tanjung Redeb. This information is expected to be useful for the local government of Berau District in taking steps in handling or management of street vendors in the area of ​​Jalan Ahmad Yani (Tepian Sungai Segah) Tanjung Redeb The results showed that based on t test results at 95% confidence level and degrees of freedom of n-1 is known t value count (th) is 9.214 while the value of t in the table is equal to 1.761. Because the value of t arithmetic greater than the value of t on the table (th> tt), thus the hypothesis proposed authors accepted, it means that the income of street vendors in Jalan Ahmad Yani (Edge River Segah) Tanjung Redeb already above the standard of Living Needs Berau District Year 2017.

Abstract

Village Head's leadership in promoting community participation by Direct Approach The direct approach undertaken by the village head by reviewing directly in the field intended to ascertain whether local residents really do activities together. In addition, it is also to see if an error occurs in the activities and provide guidance in the event of an error in the implementation of activities. On the Indirect Approach village chief in this case is the approach that is carried out indirectly through the reports of citizens to hold monitoring to see and assess the extent of community activities if there is a shortage would be used as learning materials in order to be better in the future. The purpose of this study is to determine how the village head's leadership in improving public participation, where this research is qualitative research and data sources obtained from informants, documents and research. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. In the leadership of the village head directly observed activities of mutual cooperation undertaken by the villagers and then provide guidance to the public in accordance with any activity undertaken, in addition to reviewing directly village chief also asked the residents or the village secretary to report any activity undertaken community Pegat grain in the village when the village head was unable to attend the event.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out the income of traders in the Dusk Market Build-Up Market in Sambaliung Subdistrict and then compare it with the standard Berau District Minimum Wage for 2018 The method used in this paper is survey research using interviews as a data collection tool. homogeneous, that is, all traders in the Pasar Dusk Kampung Bebanir Bangun Sambaliung District. However, the number of traders in Pasar Senja Kampung Bebanir Bangun, Sambiung District is more than 100, so the number of samples taken in this study is 20% of 120 traders, which is as many as 24 traders. This is in accordance with the opinion of Suharsini Arikunto (2006: 14), if the research subjects are less than 100, it is better to take all, but if the subject is large or more than 100, it can be taken between 10-15% or 20-25% or more. The analytical method used in the study included validity and reliability tests to test questionnaires, in addition to other analyzes that were used, among others, regression analysis which included Calculating Average, T Test, and Standard Deviation. The results of testing and analysis can be concluded that the value of th is greater than td, then the hypothesis proposed by the author is accepted. This means that the income of the traders at the Kampung Pasar Dusk Market Builds Sambaliung Sub-District above the Berau District Minimum Wage in 2018.   Keywords: Merchant Income ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui  Pendapatan Pedagang Pasar Senja Kampung Bebanir Bangun Kecamatan Sambaliung kemudian di bandingkan dengan standart  Upah Minimum Kabupaten Berau Tahun 2018 Metode yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah penelitian survai dengan menggunakan wawancara sebagai alat pengumpulan data. bersifat homogen, yaitu seluruh pedagang yang berada di Pasar Senja Kampung Bebanir Bangun Kecamatan Sambaliung.  Namun jumlah pedagang di Pasar Senja Kampung Bebanir Bangun Kecamatan Sambiung lebih dari 100, maka jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 % dari 120 pedagang, yaitu sebanyak 24 pedagang. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan pendapat Suharsini Arikunto (2006:14), apabila subyek penelitian kurang dari 100, lebih baik diambil semua, tetapi jika subyeknya besar atau lebih dari 100, maka dapat diambil antara 10-15 % atau 20-25 % atau lebih. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian antara lain uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk menguji kuisioner, selain itu analisis lain yang diigunakan antara lain analisis regresi yang mencakup Rata-Rata Hitung, Uji T, dan Standar Deviasi. Hasil pengujian dan analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Nilai th lebih besar dari td, maka hipotesis yang diajukan penulis diterima. Artinya pendapatan pedagang Pasar Senja Kampung Bebanir Bangun Kecamatan Sambaliung diatas Upah Minimum Kabupaten Berau Tahun 2018.   Kata Kunci : Pendapatan Pedagang

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know clearly about the effect of supervision on the discipline of employee staff RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai District of Berau. This writing uses analysis tools that are Product Moment correlation coefficient, simple linear regression equation and hypothesis testing with Test r. Based on the results of the research can be seen that the simple linear regression equation about the influence of supervision on the discipline of employee staff RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai Berau is Y = 26,94 + 0,61 X. The value of product moment correlation coefficient is 0,5287, so r> 0 (0,5287> 0) hence there is positive linear correlation between supervisory variable and discipline variable work. In this case the closeness of the relationship between the two variables can be interpreted as a fairly good correlation (on a scale of 0.400 to 1.599). The value of t arithmetic is 3.30 while the r value of the table is 0.361. So that th value greater than rt (3,30> 0,361), hence hypothesis proposed in this research accepted or proved that supervision have an effect on signifikan to work discipline employee of RSUD Dr. Abdul Rivai District of Berau

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of rice consumption for poor families in Teluk Bayur,Berau. The analytical tool used in this research is statistical analysis, including: multiple linear regression equation, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and F-statistic test (simultaneous test). Based on the results of this study it can be seen that the multiple linear regression equation regarding the number of poor households and the volume of raskin purchase to the level of raskin consumption in Bayur Bay Village is Y = 38.24 + 19.5X1 + 2.6X2. So the value of Fh is greater than Ft (20.93> 9.55), the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted or it is proven that the number of poor households and the volume of raskin purchase significantly influence the level of raskin consumption in Bayur Bay Village. The classification and criteria of poor households should be the same guidance between the Teluk Bayur Village and the Central Bureau of Statistics of Berau District, in order to collect the data into a single vision and accuracy guaranteed.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in order to find out the major influence given by the factors that influence the income of Sanggam Adji Dilayas Market Traders in Tanjung Redeb Berau Regency. The research model used was a questionnaire to the merchants of Tanjung Redeb, Sanggam Adji Dilayas Market Fabric in the 42nd month of trading business owners and samples using genus / census samples with 42 respondents and 42 samples / respondents taken The analysis method in the study used Double Log Regression Analysis, where together all the independent variables affected the Revenue of Sanggam Adji Dilayas Market Traders in Tanjung Redeb Berau Regency. While the partial variable of Business Capital, Location of Trading Place and Conditions of Trading Place affected the income of cloth traders. The biggest place to trade variable is the Trader with a value of Thitung 5.841.   Keywords: Merchant Income, Capital, Location of Trading Place, Conditions of Trading Place.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh yang diberikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Pendapatan Pedagang Kain Pasar Sanggam Adji Dilayas Tanjung Redeb Kabupaten Berau. Model penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap Pedagang Kain Pasar Sanggam Adji Dilayas Tanjung Redeb Kabupaten Berau pada bulan sebanyak 42 orang pemilik usaha dagang dan penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenus/sensus dengan jumlah responden 42 orang dan diambil sebanyak 42 sampel/responden Metode analisis dalam penelitian menggunakan Analisis Regresi Double Log, dimana secara bersama-sama seluruh variabel independent berpengaruh terhadap Pendapatan Pedagang Kain Pasar Sanggam Adji Dilayas Tanjung Redeb Kabupaten Berau. Sedangkan secara parsial semua variabel Modal Usaha, Lokasi Tempat Berdagang dan Kondisi Tempat Berdagangberpengaruh terhadap Pendapatan pedagang kain. Variabel lokasi tempat berdagang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap kepada Pedagang dengan nilai Thitung 5,841.   Kata kunci: Pendapatan Pedagang, Modal, Lokasi Tempat berdagang, Kondisi Tempat berdagang.
