Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of financial health at KPRI WARPEKA Gresik in 2019-2020 using liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, and profitability ratio. Tthe study was carried on October to November 2021. The sample in this study was the financial report of KPRI WARPEKA Gresik for the last two year of 2019 and 2020. The object of this study was financial statements in the form of balance sheets and SHU calculations. The data analysis technique used a tool based on the Decree of the State Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs No.06/Per/M/KUKM/V/2006 concerning Health Assessment Standards. The results of this study show that the liquidity and solvency ratios at KPRI WARPEKA is included in good criteria. Profitability ratio in the ROA analysis is included in good criteria, while for the ROE analysis, it is included in the not good criteria. Suggestions for cooperative management is to conduct training on how to increase net profit such as cooperative product marketing training, risk management training, and other training. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kesehatan keuangan pada KPRI WARPEKA Gresik pada tahun 2019-2020 menggunakan rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas dan rasio profitabilitas. Penelitian dilakukan selama bulan Oktober sampai dengan November 2021. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan KPRI WARPEKA Gresik selama dua tahun terakhir yaitu tahun 2019 dan 2020. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan berupa neraca dan perhitungan SHU. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan alat berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan KUKM No.06/Per/M/KUKM/V/2006 tentang standar penilaian kesehatan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rasio likuiditas dan solvabilitas pada KPRI WARPEKA Gresik termasuk ke dalam kriteria yang sehat. Rasio profitabilitas pada hasil analisis ROA termasuk ke dalam kriteria yang sehat, sedangkan untuk hasil analisis ROE termasuk ke dalam kriteria yang tidak sehat. Saran bagi pengurus koperasi adalah mengadakan pelatihan cara meningkatkan laba bersih seperti pelatihan pemasaran produk koperasi, pelatihan manajamen resiko, dan pelatihan lainnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify whether job satisfaction, safety, and health affect organizational commitment. Tests were conducted on 30 employees of the production department at CV Sinar Sengon Sejahtera uses a questionnaire. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. The data testing technique uses classical assumption testing while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that job satisfaction, safety, and health have a simultaneous and partial effect on organizational commitment. The limitation of this research is the provisions set by the company in taking respondents. Future research is expected to study other factors that influence organizational commitment.Tujuan dari riset ini ialah guna mengenali apakah kepuasan, keselamatan, serta kesehatan kerja memengaruhi komitmen organisasional. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 30 karyawan bagian produksi pada CV Sinar Sengon Sejahtera menggunakan kuisioner. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik pengujian data menggunakan pengujian asumsi klasik sedangkan teknik analisis data memakai analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kepuasan, keselamatan, dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap komitmen organisasional. Hambatan dari penelitian ini yaitu ketentuan yang ditetapkan perusahaan dalam mengambil responden. Diharapkan riset berikutnya bisa mempelajari faktor- faktor lain yang memengaruhi komitmen organisasional.

Abstract

Organizational learning is learning activities in organizational processes through environment interaction which encourage organizations to better integrate knowledge. Through a series of strategies, the development of organizational learning needs to be done to provide a competitive advantage for the organization. This study offers the concept of organizational learning as a mediator of relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and innovation performance in online business in Central Java. In addition, this study also to analyzed the constructs of innovation. The sample of this research is 124 upper/top management or SME owners in Central Java. The quantitative study is used by means of Structural Equation Modelling Analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational learning is able to bridge the research gap between entrepreneurial orientation and innovation performance. The finding of this study empirically proves that entrepeneurial orientation through organizational learning can maximize the results of innovation performance in online business. This research was carried out limited to the online small medium enterprises in Central Java. Pembelajaran organisasi merupakan kegiatan belajar dalam proses organisasi melalui interaksi dengan lingkungan yang mendorong organisasi untuk mengintegrasikan pengetahuan dengan lebih baik. Melalui serangkaian strategi, pengembangan pembelajaran organisasi perlu dilakukan untuk memberikan keunggulan kompetitif bagi organisasi. Penelitian ini menawarkan konsep pembelajaran organisasi sebagai mediasi hubungan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja inovasi pada bisnis online di Jawa Tengah. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis konstruk-konstruk yang digunakan untuk membangun inovasi. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 124 manajemen atas/puncak atau pemilik UKM di Jawa Tengah. Studi kuantitatif dipilih dengan alat analisis Structural Equational Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran organisasi mampu menjembatani gap penelitian antara orientasi kewirausahaan dan kinerja inovasi. Temuan penelitian ini membuktikan secara empiris bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan melalui pembelajaran organisasi dapat memaksimalkan hasil kinerja inovasi pada bisnis online di Jawa Tengah.  Riset ini dibatasi pada usaha kecil menengah berbasis online di Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

Saudi Arabia’s vision for 2030 strives to increase the contribution of SMEs in the national economy from 20% to 35% and reduce the unemployment rate from 11.6% to 7%. To achieve this, the Kingdom relies on the vital role of banks to support entrepreneurial projects. This opportunity raised the competition among the different banks operating in Saudi Arabia to attract more customers and gain significant share market through being more pro-active and innovative and ready to risk-taking regarding e-services. This study aims to measure the impact of e-banking entrepreneurship orientation drivers on a bank’s sustainable performance. A questionnaire has been developed to test the different hypotheses, and 607 responses have been collected and analyzed. The results show high awareness regarding the drivers supporting e-banking entrepreneurial orientation, especially the human capital. On the other hand, the results show the significant positive impact of e-banking entrepreneurial orientation on the sustainable performance dimensions, namely, environmental, ethical, and social performance.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengkaji tentang adanya volatilitas indeks dari harga saham gabungan (IHSG) pada saat pandemi Covid-19 melanda Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas data  Kolmogorof-smirnov serta uji analisis regresi sederhana.Berdasarkan uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov secara parsial pada masa periode sebelum pandemi covid 19 disimpulkan data terdistribusi tidak normal sedangkan masa periode saat pandemi covid 19 yang ssat ini masih terjadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa data  terdistribusi normal dan dari hasil analisa regresi linier sederhana maka dismpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel x dengan variabel y.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce ulos revitalization and create added value for the green sustainability of ulos production, oriented branding and its marketing so as to increase the life force of weavers and micro-entrepreneurs. Respondents are weavers and training entrepreneurs of ulos, retailers with a total of 316 people engaged in the production and service of Ulos production. Data collection was conducted by survey methods and questionnaires with statements used on a scale of 1-10. Data processing results with SEM AMOS show that green sustainability of Ulos oriented branding (GSB) proved unable to mediate between Product Innovation (PDI), Process Innovation (PCI) and Marketing Performance (MPF). In other words, green sustainability does not directly prove an improvement in marketing performance. GSG shows that it is able to improve Order Management (OMG). The process emphasizes on the relevance of green sustainability, it can be seen that PDI and PCI are proven to improve GSB. Sustainability of green branding can only be achieved when there is product and process innovation. SDL demonstrates the need for the development of new service innovations by investigating the prerequisites and general principles for developing sustainability. Dominant logic treats services as a category of market offerings to be developed and managed like ulos products. The concept of service design has been developed referring to a subset of "green" processes associated with rendering activities to define a concept, structure, or service infrastructure. This research invites ulos observers to understand the values of Ulos authenticity and its culture in sustainable entrepreneurship, inviting weavers and entrepreneurs to have prosocial motives that influence their interest in sustainable ulos entrepreneurship and the role of academia in promoting sustainable entrepreneurial practices.

Abstract

this study investigated the moderating effect of workplace social support on the relationship between leader–subordinate fit and entrepreneurial behaviour  in an Iraqi private higher education institution. A sample of 127 respondents  was selected and a questionnaire was administered to them via Google Form. The data thus collected were analysed using JASP. Consistent with the P-E fit theory, the results revealed that supplementary fit (β = 0.44, t = 6.65, p .001, 95%CI = 0.29 to 0.53) and complementary fit (β = 0.46, t = 6.91, p .001, 95%CI = 0.31 to 0.56) significantly predicted entrepreneurial behaviours. However, in contradiction to the buffering hypothesis, the semi-partial Bayes Factor (BF) statistics  indicate that workplace social support did not play any moderating role in the model. The study concludes with a brief discussion on the results, limitations of the study, and suggestions for further research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to validate a Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Self-Assessment Scale in DR Congo. The questionnaire was self-administered to 430 workers in enterprises from both the public and private sector, as well as representing all linguistic groups. When the Principal Component Analysis and orthogonal varimax rotation extraction method were employed to group items in the data set, five factors were extracted but two were removed for poor internal consistency at the exploratory stage. The three factors retained were renamed with regard to the considered CQ aspects, constant awareness (CAW), cultural understanding (CU) and CQ skills (CQS), and estimation of their individual assessment scales at confirmatory factor level led to the deletion of four more items. The final CQ Self-Assessment model fitted well with the data after the errors’ correlation technique was applied to modify the initial model that showed poor fitting statistics. The contextualised CQ Self-Assessment Scale will be an asset in determining workers’ level of CQ and its related aspects in DR Congo. All three underlying dimensions of CQ correlate significantly and positively with each other, with medium size effect, except for CU and CQS that showed small size effect. Recommendations are made to replicate this study beyond Kinshasa Province and preferably integrate the Meta-cognitive component that the study’s instrument did not consider, as well as to administer the questionnaire to workers in the informal sector.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Insecurity on Good Governance Practices with Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable. The sample of this research is the managers of "Nepal Van Java". The sampling method used purposive sampling with a total sample of 115 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of the Smart PLS program. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has no effect on good governance practices, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive effect on good governance practices, job insecurity has a positive effect on good governance practices, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job insecurity has a negative effect and does not. significant on job satisfaction, job satisfaction does not mediate Organizational Citizenship Behavior on good governance practices, and job satisfaction does not mediate job insecurity on good governance practices.Keyword: Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Job Insecurity; Good Governance; Job Satisfaction; Nepal Van Java ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Job Insecurity terhadap Praktek Good Governance dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi.
