Abstract

The livelihoods of the Cepiring District of Kendal Regency are mostly in the agricultural sector, the second and third are the manufacturing industry and the trade, hotel, and restaurant sector. Micro Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Cepiring Kendal District numbered 35 people. This training main objective is to equip by training MSE entrepreneurs with the knowledge of how to determine the cost of production right in order to increase their business income. The results of the training showed that MSE entrepreneurs in Cepiring Kendal District were able to make a simple determination of the Basic Price of Orders and Pricing Prices. The UMK entrepreneurs in Cepiring District Kendal responded positively to the training. This positive response can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in the discussion session or during practice, even the participants want advanced training and mentoring. Abstract

Masalah sampah sudah menjadi topik utama yang ada pada bangsa kita, banyak hal yang menyebabkan terjadinya penumpukan sampah ini. Namun yang pasti faktor individu sangatlah berpengaruh dalam hal ini. Oleh karena itu pengelolaan sampah tidak bisa lepas juga dari pengelolaannya terhadap masyarakat dimana bertempat tinggal. Desa Dasri berada di Kecamatan Tegalsari, namun perilaku hidup sehat dengan lingkungan bersih masih kurang menjadi perhatian, banyaknya limbah rumah tangga seperti kertas dan kresek bekas bungkus belanjaan, bekas makanan banyak bertebaran disudut-sudut desa, dan sangat mengganggu kenyamanan dan keindahan lingkungan. Dengan melihat kondisi yang demikian maka perlu kiranya memberikan pemberdayaan pada masyarakat desa Dasri, dengan melakukan, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Pemanfaatan Barang Bekas Menjadi Produk Nilai Jual Di Desa Dasri Kecamatan Tegalsari Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Pemberdayaan ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2017. Setelah pelaksanaan pemberdayaan di Desa Dasri dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah adanya pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan membuat kerajinan dari barang bekas di Desa Dasri, masyarakat desa Dasri khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga, yang diawali dengan adanya pelatihan ketrampilan secara intensif, mereka tidak hanya mengandalkan lagi penghasilan pokok dari kepala keluarga. namun dengan berjalannya waktu serta tertanamnya kemauan mereka untuk berwirausaha sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan terciptanya masyarakat yang mandiri dan sejahtera. Abstract

This service aims to train the people in Sukomukti Hamlet, Sukorejo Village, Bangorejo Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency in managing the financial business of the family in an effort to support the government's program to Increase Prosperous Family Income (UPPKS) in Banyuwangi Regency. The approach taken in this service is the method of participatory action research (PAR). The results of the management of the financial management system in the Sukomukti Hamlet community were maximally absorbed so that the community was able to manage finances well and was supported by adequate conditions in managing finances

Abstract

The issuance of accrual-based Government Accounting Standards (SAP)signed by the President requires all government agencies both at the center and in theregions to apply accrual-based SAP as of January 1, 2015. The implementation ofaccrual-based SAP rules cannot yet be fully implemented at the Government levelRegional Government. The local government seems to have difficulties inimplementing the regulation even though the regulation has been socialized since2003, namely at the issuance of Law 17 of 2003 which implies reforming statefinancial governance, one of which is to fully implement SAP accruals. The NorthSumatra Provincial Government which is the object of research conducted by Nasutionand Ramadhan (2018) is one of the regional governments which is deemed necessaryto strengthen HR in terms of accrual-based SAP implementation, namely byimplementing Accrual-Based SAP Implementation Training on the Government ofNorth Sumatra Provincial Government so that the Provincial Government NorthSumatra can better implement the accrual-based SAP maximally. In the case ofconsideration of time constraints and funding, the training was conducted at one ofthe North Sumatra Provincial Government OPDs by taking one of the researchpopulations conducted by Nasution and Ramadhan (2018) randomly. Based on theresults of the determination of the object of training that has been done randomly, theEnvironmental Agency of North Sumatra Province is selected as the OPD in the scopeof the Regional Government of North Sumatra Province which will be the object oftraining for community service. The results of the community service show that thereis an increase in the capacity of the Human Resources Department of the NorthSumatra Province in implementing SAP accrual based maximally which leads to theRegional Government of North Sumatra Province being able to better implementaccrual-based SAP in the future.

Abstract

This service activity aims to help improve the understanding, knowledge and creativity of TK Nurul Iman and RA Assaadah teachers about their learning and development tools, learning media made from inorganic waste and their development, and the application of instructional media in the classroom according to themes / material to improve the quality of learning for teachers as educators. After this activity the results were an increase in understanding, knowledge, and creativity for teachers, the availability of goods/objects (in the form of learning media) and their application. The method of implementing this activity is packaged with workshops and direct practices (both in making and applying in class). Participants are grouped according to their respective classes and themes and given guidance on the implementation of activities. The evaluation was carried out before and after the activity to find out the improvement of basic skills until the end of the activity so that it was concluded that this activity provided added value to the teacher concerned. The criteria for the success of this activity can be viewed from the attendance of the participants, mastery of the material, the application of material for making learning media and demonstration activities on media use.

Abstract

Pendampingan masyarakat Desa Purwoasri Kecamatan Tegaldlimo Kabupaten Banyuwangi dalam memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya alam untuk dijadikan handycraft yang bernilai yaitu: a) Masyarakat yang berada di Desa Purwoasri Kecamatan Tegaldlimo Kabupaten Banyuwangi membutuhkan kreatifitas dalam pemanfaatan lidi dijadikan piring lidi yang bernilai dan bisa dijual. b) Beberapa masyarakat Desa Purwoasri sudah bisa membuat kerajinan piring lidi, tetapi hasil kreatifitasnya dihargai sangat murah oleh pengepul, akibat keterbatasan pemasaran produk. c) Kurangnya kreatifitas masyarakat membuat mereka menjual lidi yang masih mentah atau belum dibuat kreatifitas dengan harga yang sangat murah. d) Beberapa masyarakat desa menjualnya dalam bentuk belarak atau janur di luar daerah, yaitu Surabaya dan Bali. Hasil pemberdayaan anyaman piring lidi dapat dijadikan kreatifitas masyarakat Desa Purwoasri untuk penghasil tambahan pendapatan bagi warga Desa Purwoasri. Abstract

Independent women are one indicator of increasing prosperous in the family economy. Being an educated society and earning become the dream of everyone, especially women. Women can have a huge contribution in overcoming shortages, poverty and unemployment, because it needs education, training and empowerment of women, especially PKK members in Ridogalih Village, Bekasi Regency, who have entrepreneurial spirit. The improvement and development of entrepreneurial attitudes in this service, through training, skills and empowerment of PKK member, is very important, the aim is to provide understanding to women; even though they are at home, they don't work out of the house but still have the potential to earn. and motivate them to open a business by releasing all the knowledge, abilities and skills so they have to achieve income. Efforts to foster and develop the potential of the PKK member of village of Ridogalih, including through training in skills in making chicken nuggets. Nugget is a product that is liked by many people and is expected to provide family income, especially for PKK members. Abstract

The main objective of this training program is to train community groups in the production process and branding packaging (packaging) of brown sugar for the products produced by the group of beneficiaries. The training location is in Gumuk Agung Village, Gintangan Village, Banyuwangi Regency. The method used is the method of lecture, discussion and practice. This socialization (training) was given to Sinar and Tunas Jaya Gintangan Banyuwangi groups. The results achieved in this community partnership program are partners who understand about the production process of good brown sugar with hygienic conditions of materials and tools so as to produce healthy and quality products, besides the diversification of products in the form of ant sugar can be an additional producer for Gumuk Agung, and with the packaging of attractive products for brown sugar and ant sugar the products sold are bought to consumers becoming more attractive and value-added.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan perekonomian pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan limbah tahu di Desa Gambiran Kecamatan Gambiran Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan metode participatory action research (PAR) dengan pendekatan dan melakukan pelatihan pengolahan limbah tahu. Sasaran pengabdian ini adalah Ibu-Ibu PKK di Desa Gambiran Kecamatan Gambiran Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Selain meminimalisir banyaknya limbah dengan pelatihan limbah/ampas dapat memberi manfaat bagi lingkungan sekitar, dengan cara mengelola menjadi beraneka jajanan seperti Abon, Sagon, Pastel, dan Brownis. Abstract

The majority of the residents of Lauwon Village are farmers, who areengaged in agriculture and plantations. It can be seen that the geographical situationis in the form of a plateau with a height of ± 157 m above sea level. Rainfall in LauwonVillage averages ± 221 mm / year which is suitable for vegetable candles. Many of thepotential natural resources owned by Lauwon Village are vegetable candles which arequite abundant so that they can be processed into a number of products such as sticks,abon and vegetable candle crackers. The solution that gets priority to be carried out inthis activity is the Development of Counseling and Training Development, namelytechnical training covering; processing wax vegetable sticks, wax crackers andvegetable shredded candles along with packaging and labeling. Non-technical trainingwhich includes; institutional strengthening of partner groups through groupmanagement functions and group financial bookkeeping training. By conductingtraining in making crackers, sticks and shredded vegetables, candles will providebenefits to the community, especially for the wax women group in Lauwon Village, EastLuwuk Subdistrict, Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi, especially in diversifying theirlocal commodities to be economically valuable and competitive with other foodproducts. In addition, this activity also provides information, knowledge and skills tothe community so that they can innovate in producing agricultural products that canincrease family value added so that the community becomes prosperous.
