Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

<![CDATA[This research aimed to describe the job satisfaction, attitude of the leadership and attitude of the leadership relationship with employee job satisfaction at Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. The population is 62 people and samples is employe 45 people. Large samples are determined based on Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire defferensial semantic models and Likert scale. Data analyzed by correlation technique Product Moment. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to know about the staffing and employee performance, and found a significant association between the two variables. The Population are 112 employees and samples 57 employees, who were taken using stratifield proportional random sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with Likert scale models have been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation. The results of this study are indicates quite appropriate staffing, employee performance is good, and there was a significant relationship between the staffing of the performance employee at the Social service office of West Sumatra Province. The population are 60 employees and samples 38 employees, who were taken using stratifield propotional random sampling technique. <![CDATA[This research is based on the problem that shown the principals learning supervisionwhich were not very good. This research has a purpose to get the information about teacher’s perception toward the principals learning supervision at SMP Negeri Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. The type of this research is descriptive. The population of this research is 106 people. The sample which taken is 43% of the population, 46 people. The data collsed is likert scale quisionare model. This quisionare has been tested the validity and the reliability. The data is analyzed by average formula. <![CDATA[Based on observations and interviews obtained the following information. School head teachers in implementing the lack of attention to learning in the school, the principal was not trying to improve the ability of school personnel, especially teachers, principals less provide oversight of the implementation of the duties of teachers, so there is still a lack of discipline teachers in performing their duties, making the school's annual report often delayed and late given to the District Office. The purpose of this study is the teacher's perception of the performance of duties as a Principal Administrator in administering the program and student at SDN PBM District Jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif. The population in this study were all public elementary school teachers in the District Lembah Segar Kota Sawahlunto which totaled 110. Random sampling technique purpose beside the number of samples as many as 52 people. Using questionnaire data collection techniques and data analysis techniques using a percentage formula. The results portray that Teacher Perceptions Toward Implementation of the School Governors for Administration as follows: Perception of Teachers on the implementation of the principal tasks in the field of school administration views of fields including category PBM quite to the level of achievement of 76.6%.
