Abstract

The full day school policy stipulated in the regulation of Educationand Culture Minister (Permendikbud) Number 23 of 2017 makesthe anxiety for the education activists who are not ready for theconsequences of this regulation. The anxiety of these educationalactivists began to disappear when Permendikbud No. 23 of2017 was abolished by a higher regulation, namely PresidentialRegulation (Perpres) No. 87 of 2017 which asserted that thefive-day school is an option rather than an obligation. In thisPresidential Decree, there is a gap for educational institutions torun the school hours in accordance with Permendikbud No. 23of 2017. It becomes interesting to be investigated in the realm ofeducational policy. This study analyzes how the emergence of apolicy in education, how to implement and evaluate the policiesthat have been applied especially Permendikbud No 23 of 2017about school hours, because there are still schools and madrasahthat use school hours in accordance with this permendikbud.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kondisi massa optimum koagulan terhadap pH dan kekeruhan pada pengolahan air sungai Cisangkuy menjadi air domestik nonkonsumsi serta menganalisis karakteristiknya sebelum dan sesudah pengolahan menjadi air domestik nonkonsumsi dengan menggunakan adsorben dari kulit pisang raja bulu (Musa paradica). Tahapan dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi beberapa bagian, tahap pertama adalah menganalisis air sungai sebelum perlakuan apapun dengan paramater pH, bau, kekeruhan, kesadahan, kadar besi, mangan dan kadmium. Tahap kedua adalah menentukan optimasi koagulan dari kulit pisang raja bulu (Musa paradica) dan tahap ketiga adalah melakukan penyaringan air sungai melalui media filtrasi. Analisa karakteristik air sungai Cisangkuy dengan parameter bau, pH, kekeruhan, kesadahan, mangan, besi, dan kadmium setelah dibandingkan hasilnya dengan analisa air sungai sebelum pengolahan, semua hasilnya menunjukan penurunan, dan memenuhi baku mutu yang berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 82 Th. 2001. Adapun persen penurunan dari setiap parameter, yaitu kekeruhan 87.50%, pH 25.4%, kesadahan 24.28%, Fe 95.55%, Mn 70.51%, dan Cd 98.50%. Kata kunci: air sungai, absorben, Musa paradica.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the errors and causes that often occur in solving problems in the material building space beam and cube in terms of mathematical communication. In this study using a type of qualitative descriptive research, with data collection techniques used are tests, and interviews. The subjects of this study were 4th semester students at one of the universities in Bandung. The analysis technique used is an interactive technique which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The mathematical communication indicators used in this research are expressing everyday problems in mathematical languages / symbols, presenting allegations, and drawing conclusions. Errors made by students in solving problems are wrong in symbolizing data that is known and asked, does not calculate prerequisite data, determine formulas, and do not draw conclusions. The cause of the error is due to the assumption that symbolizing the known and asked data is not important, does not focus when working on the problem so that it is not thorough and understands the questions given, and the unfamiliarity to draw conclusions on each problem resolved

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the reality of student responses to the teacher's paedagogic competence; to find out the reality of student learning motivation to take PAI lessons; and to find out the reality of the relationship between student responses to the competence of PAI teachers with their learning motivation in participating in PAI lessons. what is used in this study is the correlation method. While the data collection technique uses observation and questionnaire distributed to 34 class VIII students of SMPN 17 Kota Bandung as respondents. Quantitative data were obtained and analyzed using statistical analysis. From the results of the study it was found that: the reality of student responses to the teacher's paedagogic competence is included in the high qualification, this is evident from the results of the average score of 15 questionnaire question items that were submitted at 4.21; the reality of students' learning motivation to participate in PAI subjects is included in high qualifications, this is evident from the results of the average score of 15 questionnaire questions asked for 4.05.

Abstract

Penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah tidak dapat dipisahkan, hasil penelitian belum bermakna apabila belum terpublikasi dengan baik pada jurnal, buku atau media lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan tentang teknik publikasi dan korespondensi dalam publikasi ilmiah sehingga hasil penelitian dapat terpublikasi dengan baik sesuai dengan template dan scope yang ditentukan sehingga alur pengiriman artikel sesuai dengan harapan penulis dan pengelola jurna mulai dari kirim artikel, menerima revisi sampai mengirim hasi revisi berbasis online atau open journal system yang semua itu diperlukan adanya korespondensi. Metode penelitian merupakan penelitian kulitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif menguraikan tentang teknik publikasi melalui korespondensi penulis. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pentingnya korespondensi dalam publikasi untuk mempermudah dan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas paper pada publikasi pada jurnal online.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Direct Instruction learning model through video media on prayer practice skills in congregations in the treated class and those who were not treated. This study used the quasi-experimental method and nonequivalent control group design using two existing classes as samples, Experiments and Control Classes. The technique used to collect quantitative data is in the form of a test. The test is given twice, namely Pretest and Posttest. While for analyzing and processing data is done by statistical techniques. The results of this study were obtained from the use of Direct Instruction models through video media in the class that received treatment obtained by increasing student learning outcomes by 20.99% while those in classes that did not get treatment with conventional models obtaining 19.98% of this data was tested by analyzing data in the form of two average differences obtained by Zhitung 4.31> Ztable 1,645 so that it counts> Ztable. This data shows there are differences in influence between classes received treatment and classes that were not treated. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on prayer practice skills in congregation by using the Direct Instruction model through video media for class VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Ciparay.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sikap mahasiswa terhadap assessment for learning (AFL), sikap mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah analisis riil ditinjau dari substansi atau materi kuliah dan kesungguhan mahasiswa mempelajari materi kuliah dan mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa antara mahasiswa yang kuliah dengan model perkuliahan AFL dengan ekspositori. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen (percobaan semu) di mana penulis melakukan perlakuan terhadap variabel bebas dan mengamati perubahan yang terjadi pada variabel terikat. Jenis desain eksperimennya yaitu kelompok kontrol pretes–postes. menurut mahasiswa 92,5% menyatakan bahwa analisis riil, merasa bingung dan kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal pembuktian, sikap mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah analisis riil ditinjau dari substansi atau materi kuliah dan kesungguhan mahasiswa mempelajari materi kuliah diperoleh 70% mahasiswa tidak mempelajari mata kuliah ini sebelumnya. Ketika perkuliahan berlangsungpun 65% mahasiswa kurang memahami materi dengan baik dan memberikan sikap pasif. 77,5% mahasiswa merespon positif terhadap model perkuliahan AFL. berdasarkan hasil postes rata-rata kelas eksperimen 62, kelas kontrol 55 dengan prosentase kenaikan kelas eksperimen 61% sedangkan kelas kontrol 42%. Kesimpulannya mahasiswa yang dalam perkuliahannya melalui AFL kemampuan pembuktian pada mata kuliah analisis riil lebih baik secara signifikan dari pada yang menggunakan perkuliahan ekspositori. Abstract

Tujuan, penelitian ini untuk mengungkap manajemen mutu pada Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Swasta di Jawa Barat. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis dengan objek penelitian salah satu PTKISa di Kota bandung dan Kabupaten Garut. Adapun teknik yang diterapkan dalam pengumpulan data ini yakni melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil temuan peneliti, dalam tahap perencanaan terdapat beberapa tahapan kebijakan yang ditempuh: Penataan, Penertiban, dan Penguatan Kelembagaan; Standarisasi Akademik Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam; Peningkatan Mutu dan Kesejahteraan Dosen (Peningkatan Kualifikasi dan Sertifikasi), pengembangan Program Bidang Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan, pengembangan Program Bidang Ketenagaan, pengoptimalan Program Bidang Bantuan. dalam Pelaksanaan Manajemen Mutu : Membangun Strategi Pengembangan, Menciptakan trust dan confidence untuk stakeholder, Membangun competitive advance centres, Mengembangkan ICT  (Information and Communication Technology), Membangun  profesionalisme,  menjamin kualitas dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan stakeholder, Membangun kerjasama dengan institusi lain, mengembangkan komitmen ke-Islaman pada Civitas akademika. Evaluasi yang digunakan untuk adalah terdiri dari: penilaian konseptual yang dapat dikembangkan meliputi: Pengembangan keilmuan; model konseptual perencanaan strategik pengembangan mutu akademik, konsep manajemen mutu, dan konsep manajemen mutu berbasis Qur'ani.

Abstract

This paper examines the education of good netizens through a hidden curriculum. The tendency of internet citizens who prefer to spread insults, hatred and even slander, is a problem for the school. Through an excellent netizen-based education strategy, students can be equipped with the values and character of how to use the internet and become good internet citizens. Procedures that can be done in building good netizens through hidden curricula, namely schools are expected to have an educational ideology oriented to multiculturalism, as well as a school culture that is paradigmatic of love and affection. Besides, the teacher must be able to be a good example, through the learning process, always tucking in the value of tolerance and ethics of internet usage. Finally, schools are expected to be able to build a favorable organizational climate.
