Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). It was first published in 2013.

<![CDATA[This article describe results of research about development of library employees by the head master of state high school in Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Populationis 35 people and be population research. The research instrument uses a Likert Scale. The result showed that: 1) Development of Organization Spirit (Corps) hasa good category (4.06), 2) Development of Capability Technical Services hasan enoughcategory (3.48), 3) Development of Capabilities Reader Services hasagood category ( 3.64), 4) Development of Moral Work hasan enoughcategory (3.39),and 5) Development of Job Performance hasa good category (3.77). <![CDATA[The purpose of the research was to measure the correlation of workers performance with organization culture in Badan Pengendalian Dampak Lingkungan Daerah Kota Padang Office. Influences organization culture, one of them is raise workers performance. There are 45 workers being population in this research and 40 were taken as a sample. Using simple random sampling technique. The instrument used in this research is questionnaire. In general, the result of this research are (1) workers performance were right at 86,78%, (2) organization culture were right at 85%, (3) There is a significant correlation between organization culture with workers performance in Badan Pengendalian Dampak Lingkungan Daerah Kota Padang Office.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research are: (1) to know about the planning of entrepreneurial learning at Padang State University, (2) to know about the implementation of entrepreneurial learning at Padang State University, and (3) to know about the evaluation of entrepreneurial learning at Padang State University.This is quantitative research that conducted in Padang State University. Data collection technique used questionnaire with Likert Scale models that have been tested for validity and reliability. Furthermore, the data is processed through search analytics average value (the mean). <![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to see how the career development of employee’s in Biro Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat. This is a descriptive research population was 41 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire in the form of Likert Scale, which has proven validity and reliability. The data is processed by using the formula of the average (mean). The results show the career development of employee’s in Biro Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat quite accomplished with an average score of 3.93.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to describe the teachers 'commitment to implementing the tasks, school leadership and school leadership with teachers' commitment to carry out tasks in vocational high schools 2 pariaman country. The population is 102 people and the sample 87 using Table Kriecje with stratified random sampling technique. Instruments used a Likert scale. Statistical data analysis techniques using correlation techniques using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The result showed that: (1) Leadership principals to be in either category 88.31%. (2) The commitment is in the category of High 89.29%, (3) there is a significant relationship between school leadership and teachers' commitment to carry out the task with correlation coefficient=0,288. keywords: leadership, commitment]]>

<![CDATA[This research decribes the relationship between a leadership and the employee moralein the secretariat solok city area. The population in this research were all employees of the secretariat solok city area, they were 150 employees. The number of samples were 67 people, taken by using proportional startified random sampling technique. The instrument use in this research is questionnaire in likert scale model that had been tested for validity and reability. Based on the research, leadership in the good category 82,67% and the employee morale in the enough category in the amount of 79,7 %. There is a significant influence between the leadership of the employee morale in the secretariat solok city area great influence is r2= 0,369 (36,9%).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to obtain information about Teacher's Perception of the Application of Academic Management Information Systems at Vocational High School (SMK) 3 Padang which is viewed from aspects: input, process, and output. This type of research is descriptive research. The population of this study were all teachers at SMK 3 Padang, amounting to 86 people. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire in the form of a Likert Scale with five alternative answers. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the mean formula. The results showed that: (1) Input Activities in the Application of Academic Management Information Systems at SMK 3 Padang were in the good category with an average score of 4.09. (2) Process Activities in the Application of Academic Management Information Systems at SMK 3 Padang are in the good category with an average score of 4.11. 3) Output Activities in the Application of Academic Management Information Systems at SMK 3 Padang are in the good category with an average score of 4.07. Overall, the Application of Academic Management Information System at SMK 3 Padang is in a good category with an average score of 4.09.]]>

The population of this article class XI student, are 479 students and 91 students were taken as a sample. sampling technics were using is simple random sampling with slovin formula.
