Abstract

Although there are so many avalaible data structure educational tools, it is quite difficult to find a suitable tool to aid students for learning certain course [1]. Several major impediments in determining the tool are teaching preferences, language barrier, confusing terminologies, internet dependency, various degree of material difficulty, and other environment aspects. In this research, a data structure educational tool called AP-ASD1 is developed based on basic algorithm and data structure course (ASD 1). Since AP-ASD1 is developed following course materials and not vice versa, this educational tool is guaranteed to fit in our needs. The feasibility of AP-ASD1 is evaluated based on two factors which are functionality correctness and survey. All features are correctly functioned and yield expected output whereas survey yields fairly good result (84,305% achievement rate). Based on our survey, AP-ASD1 meets eligibility standard and its features are also successfully integrated. Survey also concludes that this application is also quite effective as a supportive tool for learning basic data structure.

Abstract

PT. Electrical MBS address at the Rukan City Garden Maisonete A 1/5 East Cengkareng, West Jakarta is a PT engaged in the sale of electrical equipment that is being developed in the field of buying and selling daily necessities. The author conducted research based on the company's business processes. Managed business process is ordering, purchasing and sales. Research conducted covering all business processes that originally done manually later on Automated via a web-based application system. The author also help the company to see the reports generated by the existing business processes. Moreover, the author also assist the company in determining the supplier for each item that is using the Decision Support System with Analytical Hierarchy Process method. Aplication made is expected to help the company to run its business and simplify the control of the company in general.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah organisasi pengelolaan jadwal adalah hal yang rutin. Namun demikian masih banyak ditemukan kesulitan dalam pembangkitan jadwal yang diinginkan. Hal tersebut terutama terjadi karena terdapat berbagai batasan yang tidak dapat ditentukan secara pasti untuk setiap situasi. Dalam makalah ini disampaikan sebuah pendekatan untuk menetapkan kriteria pembangkitan jadwal secara fleksibel. Pendekatan tersebut dilakukan melalui pemanfaatan Constraint Satisfaction Problem (CSP). Salah satu hal yang ingin ditekankan adalah fleksibilitas CSP dalam hal penentuan kriteria pada saat pembangkitan jadwal. Ujicoba dilakukan pada penjadwalan staf di Laboratorium Fakultas Teknologi Informasi (FIT) di Universitas XXX. Ujicoba tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan CSP menghasilkan beberapa kandidat penjadwalan yang memenuhi kriteria dan berpotensi tinggi untuk diterapkan.

Abstract

In the development of technology, web-based application used to inform the news and events online. It is also experienced by Saung Angklung Udjo, hereinafter referred to SAU. SAU is a Sundanese Arts Studio founded by Udjo Ngalagena as the venue, the center of handicrafts from bamboo, and bamboo musical instrument workshop. People are increasingly interested in Indonesian culture, especially Angklung introduced by SAU, but not everyone can be informed about news and events from SAU with ease. In addition, the SAU also have a Guest House and Venue that is rented out to visitors who attend and want to stay. Currently the rental has not been recorded properly in the process of calculating financial data. Therefore SAU requires a web-based system that can be accessed online, so the owner can control all the activities. The visitors who saw the news and events most in demand will also be stored and analyzed to produce a graph, where the owner can know the visitor traffic over a period time. The purpose of this research is to make Saung Angklung Udjo inform about news and events as well as all related content online, in addition to the convenience of visitors to explore the website is also a concern

Abstract

SMK PGRI 15 Jakarta has a lot of important documents such as financial reports, document collaboration and other important papers. Document security is still not done correctly so that the stored information is still very vulnerable to unknown, retrieved and manipulated by parties who are not entitled to that information. One way that information safe is to use steganography techniques. So the objective of this thesis is to build desktop-based applications to secure the data (information) in order to be secret by inserting secret messages that have been encrypted in the form of an image file. Steganography algorithm used is DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform). Data that has been inserted into the previous image is already in encrypted with 128 bit AES algorithm, so that data confidentiality is guaranteed. Based on the results of experiments conducted in this study, File Embedded processors who do have an average completion time of 432.3 seconds, and managed to get a good quality Steganography with the average value of the relatively small MSE of 1.38 dB and flat -rata PSNR of 47.66 dB. While the process Extract Files that do have an average completion time of 139,6detik, as well as the success rate of 100%. By using Steganography DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform) and Cryptographic techniques AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) 128 bit is very helpful in maintaining the confidentiality of documents that are not easily read by people who are not entitled to the document. So the security issues faced by SMK PGRI 15 Jakarta can be resolved.

Abstract

E-Government is often used as a framework in carrying out government operations, by utilizing the help of information and communication technology, which has been growing rapidly. The Regional Property Management is a form of Government to Government that manages management from headquarters to regional offices. The process of designing the architectural system is intended to assist the Regional Property Management Systems adjusted with 13 Cycles Regional Property Management based on Permendagri No. 17 of 2007. The method used in designing the Information System Architecture is the method of Unified Software Development Process. This method is used to building a framework that is used to developing an application. The process of Software development is divided into several phases, in which in each phases is carried out several stages repeatedly. The research process is done by designing the architecture information system of the region's property management system about planning and budgeting, which still refers to government regulation. Keywords— government to government, system architecture, Unified Software Development Process, framework.

Abstract

Face detection is a popular research in image processing field. Face detection can be used in many application like multi-face recognition, video surveillance, human counter or monitoring. The famous face detection method is developed by Viola-Jones that is named Adaboost using HAAR-like feature. In many research about face detection using Adaboost HAAR-like, it is shown Adaboost HAAR-like face detection method have a limitation in low illumination. In this paper, we want to compare an improvement for increasing accuracy of face detection result using MSRCR and AMSR method. MSRCR and AMSR is an image enhancement method. Finally the results show that MSRCR is better than AMSR for increasing accuracy of face detection result. MSRCR can improve the accuracy until 1,43 times, but AMSR can only improve the accuracy until 1,11 times.

Abstract

The importance of an information currently required a system capable of providing the best service, especially information service with the websites media. Increasing the amount of access to the website resulting into increased workload webserver and can not be solved with a single server. This problem can be resolved by applying the cluster load balance method. Basically cluster load balance work by sharing webserver workload is distrubuted to multiple server nodes so that the websites becomes balanced.Weight round robin scheduling algorithm can balance the load by determining the amount of weight to each server node. With the load balance by using a scheduling algorithm is expected to prevent the overload requests, workload leveling webserver, and speed up the response time and throughput of the performance webservers.

Abstract

Audio is one of the tool for listening music that certainly will you found in car with the purpose to dispose boring time while driving.  Character of car audio sound consists of sound quality, sound quality loud and sound pressure loud. Car users do not necessarily know about the audio devices that are used but have the desire to change it for the better. There are several kinds of audio devices and goods provided manifold. It takes a long time to understand the device from the car audio. Therefore, the application of expert systems can help users car in giving advice to use audio package as you wish. This application uses forward chaining method and desktop-based. The data used came from car audio specialist. This application uses the media image and the information provided to be more understandable. The application will give suggestions about audio package that can be used.

Abstract

The Curriculum of 2013 form students to conduct an observation, questioning and reasoning toward the lesson/ science which is taught. Students are given the subjects based on the theme that is integrated in order to have knowledge of the environment, life, and have a strong personal foundation in social life and had a better creativity. Teacher as a spearhead in the implementation of the curriculum supposedly able to draw on the curriculum of 2013 precisely in term of the process of assessment to improve students’ competencies and furthermore it is expected to improve the quality of its graduates  who are able to face the global challenge. In order to have an accurate assessment therefore it is needed / demanded a system to support an assessment decision by using Simple Additive Weighting method (SAW). Simple Additive Weighting method (SAW) is well-known as a weighted summation method.The basic concept of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is looking at every alternative of weighted sum of all attributes.  Simple additive weighting (SAW) method requires the normalization process of matrix (X) to a scale that can be compared with all the alternative ratings which is exist.This the system is built by using PHP programming language and DBMS MySQL. Keywords — DBMS MySQL, Kurikulum 2013, PHP, Simple Additive Weighting.
