Abstract

Financial competence is one of several factors that can affect the level of employee performance. Compensation is an addition to the basic salary that employees do not expect, but only part of it can be given, only they have certain achievements or certain skills and do not disobey if asked to complete as soon as possible, such as reports or receipts that must be reported. This research was conducted by using a simple linear regression analysis tool, F test and t test to analyze the close relationship of 1 variable. Abstract

Health concerns are increasing along with the development of healthy food products in the community. This study aims to analyze the influence of health care attitudes and behavioral controls on consumers' buying interests in healthy food products. Conduct quantitative research with a statistical analysis approach. The population in this study is consumers in the student category who have made product/goods transactions through Shopee throughout Indonesia. The study sample of 300 people was determined using purposive sampling. Data was collected using questionnaires that passed validity and reliability tests, and data were analyzed using AMOS with a 95 percent confidence level (p<0.05). The results showed that concern for health affects attitudes towards healthy food products (p = 0.000), health concern has a significant effect on subjective norms towards healthy food products (p = 0.000), and health concern has a significant effect on behavioral control felt in healthy food products (p = 0.000), attitudes towards healthy food products have a significant effect on buying interest in healthy food products (p = 0.004), subjective consumer norms have a significant effect on buying interest in healthy food products (p = 0.003), and perceived behavioral control has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in healthy food products (p = 0.000). Furthermore, consumers' interests in buying healthy food products have a positive and significant effect on health care through their attitudes and behaviors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of E-WOM on social media on consumers' interest in and buying interest in Compass shoes with an information adoption approach. Quantitative research design. This study's population is all consumers familiar with Compass shoes and consumers who already have Compass shoes in various cities. Sampling employing a technique of purposive sampling, with the number of samples reaching 300 respondents. Data collection utilizing questionnaires validated for validity and reliability, and data processing using AMOS with a 95% degree of assurance (p 0.05). The results indicated that the quality of information has a significant positive effect on the usefulness of information (p = 0.005); the credibility of information has a positive effect on the use of information (p = 0.000); the need for information has a positive effect on the usefulness of information (p = 0.000); the need for information has a positive effect on the adoption of information (p = 0.000); and the attitude toward information has a positive effect on interest (p = 0.001). Moreover, the adoption of knowledge affects purchasing intent positively (p = 0.000). Therefore, the entire hypothesis was validated, and the conclusion is that E-WOM has a substantial impact on consumer interest in purchasing Compass shoes via social media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and leadership style on work motivation and employee performance at PT Adhi Guna Putera. Where the samples were taken in this study were 103 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data is tested using validity and reliability tests, and the data must meet the elements of the classical assumption test requirements. Test the data analysis using Path Analysis. This study concludes that there is a direct positive and significant effect of compensation and leadership style on employee motivation and employee performance. However, research shows that compensation and leadership style have an indirect and insignificant effect on employee performance through work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze whether motivation and work discipline through organizational culture affects performance. The population in this study were all employees of the North Sumatra Provincial Manpower Office. The sample in this study amounted to 86 employees of the North Sumatra Province Manpower Office. Data analysis techniques in this study used two statistical approaches, namely descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) models. Data collection techniques in this study used observations, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of this study showed that: (1) Motivation positive and significant effect on organizational culture (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, (3) Motivation has no significant effect on performance, (4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, (5) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on performance. significant effect on performance, (6) Motivation through organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on performance, and (7) Work Discipline through organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on performance. Based on the overall results of the study, it can be concluded that Motivation and Work Discipline have implications for Kine work through Organizational Culture

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative approach using primary and secondary data through a questionnaire of 396 respondents. This research was conducted at Soekarno Hatta Airport Jakarta, Juanda Airport Surabaya and Sultan Hasanuddin Airport Makassar. The data were analyzed using the AMOS SEM program. On Lion Airlines, analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and analyze the influence of the Low-Cost Carrier concept on customer loyalty on Lion Airlines. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Low-Cost Carrier has a positive and insignificant effect on Lion Air airline customer satisfaction. (2) Service quality positively and significantly affects customer satisfaction with Lion Airlines. (3) Marketing technology positively and significantly affects customer satisfaction with Lion Airlines. (4) Low-Cost Carrier has a positive and significant effect on Lion Airlines airline loyalty (5) Service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on Lion Air airline customer loyalty (6) Marketing technology has a positive and significant effect on Lion Air airline customer loyalty (7) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Lion Air customer loyalty, (8) Low-Cost Carrier has a positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty through Lion Air airline customer satisfaction. (9) Service quality has a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty of Lion Air airline. (10) Marketing technology has a positive and significant impact on Lion Air's customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This shows that the Low Cost Carrier has a positive and insignificant effect on lion air airline customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The benefits of research are to determine the variables that affect customer satisfaction and loyalty so that they can contribute to companies to improve service quality by using optimal marketing technology and always pay attention to service quality on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of price, location and innovation on the purchasing decision of aglonema ornamental plants at CV Gantina Flora Cikarang. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling technique and obtained 100 respondents. Data collection techniques include observation, dissemination of questionnaires and literature studies. The data were analyzed using SPSS program. Analytical methods to be used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis test. From the results of the t test states that the price partially affects positive and significant to the purchase decision, location partially affects positive and significant to purchasing decisions and innovation partially affects positive and significant towards crop purchasing decisions Ornamental Aglonema CV Gantina Flora Cikarang.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for scarlett products in Cikarang. This study uses quantitative analysis methods, namely research using numbers and statistical analysis. The method used in this study uses partial regression analysis (Partial Least Square/PLS) assisted by SmartPLS 3.0 software. Based on the results of research that has been carried out that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is supported by the results of hypothesis testing T-Statistics 1.967 than T-table which is 4.466 with an effect of 0.275 and P-value > 0.05 of 0.000. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, this is supported by the results of hypothesis testing T-Statistics > than T-table which is 2.480 or 1.967 with an effect of 0.275 and P-value > 0.05 of 0.219. promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is supported by the results of hypothesis testing TStatistics > than T-table, which is 5.711 (1.967) with an effect of 0.077 and P-value > 0.05 of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and training on employee performance at PT Medan Mitra Auto either partially or simultaneously. The research method used in this research is the quantitative descriptive method. The population in this research is all employees of PT Medan Mitra Auto which amounted to 57 people, sampling technique in this research used a saturated sample technique. Data analysis technique uses classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis, while hypothesis testing uses partial test and simultaneous tes. The results showed that partial compensation and training affect the performance of employees. Simultaneously compensation and job stress affect the employee's performance. The amount of coefficient of determination of 0.637this ability of variable compensation and training on employee performance variable equal to 63,7%. While the rest of 36.3% influenced other independent variables that are not examined in this study such as work conflicts, work stress, organizational commitment, motivation, work environment, and others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Infomedia Medan. Research using quantitative methods, processing primary data so that it gets a phenomenon. Data in the field was collected by interviewing and distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Infomedia Medan is a population of 43 people. The method of data analysis in the study used Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 19.00 software. The results of the study stated that Organizational Culture had no effect on the performance of PT Infomedia Medan's employees. This can be seen from the multiple linear regression analysis through the t test which is negative with a t-count of -0.659 with sig. 0.514. The magnitude of the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of -0.063 units. Whereas Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Infomedia Medan. This can be seen from the multiple linear regression analysis through tests that are positive with a tcount of 5.110 with sig. 0.000. The magnitude of the influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance of 0.706 units
