Abstract

Maintaining relationships with employees requires effective communication. In addition, the commitment of employee organizations is an important issue, because the problem of mobility and the level of employee exit directly affects the quality of company services. Employees who have a strong organizational commitment to the company and have loyalty at work will try to continue to develop themselves in order to improve their work performance. Data collection techniques are done by interview, questionnaire and study documentation. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 17.00 software. The sample in this study were all employees of PT. BPR Perbaungan Hombar Makmur, amounting to 32 people. The results of the hypothesis test show that communication and organizational commitment together influence the work performance of employees of PT. BPR Perbaungan Hombar Makmur. And partially communication is more dominant than organizational commitment. The conclusions in this study are 1) communication influences the work performance of employees of PT. BPR Perbaungan Hombar Makmur 2) Organizational commitment influences the work performance of PT. BPR Perbaungan Hombar Makmur. 3) communication and organizational commitment together affect the work performance of employees of PT. BPR Perbaungan Hombar Makmur.

Abstract

The population used in this study were employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Lubuk Pakam. The method used in this sampling is the census method, with a sample of 30 people. Whereas primary data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method, which was given to the employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Lubuk Pakam. While secondary data collection is done by the method of documentation and interviews with employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Lubuk Pakam. Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, using SPSS program assistance. From the results of the analysis, it was found that based on the analysis of the questionnaire distributed to 30 respondents, a coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.951 was obtained, which means that 95% of job satisfaction was influenced by leadership and organizational culture. While 5% is influenced by other variables outside the variables examined in this study. There is a significant simultaneous effect between organizational culture leadership variables with employee job satisfaction. Based on partial testing the organizational culture leadership variable there is a significant influence on job satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia Lubuk Pakam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of partial SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) implementation and its influence simultaneously on employee performance. This study was shown to determine the effect of the adoption of operational standard procedures on employee performance at PT. Mantap Sukses Cemerlang Medan. The application of SOP as an independent variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Mantap Sukses Cemerlang with a sample of 60 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire so the authors used saturated sampling by distributing the questionnaire directly. Then the data obtained and analyzed using the multiple linear regression equation is obtained by the equation Y = 12.812 + 0.466X1 + 0.159X2. This analysis includes a t test in the effect of the application of SOP on employee performance is 3,693 with Sig 0,000 and t test in the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions is 1,243 with Sig 0,001, R-Square of 0,456, f test of 7,477 with Sig 0,001.Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. ISS Indonesia Cabang Medan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT ISS Indonesia Cabang Medan yang berjumlah 40 orang responden. Hasil penelitian ini terbukti dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, koefisien korelasi (R), koefisien determinasi (R2), uji f, uji t dan analisis linear berganda. Dari hasil analisis validitas dan reliabilitas, semua item pernyataan dikatakan reliable karena nilai cronbach , s Alpa >0,06.untuk uji korelasi nilai R sebesar 556 artinya terjadi hubungan yang cukup antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen, hasil R Square mampu menjelaskan 309% variabel dependen , sedangkan sisanya sebesar 69,1 dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji F dengan F hitung > table (8,275 > 1,684), maka H0 di tolak itu berarti bahwa semua variabel independen secara simultan bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen, hasil analisis uji t dengan nilai t hitung > t table pada variabel pelatihan (316 > 1,684) artinya H0 diterima, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan memiliki positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi (2,188 > 1,684) artinya Ho ditolak maka secara parsial ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. hasil analisis linear berganda Y = 5,480 + 0,101X1 + 0,538X2 artinya variabel pelatihan (X1) dan variabel motivasi (X2) mempunyai hubungan yang searah dengan variabel kinerja

Abstract

The sample in this study was taken from the population that is the number of consumers as much as 25% of 124 people, 31 people. From the results of the research that the author did, it can be concluded that: the value of product quality (X1) is 5.538 while the table with α = 5% and dk = 30 is t (0.025: 30) = 2.045 (tcount> t table). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means product quality has a significant effect on sales volume at PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Perbaungan, tcount value of service quality has a significant effect on sales volume at PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Perbaungan value of service quality (X2) is 2.823 while the table with α = 5% and dk = 30 is t (0.025: 30) = 2.045 (tcount> t table). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that service quality has a significant effect on sales volume at PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti The comparison of the emotional tcount (X3) is -0.484 while the table with α = 5% and dk = 30 is t (0.025: 30) = 2.045 (tcount <ttable). Thus H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, which means emotional does not have a significant effect on sales volume at PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Perbaungan value of Fcount is 11.739 while Ftable with α = 5% is F0.05; (k) (n-k-1) = 2.92 (Fcount> Ftable). Thus H0 is accepted and H1 is accepted which means product quality, waiter and emotional quality simultaneously has a significant effect on sales volume at PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Perbaungan, the value of the multiple correlation coefficient is 0.924 that advertising, promotion, personal selling and publicity have a strong relationship with increasing sales volume at PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti Perbaungan and its determinant coefficient value from the calculation result is 0.566 which means that the sales volume can be explained by the diversity of product quality, service quality and emotional variables of 56.6%.

Abstract

This study was conducted to Determine Whether there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and job satisfaction both partially and simultaneously on the performance of agricultural instructors in Bedagai Serdang district. The population in this study were all agricultural extension workers, amounting to 110 in the BP2KP district of Serdang Bedagai. This study took all Populations as a sample (census). Data collection instruments using a questionnaire technique. Analyzed data Came from distributing questionnaires to employees who were sampled in this study with a Likert scale measurement. Hypothesis analysis is done by multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 22 software program. The results of hypothesis testing show that (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors. (2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors (3) simultaneously work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work family conflict on performance on female employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Deli Serdang Regency. The population in this study were 39 female employees of the Population and Civil Registry Office of Deli Serdang Regency and the sample was taken with a purposive sampling technique so that the number of samples was 34 people. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents then the data is processed with SPSS version 22.0 for windows. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression test with the formula Y = a + bX + e. Simple linear regression test results obtained by the equation Y = 11.965 + 0.938X where work family conflict has a positive influence on performance variables. T test results for X against Y with 6,723> 2,037, thus H0 is accepted because tcount> t table so that work family conflict has a significant effect on performance. R value of variables X and Y of 0.765 means that the relationship between work family conflict and performance is 76.5%, meaning that there is a high relationship between variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Shell Perbaungan gas station engaged in the sale of fuel to meet the needs of public vehicles. The research objective was to determine the effect of partially and simultaneously the influenced of distribution channels and prices toward consumer loyalty. This type of research used associative, with quantitative approaches. The population studied was all consumers at the Perbaungan Shell gas station so that the amount could not be determined with certainty, the sample was taken at random with the Purba formula so that the number of samples taken was 100 respondents. Sources of research data using primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using library research, questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression, test classic assumptions and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study showed that simultaneous distribution channels and prices together have positive and significant effectedtoward consumer loyalty. Partially showed the distribution channel has no significant effectedtoward consumer loyalty, while the price has significant effectedtoward consumer loyalty at the Shell Perbaungan gas station. The coefficient of determination showed that the distribution channel and price have moderate (not strong enough) relationship to consumer loyalty. R square coefficient (R2) of 0.170 shows that consumer loyalty could be explained by the distribution channel and the price of 17% and the remaining 83% explained by other variables outside the scope of research that was not done.

Abstract

This research aims to learn effective promotion strategies in attracting people on the island to learn through distance learning at UT. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. Research data obtained from secondary data that has been available on the UT SIPELAPOR application. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the majority of students first got information about UT, namely 1,399 students (48.76%) through friends, 575 students (20.04%) through families, and 388 students (13, 52%) through the Site UT Web. From this data, it can be concluded that: (1) Word of mouth promotion strategies (WOM) are very appropriate in promoting distance learning on islands. (2) Word of mouth (WOM) can be done in two ways, first, the hearing is done by visiting directly to market segments. The second is to utilize online social media (e-WOM). This study has implications aimed at UT management in improving promotional communication through WOM. So that the target of increasing the number of students is realized. This study shows how to determine the strategy of promoting education through WOM in accordance with the characteristics and geographical conditions of UPBJJ in the archipelago in an effort to increase the number of students.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the effect of product quality, brand image and life style on consumer purchasing decisions at Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. The sample used in this study was 98 respondents clothing stores in Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. Probability sampling with accidental sampling approach is used as a sampling technique. Quantitative research methods with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS analysis tool version 20.0. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. Life style has a negative and no significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions in Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. Product quality, brand image and life style have a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at Metropolitan Mall Bekasi.
