Abstract

Pemilihan bibit padi merupakan salah satu kegiatan petani dalam pengambil keputusan. Sehingga hal tersebut sering muncul dalam suatu kegiatan petani awal masa tanam padi. Pemilihan bibit padi mempunyai beberapa masalah utama diataranya Kriteria apa yang digunakan dan Bagaimana membuat sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan bibit padi unggul berdasarkan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP). Gabungan kelompok tani (Gapoktan) “Pandan Wangi” terdiri dari beberapa kelompok tani yang tergabung dalam gapoktan.  Gapoktan dalam melaksanakan fungsinya, meningkatkan kemampuan para anggota dalam mengembangkan agribisnis serta menguatkan kelompok tani menjadi organisasi petani yang kuat dan mandiri. Salah satu dari fungsi gapoktan adalah pengembangan bibit padi. Metode yang digunakan untuk pemilihan bibit padi dengan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP).  Setiap kriteria dilakukan proses pembobotan untuk mencari nilai eigenvector-nya dan untuk proses perangkingan menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process dengan membuat supermatirks dari nilai eigenvector tersebut untuk memberikan rekomendasi bibit padi yang sesuai dengan nilai rangking. Hasil dari penelitian ini mendapat berupa rekomendasi untuk pemilahan bibit padi dari 10 alternatif, alternatif A7 memiliki nilai 0,1352381 dengan hasil presentase 14% kode tersebut adalah IR 68. Hasil penelitian ini meyimpulkan bahwa kriteria terbaik yang digunakan pada pemilihan bibit padi yaitu waktu, produksi, rasa, penyakit, iklim dan pohon serta menghasilkan rekomendasi alternatif ke 7 yaitu IR 68 dengan presentase 14%.

Abstract

Koneksi jaringan internet yang lemah membuat sinkronisasi dapodik (data pokok pendidikan) sering mengalami kegagalan. Staff kesulitan mengupdate data-data sekolah. Disamping itu, adanya layanan jaringan internet membuat guru banyak menghabiskan waktu jam kosong untuk bersosial media seperti mengupdate status di facebook, instagram maupun streaming video di youtube. Faktor lainnya yaitu minimnya bandwidth yang tersedia yang tidak setara dengan banyaknya kebutuhan serta jumlah pengguna sehingga trafik jaringan menjadi padat.Dari permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi menggunakan proxy server. Proxy server ialah suatu metode untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja bandwidth yang tersedia pada layanan jaringan internet tanpa menambah kapasitas dari bandwidth tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan routerboard mikrotik RB941-2nD sebagai media untuk menerapkan proxy server tersebut. Proxy Server atau Web proxy dapat juga dikatakan sebagai Firewall karena bekerja diantara pengguna dan server internet. Hasil dari penelititan ini mengoptimalkan kinerja bandwidth pada layanan jaringan internet. Sehingga hal ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja pengguna dalam menyelesaian pekerjaannya. Disisi lain, hal ini dapat membatasi hak akses web pengguna pada saat jam kerja. Serta meminimalisir terjadinya delay serta packet loss saat mentransmisikan data.

Abstract

Apotek merupakan salah satu jenis usaha di bidang kesehatan yang melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Dengan jumlah kebutuhan obat yang begitu banyak, maka membutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu perusahaan untuk mendukung proses pemilihan supplier dengan berbagai macam kriteria. Untuk itu apotek harus menentukan kriteria-kriteria yang sesuai sehingga dapat membantu dalam proses pemilihan supplier. Kriteria-kriteria itu antara lain adalah harga, komunikasi, fleksibilitas pembayaran, waktu pengiriman dan diskon. Pada makalah ini diusulkan ggabungan metode AHP dan PROMETHEE sebagai pendukung model pengambilan keputusan dalam penetapan prioritas suatu sistem penilaian (seleksi dan evaluasi) kinerja supplier. Berdasarkan keputusan yang ada, maka diambil keputusan yaitu Sig. (2-tailed) taraf signifikan (α) = (0,171 0,05) maka dapat diambil keputusan dengan adanya Sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan suplier obat menggunakan metode AHP dan Promethee dapat membantu dalam memilih suplier obat.

Abstract

Not all regions of Indonesia can feel rice harvest up to 3 times in 1 year. This is because for the last few years rainfall is uncertain. This causes a lack of water for rice irrigation. Arranging water irrigation based on soil moisture and arduino then the water that existed during the dry season is expected to meet the need for irrigation or rice. Water dispersion using soil moisture sensor applied on rice with compost planting medium in bucket container with diameter 42 cm and compost depth 18 cm then got 18.6 liter water usage in 3,8 mounth or 115 days, in the same time while waterlogging on rice uses 20,3 liters of water. the soil moisture sensor will read the lower bound of the soil moisture that is 80% of the saturation of the soil at a value of 626. If the value is read below from that value then the arduino will turn on the relay and the pump will drain the water to the rice plant, as well as vice versa.

Abstract

Searching the address of the campus of Bina Sarana Informatika University which has PSDKU, almost 29 campuses outside the main campus spread throughout Indonesia at this time can only be through official documents, brochures and on calendars made by the campus and there are also installed on the wall in the environment campus. The current address search process will be developed into a digital information system in the form of an Android-based Mobile technology. This technology is made using the android studio application and MySQL database. With the Location Based Service (LBS) and GPS technology methods, the user will be given location information and routes to the UBSI campus that is addressed easily. The purpose of planning this system is to provide convenience in the delivery of information on address searches of the campus of the University of Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI) widely for mobile users that can be accessed via the internet. Through the development of this system, access to information can be done anytime and anywhere without having to deal directly with existing resources.

Abstract

Geographic information system is a geospatial information system development of diverse data sources and heterogeneous includes news, events, routes and tourist attractions. The system provides information about the geographic location with integrated global positioning system (GPS). GPS is a system to determine the location on the earth's surface with the aid of the alignment of the satellite signal. GPS coordinates deci-sive point will be more complete if coupled with the use dijkstra algorithm to determine the shortest path to get to the tourist sites. Many tourist sites and have a short distance away from tourist spots and the other one is a problem because these sights are not known by the tourists who recently visited. In a case like this is necessary to travel guides which can provide information about the location - nearby tourist sites and pathways that can be bypassed by tourists. A cross between GPS and dijktra algorithms can be developed into a geographic information system based on Android that is interesting and informative in the field of tourism as a guide for tourists.

Abstract

The level of student satisfaction with learning services in higher education is one factor in the quality of college learning. To determine the level of student satisfaction with learning services in higher education, it is necessary to analyze the level of student satisfaction with learning services. K-Means method is a technique of grouping data based on the level of similarity of each member. K-Means can be used to classify the student satisfaction index on learning services. The K-Means method can also be optimized with genetic algorithms to determine the best centroid value. K-means optimization with Genetic Algorithms can be used as a technique to determine the level of student satisfaction with learning services. Obtained by Davies Bouldien Index from the K-Means and Genetics method is 1.593 with cluster number 5

Abstract

Tourism in the city of Cirebon is still tinged with a very diverse religious tour and culturation of culture that is still heavily influenced by Persia, Arabia and China. This can be seen from the palace architectural style which is still influenced by Chinese, Persian, and even Arabic cultures. The results of cultural culture with foreign nations, resulting in a variety of tourist attractions in the city of Cirebon. But the location information of the existence of tourist attractions in the city of Cirebon is still not well publicized. This research will develop an application by utilizing the geographical information system of tourist attractions in the city of Cirebon. The Geographic Information System is very appropriate to map the spread of tourist attractions in the city of Cirebon. The software development model in this study is the system life cycle or the System Development Life Cycle. The results of this study are the value of T count T table (3,230 1,665). This means that the probability is significant α (0.002 0.05). So that geographic information systems mapping tourist attractions in the city of Cirebon can meet expectations by users to find the shortest routes and safer locations.

Abstract

It is difficult to predict student graduation status in a college. Higher education needs to predict student behavior from active students so that it can be seen the failure factor of students who do not graduate on time. Data mining classification techniques used to predict students are using artificial neural networks. Artificial neural network is one method to predict student graduation. This researcher tries to apply artificial neural network methods using genetic algorithms to predict student graduation. In this study using the learning rate parameter 0.1 with optimization using genetic algorithms then evaluating to get accuracy. The results of this study get an accuracy value for artificial neural network models of 71.48% and accuracy for artificial neural network models based on genetic algorithms by 99.33% with an accuracy difference of 27.85%.

Abstract

The data processing of the election of citizens entitled to get the public health card aid fund in Kaliwadas Subdistrict, Sumber Subdistrict of Cirebon Regency generally still use manual selection system, that is, there is no computerization in determining the people who are eligible to get the help of public health insurance card so that many problems happened at this system. The problem that often arises because the target of the recipients of the public health card is not right on target to the eligible citizens, such as people who are actually not eligible to get grants but get the grant, otherwise the less fortunate people who are entitled to receive public health card security card but did not get donation. From these problems need a system for decision making, a system that can provide recommendations as a consideration for decision making accurately and accurately. This system can support decision-making of candidates receiving health insurance cards based on predetermined criteria. In order to calculate the decision support system more accurately then used a method, namely method of Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similiary to Ideal Solution (Fuzzy TOPSIS) to determine the citizens who are entitled to get public health insurance card and get the best alternative value.
