Abstract

This research aims to find out the existence of Homo neandertal and Homo sapiens from the perspective of science and the Qur'an. This research is qualitative research with library study methods. Namely the presentation of data by tracing Islamic and scientific manuscripts in the form of books, journals, and so on, combining, analyzing, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study area in the science of Homo neandertal is a human species thought to be the ancestor of ancient Europe. In the Qur'an homo neandertal is Al-basyar which has been mentioned by Allah in surah Al-Baqarah verse 30. Homo Sapien sapiens were modern ancient humans who were the ancestors of the Mongols and Melanesians. In the Qur'an, Homo sapiens sapiens is thought to be the evolution of the previous man to become the caliph on earth as God said in Surah Noah 14, 17, and Surah As-Shaad verse 26.

Abstract

The world of education is a very dynamic learning system, always moving according to developments and needs. As we have experienced, Indonesian education has experienced major obstacles, especially the dichotomy problem of education, between religion and the general public. In accordance with the times that Islam and science cannot follow integrated Islamic boarding schools, madrasas and Islamic schools, because the two sciences are complementary. By using the library research method the writer wants to find integration or a close relationship with these two values ​​in Islamic boarding schools, madrasas and integrated Islamic schools in this new normal era. So it is found that several findings these institutions have the same goal in grounding education both Islam and the general public, but different in the forms and models applied in the field.

Abstract

This article wants to discuss how tariqah is an esoteric dimension in Islam. This esoteric dimension is an important part of Islam besides the sharia and tauhid dimensions. The esoteric dimension is a subtle part of understanding Islamic teachings. Without this dimension, it is difficult to understand Islam as a whole, because it can be said that this dimension is the heart of Islam itself. Through Sayyed Hossen Nasr's thoughts, this paper wants to describe a reality that has been considered not so important in Islam. This curtain is the tariqah that every human being must pass when he wants to go to God's doors that have been provided by the creator. Without going through this tariqah, as an ordinary human being, it is impossible to get to the doors that have been provided by the creator. By using the library research method, this paper would like to provide an in-depth picture of the aesthetic dimension in Islam through Sayyed Hossein Nasr's point of view.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to contextualize the various inspirational stories of the Prophet Muhammad summarized in the Sirah Nabawiyah. The exploration of inspired stories will place more emphasis on the period before prophetic revelation, so as to minimize the reasons for mankind's inability to make Muhammad a role model and an inspirational figure. The contextualization of thought in sirah nabawiyah was carried out using the hermeneutic approach as a method in the tradition of Paul Ricoeur's thought. Hermeneutics in the Paul Ricoeur tradition tries to go beyond modern interpretation which seeks to find an understanding of the meaning between the interpreter and the writer. Therefore, it is possible to produce new meanings of sirah nabawiyah accompanied by a subjective reflection process that is linked to the contextual background. This article generates contextualization and new meanings of the inspirational story of the prophet Muhammad in Sirah Nabawiyah to become eighteen values ​​of character education based on national culture. These character values ​​will be embedded in every level of Indonesian national education.

Abstract

One of the functions of the human mind is think rationally and scientifically. This creates an idea of ​​a theory of knowledge (epistemology) which is part of the philosophy of science with various schools and figures, namely rationalism, empiricism, positivism, and criticism. However, the existing schools received special attention because there were still many shortcomings in it, one of which was August Comte's positivism which was criticized by Karl R. Popper. Not stopping at criticism, Popper also offers new principles as solutions to the problems that criticizing. Through the three stages of the world, namely the physical world, the human world and its psychological processes and the world of science. According to Popper, the truth of a science is not determined through justification (verification), but through refuting the propositions established by science itself (falsification). Therefore, the author tries to explain how the relevance of Karl R. Popper's epistemology with theology and Islamic thought through a historical-philosophical approach. Through this approach, the authors conclude that all science has the possibility to be falsified, including theology and Islamic thought

Abstract

This research aims to clarify the practice of sale and purchase agreement of pregnant livestock in Market livestock Nganjuk Regency based on the Islamic law perspective. The central issue of this research concerns the exsistence of an additional payment after delivery.  This research used the normative legal research method, with a statutory approach and supported by an analytical qualitative research approach. This study found that the practice of sale is unlawful regarding to Islamic law because of uncertainty in the consented price and forbidden object in syariah namely livestock in the womb. However, this transaction has not accomodated yet in Indonesian laws eventhough there is possibility of dispute among parties. Therefore, this research recommends that the statutes in the field of Islamic commercial law enables to cover the common transaction in society and not limited for Islamic financial institution in order to give protection due to shari’ah.

Abstract

The presence of money has become an important part of people's daily lives, as well as the purchasing power of the people as an important element in the smooth economic cycle. The emergence of money came from the development of transactions that initially used barter which was later replaced by currency as a medium of exchange for international trade. Money management can be done by the government by controlling money in the form of monetary policy. This policy was a benchmark for a country's economy, when the state was able to control money well, the people's economy was also prosperous. The qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study. This article tried to provide views and discussion material to what extent the concept of monetary policy according to Al-Maqrizi and the implementation of his thinking was used in policymaking on people's purchasing power. The result of this research was that the concept offered by Al-Maqrizi was a concept of money that led to a moral, just, humane, and prosperous economy.The presence of money has become an important part of people's daily lives, as well as the purchasing power of the people as an important element in the smooth economic cycle. Abstract

Hate speech has a negative effect on everyone. Social media plays a role in opening up space in expressing opinions in cyberspace. The development of technology with the opening of communication access seems to disturb the peace. The hope of a safe, peaceful and harmonious life is disturbed by the spread of hate speech. Al-Quran as a way of life is important to be re-presented in reducing hate speech and its negative effects. The purpose of this article is to analyze hate speech in social media and find the spirit of peace in the Koran. The method used is library. The results and discussion reveal that hate speech is spread in various ways and in various forms. Al-Quran forbids every individual to make hate speech and provide solutions by presenting the spirit of peace, namely: by speaking noble, full of courtesy and respect (qoulan karima), telling the truth or the truth (qoulan sadidan), and speaking weakly. soft (qoulan layyina).

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the level of acceptance among the Bangsamoro mujahidin on the proposed Bangsamoro federal state. Convenient and quota sampling were used among the 120 respondents identified for this study. It is found that most of the participants accepted the proposed federalism of the current government, though having some conditions. The regression analysis result showed that age was negatively correlated with their level of acceptance on the proposed federal state while educational attainment on both secular and Islamic schools was positively correlated with their response to the same provision statement. This study concluded that Bangsamoro mujahidin are now more welcoming to various alternative solutions to the Mindanao conflict within the framework of Philippine territorial integrity.

Abstract

economic system in everyday life. In the face of today's uncertain global economy, it is necessary for every individual to have a savings fund in life. Kospin Jasa Syariah Capem Banjaran is here to present various products that are needed by the wider community, one of which is the Safari Savings product. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the application of the Fatwa DSN MUI on the Safari Savings product at Kospin Jasa Syariah Capem Banjaran. With descriptive qualitative method, the writer wants to know in detail the application of the fatwa in the field. The results of this study indicate that Kospin Jasa Syariah uses the mudharabah muthlaqah contract on the Safari Savings product, which is done in writing and the ratio is expressed as a percentage. However, in practice the safari savings product contains several points that are not in accordance with the fatwa DSN MUI, namely profits are not calculated clearly and Kospin Jasa Syariah sets the same nominal ratio until the end of the contract to customers.
