Abstract

Village Allocation Fund is a fund allocated by the Government for village in Tegal regency, which rises from the central and balance financial of fund received by district area. The Village Fund Allocation as one of village income source is expected to finance various development programme in the village so that it can improve the prosperity of the local community. Funds from districts are provided directly to villages to be managed by the Village Government. This research was meant to find out how the implementation of village allocation fund policy in Margasari village and knowing the influence factors of this implementation. This research using qualitative research methods. The results showed that the implementation of village allocation fund policy are still less effective that is seen from the precision implementation aspects such as society participation in planning process, performance of implementers, compatibility allocation with regulation, accountability of Village Allocation Fund, and benefit of Village Allocation Fund for village autonomy. The factors that influence the implementation such as communication, resource policy, disposition of the implementor and bureaucratic structure are still less optimal too. Based on these conclusions, the researcher recommend to the implementation agency should have high commitment and take maximal advantages of financial sources in order to achieve the purpose of this policy.

Abstract

Gili Trawangan is an area of ​​tourism in North Lombok regency which is most visited by tourists and travelers, which are foreign tourists and domestic tourists. The high number of tourist visits is supported by the number of tourism businesses that already exist in Gili Trawangan which can be ascertained that many stakeholders are involved in it. Every stakeholder has a relationship between each other. That Relationship is a must because in the management of tourism needs support among stakeholders in order to create a better management of tourism. The stakeholders analysis to help see about the relationships that occur between stakeholders in the management of Gili Trawangan tourist attraction. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. Data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The result of the research shows that stakeholders involved in the management of Gili Trawangan tourism object are Department of Culture and Tourism of North Lombok Regency, Winner District Government, Gili Indah Village Government, Cooperative of Gili Trawangan (Hotel, Bungalow, Dive Shop, Restaurant) , Gili Ecotrust, Karang Taruna, Turtle Observer Foundation, Labor Group, and Janur Indah Cooperative.The relationship between stakeho lders in the management of Gili Trawangan tourist object has not been going well, it can be seen base on four aspects. 1). The Communication among departments that does not run well which resulting in conflict among the stakeholders. 2). The Cooperation is not carried out between the three sectors (government, private and public), but only in the form of activities that do not have the power of law and written rules. 3). The Coordination aspect that occurs only when the activity will be carried out or the execution of a policy from the local government of North Lombok Regency and only determined by experts only (government). 4). The Collaboration is only related to tourism events, activity and promotion, so this Collaboration also involves only two sectors, government and private.

Abstract

The perception of products in the consumer society can not be separated from the label design, given the first impression that appears when consumers see the product is based on whether or not good label used. This study focuses on a small business group of various food and craft products in Sidoarjo that tend to retain traditional packaging models. The group is a producer of food products and various handicrafts where it is still done and produced simply. Given the advancement of technology and label design so far is increasingly rapidly it is necessary to touch the technological advances in this business group products so that the label design can improve the positive perception of consumers when looking at the product. The tendency of the market so far that the products produced by small business groups are increasingly in demand by the global market, of course, this condition requires care and handling well, especially on the packaging label of its products. To facilitate the analysis of the trigger consumer perceptions in the identification using several factors that interact directly inherent in the resulting product. Through factor analysis approach is expected to know significantly that what factors need to be known and improved so that consumers have a strong interest in all forms of products produced by small business groups. Furthermore, policy and actions can be taken on the improvement of labels on some products that can be used as a superior product for small business actors in Sidoarjo city area. The increase of small-scaled business actors in Sidoarjo city is closely related to the emergence of various small business opportunities within the home industry groups that have the potential to be developed in the future.

Abstract

The direction of policy reform bureaucracy is to increase the professionalism of the state apparatus and improvement of governance. In fact, bureaucracy in Indonesia have not yet been able to achieve the desired condition. Various phenomena which occurs as slow of public services and the bureaucracy that circular shows unprofessional attitude a bureaucracy. To change it, needed human resources management. Based on the theory of Skinner based on psychology behavioristik, Professionalism apparatus improvement can be done through behavior modification using operant conditioning load by providing stimulant in the form of rationalisation, formed a new bureaucracy culture, the improvement of the quality of human resources and supervision of the community.

Abstract

Patient visits and average patient admission per year at Pagesangan Puskesmas Lombok Nusa Tenggara Barat in 2014 was 45,647 patients and decreased by 2015 ie 40,973 patients. This decrease is due to the many complaints patients have about unsatisfactory pharmaceutical services. This study aims to determine the level of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services in Puskesmas. This research is a descriptive research where data collection is cross sectional. The population in this study were all patients who received pharmaceutical service at Pagesangan Puskesmas Lombok Nusa Tenggara Barat in 2016 as much as 3.609 people, with the number of samples counted 98 people with accidental sampling technique (accidental). The result showed that all the average value of performance was lower than the average expectation. The pharmaceutical service indicators that need to be improved are: giving medicines information to patients, providing separate containers for different drugs, and friendly and polite service. Indicators of pharmaceutical services that need to be maintained include: Cleanliness patient waiting room at pharmacy, comfort patient waiting room at pharmacy, availability of health information (brochure, poster, etc.) in patient waiting room at pharmacy, Providing fast service, and Certainty receiving medication is the patient or the patient's family. Pharmaceutical service indicators that have not yet been repaired for performance include: tidy patient waiting room at the pharmacy, puncturing time pharmacy, pharmacy closing time, calling and ensuring patient serial number, and providing quick response to patient complaints. Indicators of pharmaceutical services that need to be prioritized for their performance include: appropriateness of placement of the signboards, cleanliness and sanitation of pharmacists, providing information to patients about the length of drug preparation, providing information in understandable languages, providing services regardless of social status, and re-asking an explanation has been given.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the analysis of the determinants of job satisfaction employee outsourcing at BRI Limited Liability Company Branch Bangkoand influence on the performance. This research usesjob satisfaction variablesand performanceto analyzefactors determinant of job satisfaction employee outsourcingat BRI Limited Liability Company Branch Bangko. Besides that, to analyze influence on the performance.The population in this study is all employee outsourcing at BRI Limited Liability Company BranchBangkofrom all divisions of the company. Both of which have a contractual term of less than one year or more than one year. This population is totaling 63 employeesinclude the following frontliner (Custumer service dan teller), PAU, IT, TKK, Secretary, payment point,driver, servant, and security. In this research uses survey methods namely with giving questionnaire to all of population is totaling 63 employees consists of employee outsourcing in all parts of the company. Data collectedusing questionnaire methodnamely with giving questionslist or questionnaire directly to respondents. Technical analysis of the data in this research uses factor analysis by program SPSS. The resulted of research showed that factor analysis found as main factor which influence satisfaction employee outsourcing at BRI limited liability company is work environment. The resulted of second hypothesis testing found that job satification unsignificant to satisfaction employee outsourcing at BRI limited liability company.

Abstract

This is the result of research on the stages of policy formation New Autonomous Region in Bungo. The regional growth is a product of public policy, as the government attempts to solve public problems in order to achieve an effective and efficient service. This study used a qualitative approach by combining the techniques of observation, interviews and document research. The purpose of this study to look at the stages of policy formation of the New Autonomous Region and the factors that hinder the stages of policy formulation formation of New Autonomous Region in Bungo. The results of this study indicate that the stages of policy formation Autonomous Region New Bungo is a stage that is quite complicated and it takes quite a long time which of a collective agreement becomes a public policy, many of the requirements that must be adapted to the conditions and capacity Bungo it itself, as well as various public polemics encountered during the stages of the formation of new autonomous regions.

Abstract

This paper stems from concerns about public services available in Indonesia by using descriptive methods and qualitative approaches, the problem of existing public services in terms of pathology can be minimized in the current era of industrial revolution in view of the growing access to technology and transparency provided about the service both time and cost to be paid in terms of getting the services from the government. The type of pathology associated with perception and managerial style will be minimized by the use of technology in the service process.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to identify the programs of community empowerment activities in the form of savings and loan groups in Riau Province and then compare the results. Object of research activities of community empowerment through group savings and loan. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with observation, interview and update research data of similar program in Riau Province. The result of the research is the discovery of various types of community empowerment activities in the form of group savings and loan activities. The activities are women's savings and loans group which is part of PNPM Mandiri Pedesaan Program, Productive Economic Business Activities (UED-SP) which is part of Village Empowerment Program (PPD) and Village Economic Institute (LED) program. Various activities are very useful in the growth of microeconomics. The savings and loan activities located in the village are preferred because they are closer and felt the benefits. This condition makes the PNPM Mandiri Rural Savings and Loans Activities located in the subdistrict less desirable. It is necessary for the management of savings and loan fund management institutions to be sustainable even though the program mentoring period has been completed. There needs to be cooperation between the group savings and loan management institutions so that the funds can be of maximum benefit to the community.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of unlabeled halal products through perceived quality on buying interest of snack products in Mataram city. This type of research includes associative research. The population used was snack product customers in Mataram city, while the number of samples taken was 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The data has been collected then analyzed using SEM (Structure Equation Model) analysis, by utilizing the AMOS application program. Data processing results show that unlabeled halal products variable have a positive and significant influence to perceived quality and buying interest, while perceived quality has not significant influence on buying interest. This means that perceived quality variables are not proven to mediate the influence of unlabeled halal products on buying interest. This is because perceived quality which is an intervening variable has not significant influence on buying interest.
