The aim of this research is to study the role and how to develop of multikultural education in growing awareness nation for college students course history and sociology education IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. Research methods used in the form of qualitative research phenomenological approach that emphasizes understanding the meaning and the various events and human interaction. The research is found an awareness of the students education country history and sociology IKIP Budi Utomo Malang unfortunate, However it is important to develop through education multikultural marriages packed in academic and non academic. The resistance found in developing multikultural education in internal and eksternal. That is internal from students who still have the character of a toughregional blend and adapt, While esternally of organization provides space for accommodating the aspirations of students to administer activities on campus and outside.

This research aims to determine the effect of Multiple Intelligences toward learning achievement in college history and sociology department IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. The method used in this study is the experimental method kind of explanatory research. The data obtained from the analysis of Multiple Intelligences questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. From the results of this research showed no significant difference between linguistic intelligence, logic and intra personal on learning achievement college student history and sociology department IKIP Budi Utomo. From the analysis of the data obtained coefficient R2 of 0.079 indicates variable linguistic intelligence, logic and intrapersonal have an influence on the learning achievement of 7.9% while the remaining 92.1% is influenced by other variables not examined. Suggestions from this research are expected to party institution is willing to conduct training on making and writing papers or scientific work so that students are able to make posts or tasks properly. were all students majoring history and sociology department IKIP Budi Utomo Malang.

Difficulties faced by students about the chemistry lesson, causing students to be passive and low impact on student learning outcomes. Therefore we need a method and model of teaching, so that students are able to discover the concepts, principles through his own mental process. The learning model used is the Guided Discovery, -which give maximum freedom to the students to develop creative thinking and motor power, while the role of the teacher is limited. This learning model utilizes computer media with Mindjet program mindmanagerr 9, which is connected to the power point and macro flash, making it easier for students to show the concepts of Chemistry abstract becomes more concrete.

In the midst of technological development and increasing need to encourage people to large exploitation of environment, resulting in demage and environmental pollution. Humans is natural destroyer agent, in an efforto preserve the environment need to developed conceptual continuously. Based on observations, shows that students still have the attitude of environmental conservation is low. Design of learning not to lead to the settlement solving in the enviroment arounda the student, so that a low sense love for the environment and fostering poor attitude of environmental conservation. he learning model is applied to improve the condition is Problem-Map. This learning model implemented in several stages: (1) Problem Based Learning and (2) Making the Mind Map in solving problems. This research will develop learning model Problem-Map, the development of research methods using models Borg and Gall (1983). Based on trial results through the activities of PTK learning model suggests that the model of teaching Problem-Map can developing attitude of environmental conservation students at IKIP Budi Utomo Malang

Headmaster leadership is the determinant of the school future. The very prominent role and important by headmaster is the learning supervision role. This research aimed at knowing the headmaster leaderships style of SMPN 26 (State Junior High School 26) of Malang city in improving the education quality, knowing the headmaster role of SMPN 26 of Malang City in implementing the supervision role to improve the learning process in school, knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors of the headmaster of SMPN 26 of Malang city in implementing the supervision role in improving the learning process in school. Data were collected by document analysis, observation and depth interview to 5 teachers, vice headmaster of curriculum, vice headmaster, public relations staffs, headmaster, and were analyzed with descriptive qualitative approach technique. Based on data analysis , showed that ( 1 ) headmaster leadership style of SMPN 26 of Malang city tend to use democratic participative leadership and authoritarian leadership style in urgent condition ( 2 ) the headmaster role of SMPN 26 of Malang city in improving the learning process by giving intensive cultivation to the teachers through individual supervision, direct class observation ( 3 ) the implementation of direct class supervision observation was influenced by external factors,either supporting or inhibiting factors.

The quality of education in Indonesia still needs to be improved both in human resources and components in the learning process . Improving the quality of education is very important because the quality of a nation is determined by the education factor . Education in Indonesia is still emphasis on cognitive learning outcomes , so the ability of other students as metacognitive less empowered . Those problems need to be addressed , either by applying learning strategies Reciprocal Teaching ( RT ) based Lesson Study . Application of Lesson Study based learning is expected to empower metacognitive skills of learners .The purpose of this study is to explain the improvement of the learning process with regard metacognitive skills of students after learning Reciprocal teaching strategies implemented based Lesson Study. This study used two cycles with each cycle has four stages . These stages form a spiral cycle which includes 1 ) planning, 2 ) granting the action , 3 ) observation , and 4 ) reflection . Lesson Study is an improvement of learning undertaken collaboratively by measures planning ( Plan) , implementation of the plan learning in the classroom ( Do) , and reflection activities that discussions about things that happen in the learning process in the classroom ( See) . Lesson Study activities aimed at improving the quality of learning that has three stages , namely Plan, Do and See. Samples used in this research is student of Class C in 2014 as many as 45 people . The results showed learning strategies Reciprocal Teaching ( RT ) based Lesson Study can improve student metacognitive ability IKIP Budi Utomo Malang.

Main objectives of this research are to analyze the increase in understanding biochemistry concepts comprehensively caused by practice concept modification (Carbohydate-Enzyme) and analysis the efficiency of practical activities caused by practice concept modification (Carbohydate-Enzyme). Research conducted in September through November 2015 are analytical descriptive research, there are 80 students as respondents were devided into 2 groups of treatment, namely group A as group with practice module that has not been modified and group B with practice module that have been modified. Paired t test result showed that group with practice module were modified to get the score of post-test evaluation better and significantly different than group with practice module that has not been modified. The validation result of practice module by students, instucture, material experts and media experts showed that practice module modified is eligible to used as practical module in the future.

The purpose of the the research is to know the effectiveness of the inﬂuence of stretching-up and warming-up-stretching toward the velocity of 60 yard dash. Population used are the students ( male ) of IKIP Budi Utomo Malang S1 program especially the ffth semester. Here the writer takes 80 students as samples from 178 students ramdomly. The samples are divided into 4 gruops by matching them that each group consists of 20 students.The kind of research experiments is using the design of the study latin square. The experiments is done about 4 weeks, once a week. That uses four treatmen as follow : treatment A, B, C and D. Each group is treated differently a week, so in 4 weeks all group will have same 4 kind of treatment. Tehnik collecting data obtained from pre-test and post-test that carried on four times.The analysis of data obtained Anava and “ t “ test which use the value of signifcant 5 % and 1 %. From the analysis of data above here the result : There is different inﬂuence that is very signifcant among treatment A, B, C, D in increasing the velocity of the 60 yard dash. Conclusion the inﬂuence of stretching-warning-up is more effective in increasing the velocity of 60 yard dash than the warming-up – stretching.

Villagers of Waringinsari, Sukoharjo sub-district, Pringsewu district, Lampung province grows and develops from voluntary migrants from Java. They are a group of marginalized people economically, politically, socially and culturally, so they expected so much when migrating to get a better life for his family. Residents who occupy Waringinsari village as the voluntary migrants are from different regions. They were farmers who had come from the felds of Java (Central, East and West) to gain ground as a new livelihood. The question is why with all kinds of differences in the Javanese sub-culture they could then dissolve together, and then they feel just as Javanese (in the sense of not distinguishing which Javanese origin). The research was carried out to get an answer whether janengan contributing music as media of entertainment, communication and propagation for villagers of voluntary migrants in the Waringinsari village, Suhoharjo Sub-district, Pringsewu district, Lampung province. This research is qualitative. The data obtained show that janengan music does really as alternative music that is able to show the identity of the people of Java. Janengan identifes the Javanese sub-culture from Kebumen which later became the common property of the voluntary migrants. They feel a sense of musical art is proven fact that until now is still a viable alternative entertainment. Janengan also contribute to the cohesiveness, and was able to eliminate the bulkhead sub-culture of their respective regions of origin. Music janengan is able to be an alternative as a cheap entertainment media, as a means of gathering spontaneous migrants thus establish communication in the period since the beginning of the village to the present, the past 60 years. In addition, the content ofthe janengan music lyric also provide a moral message that as human beings they are not arrogant, and ableto follow prophets. Janengan is able to instill the values to the younger generation so that they can becomegood human in morality as told in the poem of janengan.

Honor and esteem in society Madura considered highly sensitive, and drawn on the term “lebbi bagus pote tolang etembang pote mata” (preferably white bones of the white of the eye, which means it’s better to die than live with the shame). After migration to Java Madura people, have consequences on the socio-cultural adaptation of the local area through associations and everyday social relations. This phenomenon is interesting to study how the traditions and customs of Madura in the Java community, especially with regard to self-esteem, which is represented in its view of women. The experiment was conducted in the village of Gondanglegi Kulon Gondanglegi District Malang Regency. Data mining techniques used were interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Research to get the fndings: (1) Wife depending husband; (2) Women’s advocate family economy; (3) Regardless, the woman returned to the kitchen; (4) Self-esteem is the Madura is Islam with slogan Madura-Mecca-Medina; (5) Haji improve self-esteem; (6) The woman is the family honor in a religious context. From the fndings of this study indicate that the Madurese in Java in accordance with their ancestral cultures on the island of Madura but for its application has undergone a unique adaptation that means being on a problem in life is largely determined by the surrounding environment. Moreover, Madurese in Java sees problems related to women who are still considered family pride is not easy anymore to violence even in the last 10 years there were no cases of violence because of the issue of women.
