Abstract

Because of globalization, technology today is very important for developing businesses. The raw and semi-finished goods sector has not been given much attention so it needs to get special attention by creating a buying and selling system. The purpose of this study is to develop businesses in the raw and semi-finished goods sector. The method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative. So that the design becomes efficient, creative, and systematic design thinking becomes the solution of the design method of this information system. In this study the design thinking used consisted of three stages, namely empathy, define, and ideate. By using design thinking design will be efficient, creative, and user needs are always considered. Matengin Aja wrote is an application made to bring together owners of raw and semi-finished goods with people who need these goods. The owner of raw and semi-finished goods can sell the results of goods that are independently owned. By using product thinking design that is designed based on the needs of many people, the product can be well defined, and the overall concept can be displayed.

Abstract

Design thinking is a design method that can provide a solution-based approach to solving a problem and is very useful in overcoming very complex problems. One of the technological developments in the culinary field is the emergence of applications that contain a variety of recipes. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for people who want to cook food at home without having to search one by one the ingredients to be cooked but by buying various packages of ingredients that are sold and can enjoy the video tutorial features of each existing food package. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Researchers used design thinking as an approach and also the thought process in finding concepts from an application. In addition, there are five stages in design thinking, namely empathy, define, ideate, prototype and test. The application "Masak Yuk!" is an application that contains cooking tutorials, tips about cooking and selling food ingredients packages. By using design thinking that was designed according to the needs of the community, the product could be well defined and the overall concept could be displayed.

Abstract

Research on Marketing and Entrepreneurship has been developing for years, even now. Entrepreneurial Marketing (EM), was born from the practice of companies operating in conditions of uncertainty and emerged as a compelling alternative to overcoming the declining effectiveness associated with traditional marketing practices. In this article, the author provides a comprehensive review of the type models, frameworks, dimensions, and definitions. In total, three types of research interest: first, related research related to the range of the development of the concept of EM type models and EM frameworks, second, to explore the development of EM dimensions, the third to explore the comparison of definitions, the difference between EM and traditional marketing in EM research in the last ten years.

Abstract

The development of financial technology in Indonesia is followed by innovation, namely, the presence of E-Money. Go-Pay is a form of E-Money in Indonesia which is a mobile payment service found on the Go-Jek platform. This study provided a summary graphic representation of the theory-consistent evidence about the causes and effects of user interests of Go-Pay system in Indonesia. Some of the conveniences and benefits obtained from services such as top-up, payments, and fund transfers. The method used in this study is the type of library research. Data collection techniques used are qualitative data collection using existing data sources, that is, using data reduction to then concludes with logic, aesthetics, and ethics. Based on research that had been done, it could be concluded that the conveniences and benefits felt by consumers significantly affected their demand for using Go-Pay services. The implications of this research for science are as consideration for Go-Jek companies to increase the conveniences and benefits in Go-Pay payments, which implies increasing Go-Jek demand.

Abstract

The growth of smartphone users every year continues to grow and is a necessity for its users. Every smartphone company competes for generous consumers and competes to provide the technology and features needed by its users. This research was conducted to see a SWOT analysis of sales strategies on Xiaomi smartphones and Vivo smartphones in terms of differentiation strategy, focus strategy, cost leadership strategy. This study uses a digital use database to find articles relevant to the SWOT analysis of sales strategies on Xiaomi smartphones and Vivo smartphones. This type of research used in this research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The analysis method used is the SWOT analysis and Porter's Generic Strategy. The results showed that in total, this smartphone company had implemented the generic porter strategy well. However, the Vivo company's focus strategy is only applied so that the Vivo company can focus on marketing efforts on one or two market segments and create a marketing mix that is specific to that market so that the company can find better market needs.
