Abstract

Planner engine maintenance is an important thing to streamline the production process. Care planning for areca nut peeler has been carried out which includes the engine frame, electric motor, pulleys, V-belts, reservoirs, and spindle shaft. These components are expected to work optimally so that satisfying results are obtained. The care of the areca peeling machine consists of preventive treatments, repair treatments, total treatments. Preventive care consists of cleaning, lubrication and periodic checks. Repair treatments include blade maintenance, bearing maintenance, pulley care and belt. While total maintenance is carried out after the engine has been operating long enough. The results of treatment planning are made in the form of a treatment table. While the results of the maintenance process that has been done by the machine can operate properly and can produce maximally.

Abstract

Rendang is a typical food from Minangkabau that must be present in every custom event in Minangkabau, to improve the quality of the rendang meat, processed rendang meat is processed into processed rendang suir meat to improve the quality of its resistance. At this time the process of making rendang meat still uses a manual process which certainly does not fulfill all the desires of consumers, so the meat rending machine is made with a capacity of 1 kg / minute. This machine functions to pound rendang meat so that fiber from meat looks easier to stir. This machine aims to help the process of pulverizing the rendang meat to become flush. In this machine. The drive system is a fixed clutch, which is connected to one another. Making this frame using ST 37 iron whose dimensions are 350 mm x 550 mm x 700 mm. Whereas for the dimensions of pounding rendang suir meat is 10 mm x 200 mm x 350 mm. How it works rendang meat is placed on the bottom pounder. Abstract

Today the need for housing (home) is increasing. Touch of beauty and support in terms of security are widely used in the construction of the house, one of the trellis. One of the production processes in processing iron trellis is the process of forming spiral iron trellis models of a certain size, in the process special machines are needed that can alleviate, simplify, and accelerate human work. This process is also called cold work because without the heat treatment process. The specifications of the trellis iron torsion machine are 1500x500x800 mm. This machine has several driving units, namely: Motor as a driver, and reducer to reduce the rotation of the shaft on the swivel chuck, and use belt transmission and chains. From the calculation and design of the engine, the motor power of ½ Hp is obtained, the production capacity is 10x10x1000 mm, the shaft diameter is 25.4 mm. The production time of this machine is 7 times / workpiece or ± 2 minutes / Pcs or 29 to 30 Pcs / hour. This trellis iron torsion machine works well and gets a better and stronger spiral model iron box. The components contained in this machine include: Electric motors, pulleys, belts, frames, sprocket, chains, chucks, bearings and speed reducers.

Abstract

This paper discusses the use of alternator cars into home electricity. This paper aims to overcome the energy crisis by reducing dependence on fossil energy sources by utilizing alternative energy sources or by developing technology in the form of alternator modifications, and also from this paper we can find out the optimum conditions of rotation and generating electricity. The workings of this alternator modification tool so as to produce electrical power that is using a motor as a drive connected to the alternator produced mechanical energy converted into electrical energy and from this alternator a voltage of 12 volts comes out and goes into travo to increase the voltage to 220 Volts. From the results of the testing of this final project, the effect of rotation on the production of electrical energy coming out on this alternator modification tool is if the rotation produced is high then the power output is also good and if the rotation is slowed the power coming out will also be small. The optimum condition of this test is at 1600rpm. Abstract

At this time in the process of sweeping the road still using traditional tools by janitors, for example broom sticks. One of the technologies that began to develop was the Street Sweeper machine. This Street Sweeper is a tool to help alleviate the work of janitors in terms of road sweeping. Sweeping the highway using the Street Sweeper is one of the main steps to accelerate the process of sweeping the highway with rapid traffic flow. The working principle of this machine is by utilizing thrust from humans, by means of a machine being pushed and directed to the garbage scattered on the road. Therefore it is very appropriate to use Street Sweeper to sweep the road compared to using manual tools because it can save work time
