Abstract

The purpose of the research is to increase a  positive attitude towards psychological well-being, especially the dimension of personal growth. The method used in this study is quasi-experimental design of  untreated  design with dependent pre-test and posttest.  The research subjects used an experimental group of 10 people. The results of the statistical analysis showed that the value (Sig) was 0.000 0.05, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, The conclusion is that attitudes towards personal growth can be increased using the role playing group guidance services in the experimental group.Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan sikap positif  terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis khususnya dimensi personal growth. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen design with dependent pre-test and posttest. Subjek penelitian menggunakan  kelompok eksperimen sebanyak 10 orang. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukan nilai (Sig) 0,000 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, Kesimpulannya adalah sikap terhadap personal growth dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik role playing pada kelompok eksperimen.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, role playing, personal growth

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the increasing of learning motivation by using group counseling. Research problem was low learning motivation. Research method was experimental method technique with one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjects are students of grade VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Metro, six students. Research results obtained during mean score of 60.2 and increased to 101.3 or increased to 40%. Data gained the using learning motivation scale. It is shown from the pretest and posttest results obtained zhitung = -2.201 and ztabel 0.05 = 2.015. Because zoutput ztabel then, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, it means that learning motivation can be increased by using group counselling. Conclusion of this research is learning motivation can increase by using group counselling of the students grade VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Metro Academic Year 2013/2014. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar menggunakan konseling kelompok. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar rendah. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Metro, sebanyak enam siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala motivasi belajar. Hasil penelitian pada saat diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 60,2 meningkat menjadi 101,3 atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar 40% Hal ini ditunjukkan juga dari hasil pretest dan posttest yang diperoleh zhitung =-2,201 dan ztabel  0,05 = 2,015. Karena zhitung ztabel  maka Ha diterima, , artinya motivasi belajar dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan layanan konseling kelompok siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Metro Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, konseling kelompok, motivasi belajar

Abstract

The aims of the research was to increase the capabilities of positive social interaction using group guidance service. The research method was quasi-experimental with one-group pretest-posttest design.The research subjects were six student of grade X who had low positive social interaction at school. Data collecting technique used sosiometri and observation. The research result showed that student’s positive social interaction ability increased after given group guidance service, it was proved from the result of pretest and posttest obtained Z count = -2,201 and Z table = 0. Because Z count ≤ Z tables, Ho rejected and Ha received. Differences scores of positive social interaction ability before and after given groups guidance service was 42,3%. The conclusion was that there was increasing of student’s positive social interaction ability by using groups guidance service of the vocational high school.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan interaksi sosial positif menggunakan layanan bimbingan kelompok. Metode penelitian adalah quasi eksperimen desain one group pretest-posttest. Subyek enam siswa kelas X yang memiliki kemampuan interaksi sosial positif rendah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan sosiometri dan observasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan yang ditunjukkan dari hasil pretest dan posttest yang diperoleh Z hitung = -2,201 dan Z tabel = 0. Karena Z hitung ≤ Z tabel, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Perbedaan skor kemampuan interaksi sosial sebelum dan setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok adalah 42,3%. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah kemampuan interaksi sosial positif dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan layanan bimbingan kelompok pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Kata kunci : bimbingan dan koseling, bimbingan kelompok, interaksi sosial positif.

This research is pre-experimental designs of onegroup pretest posttest. The subjects of the study has 9 studentswho having high, medium, and low study time management. The data collection methode uses a study time management scale and analyzed by using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed thatdata analysis which using the Wilcoxon test obtained that the probability number was 0.012 0,05 that Ho rejected and Ha accepted. So, the conclusion is group guidance could improve the management skills of study time students at SMA 1 Bandar Sribhawono, East Lampung.Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen waktu belajar siswa menggunakan bimbingan kelompok pada siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Sribhawono, Lampung Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pre-experimental designs dengan teknik one group pretest postest. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 9 siswa yang memiliki manajemen waktu belajar tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala manajemen waktu belajar dengan kategori skor tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon diperoleh angka probabilitas adalah 0,012 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen waktu belajar dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Sribhawono, Lampung Timur.Kata kunci: bimbingan kelompok, kemampuan, manajemen waktu belajar

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the use of group counseling to decline aggressive in student. The problem in this research was the students high agressive. This study was quasi-experimental research, with one-group pretest-posttest design. The subject in this research was 10 students. The researcher collected the data by using observation as the principal techniques. The result showed that group counseling could decline agressive in students, showed from the results of data analysis using the Wilcoxon test, from pretest and posttest obtained zratio = -2.805ztable = 1.645 so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, which meant that group counseling could decline agression in eighth grade students of SMP. Then, based on the results of the calculation of average overall discrease to 48,2%. It also fitted with the observation of student behavior in every day school activities that behaved normally and progressively expanded into better.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan konseling kelompok untuk mengurangi perilaku agresif. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku agresif. Penelitian ini bersifat quasi experimental dengan jenis one-group pretest-posttest desaign. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Trimurjo dengan subjek 10 siswa dan populasi kelas VIII. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan obsevasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling kelompok dapat mengurangi perilaku agresif siswa, terbukti dari hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon, dari hasil pretest dan posttest diperoleh zhitung = 2,805 ztabel = 1,645 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya konseling kelompok dapat mengurangi perilaku agresif siswa kelas VIII SMP. Kemudian, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rata-rata penurunan secara keseluruhan adalah sebesar 48,2%. Penurunan ini juga sesuai dengan hasil observasi perilaku siswa dalam kegiatan sehari-hari yang semakin berperilaku normal dan semakin berkembang menjadi lebih baik.Kata kunci: konseling kelompok, pendekatan cbt, perilaku agresif

Abstract

The research problem in this study was students bullying behavior. This research aimed to analyze the bullying behavior of senior high school students of Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung academic year 2018/2019. Methodology of research used descriptive quantitative method. Data collecting technique used questionnaire of bullying behavior. Data analysis technique used percentage descriptive analysis. The research sample was 218 students from 1090 populations, by using simple random sampling technique. Findings of the research can be concluded that 99.54% students did bullying behavior and the highest form of bullying behavior was verbal bullying which is 96.33%.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku bullying siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku bullying pada siswa sekolah menengah atas Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket perilaku bullying. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 218 siswa dari 1090 populasi, dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa 99,54% siswa melakukan perilaku bullying dan bentuk perilaku bullying yang paling tinggi dilakukan siswa adalah bullying verbal yaitu 96,33%.Kata kunci: bullying elektronik, bullying fisik, bullying relasional, bullying verbal, perilaku bullying

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the performance of  guidance and counseling teachers in the implementation of guidance and counseling program at SMPN in Kecamatan Tulang Bawang Tengah. Problems in this research is not optimal to implement guidance and counseling program at SMPN in Kecamatan Tulang Bawang Tengah year of 2012/2013. The problem is how the performance of guidance and conseling teachers in the implementation of guidance and counseling program at SMPN in Kecamatan Tulang Bawang Tengah year of 2012/2013. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The data collection technique using questionnaire and documentation. The population in this study was 11 guidance and counseling teachers at  SMPN in Kecamatan Tulang Bawang Tengah year of 2012/2013. These results indicate that the performance of guidance and counseling teachers, in the implementation of guidance and counseling program considered good enough with result of percentage is 47%. Some aspects of guidance and counseling programs has been implemented well enough. However there are some aspects of guidance and counseling program showed unfavorable results. This is because there are teachers who are not from graduate study program of guidance and counseling, but still served as guidance and counseling teacher. Researchers recommend suggestions to: (1) guidance and counseling teachers are expected to improve performance in the implementation of guidance and counseling program. (2) the school is expected to better support guidance and counseling teacher in implement any activity guidance and counseling services.  Keywords: Performance Analysis, Guidance and Counseling Program

Abstract

The problem of the research was whether information technique of group guidance could be used to increase the stability of the student's career plan. The objective of this study was to find out the improvement in career plan stability by using the information technique of group guidance services for the class IX students of SMPN 22 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2018/2019. The method in this study was pre-experimental. The research subjects were 8 students who had low career plan stability. The results of data analysis used the Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Test which gained = -2.521 = 1.645. It meant Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Briefly, it could be concluded that the information technique of group guidance could be implemented to increase the consistency of the career plan for the class IX students of SMPN 22 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2018/2019.Permasalahan penelitian adalah apakah bimbingan kelompok teknik informasi dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemantapan rencana karir siswa. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemantapan rencana karir dengan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik informasi pada siswa kelas IX SMPN 22 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pre-Eksperiment. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 8 orang siswa yang memiliki kemantapan rencana karir yang rendah.. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Test, diperoleh = -2.521 = 1.645 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Abstract

The aim of this research was to investigate the increase of Academic Self-Management of students through group guidance service. Research method which was used was Quasi Experimental in form of one group pretest-posttest, then was analyzed by using Wilcoxon test. The subject of the research were 12 students with low Academic Self Management. Data collecting technique used observation of Academic Self-Management. The result of the research using wilcoxon test showed probability value as many as 0.002 sig. 0.05, so Ha was accepted. It means that Academic Self-Management can be increased through group guidance service at the students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung year 2014/2015.Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui peningkatan Academic Self-Management pada siswa melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experimental dengan bentuk one group pretest-posttest, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon.
