Abstract

This study aims to describe the agribusiness partnership process that takes place in Kampung Kucai, analyze the income of chives farming, and the perception of chives farmers on the partnership process in Garum District, Blitar Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach in the form of a case study. Informants in this study were partner chives farmers in Kampung Kucai. Determination of the sample of plasma partner farmers was carried out by purposive sampling method. Informants were selected based on secondary data from the core and information from farmers. So the sample used for Kucai Mitra farmers is 20 people. In addition, there are also 5 key informants. The methods of data collection carried out in this study are of several types, namely structured interviews, in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation. The data analysis method used in this researchis descriptive analysis, income analysis, and Likert analysis. The results showed that the type of partnership between the Financial Institution "Bank BRI" and the partner chives farmers was classified as a nucleus-plasma partnership pattern. In the mechanism of the partnership pattern of the Financial Institution "BRI Bank" with the Kucai Farmer Group, it is carried out based on a partnership agreement. The agreement letter contains the identities of the two partnering parties and the rules given by "Bank BRI" as well as the location or planting area. The total income from chives farming is Rp. 242,000, -. The income of chives farming can be taken by women farmers once a month at the monthly member meeting in the Women Farmers Group or can be saved in advance. If they are saved, usually the women farmers in the research location will take the income before the Eid al-Fitr. The perception of partner chives farmers on the planning of partnership implementation is 80% or very good, the perception of partner chives farmers on the partnership process is 78% or quite good, and the perception of the evaluation of the partnership is very good with 85% results. So that the results of the Likert analysis on the average perception of partner chives farmers on the partnership process with financial institutions "Bank BRI" have a very good category with a percentage of 80% where the total score is 483.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were to analyze and determine the magnitude of the effects of land use changes for run off coefficient and peak flows in Krueng Peusangan This study held in Krueng Peusangan, Bireuen. Land use changes in Krueng Peusangan on period 2015 - 2019 is of secondary forest decreased covers 1950 ha (2,41%), reduced mixed land farming 1241 (1,54%), ricefield 812 ha (1,00%) and the dry land agriculture 97 ha (0,12%), while the addition of comprehensive settlement of 2150 ha (2,66%), and shrubs thicket 1950 ha (2,41%) of the total area of Krueng Peusangan. Runoff coefficient value (C) increased from 0.19 in 2015 to 0.20 in 2019. Keyword: DAS, land use, runoff coefficient

Abstract

Tanah salin saat ini tidak digunakan sebagai lahan pertanian dengan baik.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur tingkat kolonisasi dari aplikasi beberapa jenis fungi mikoriza Arbuskula. Glomus sp., Acaulospora dan campuran terhadap pertumbuh dan hasil beberapa jenis varietas cabai. Rancangan yang digunakan pada percobaan ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Pola Faktorial (RAK). Penelitian dilakukan dikebun percobaan Fakultas Sains Pertanian dan Peternakan, Universitas Islam Kebangsaan Indonesia. Tanah diambil dari pesisir Kuala Kab. Bireuen, Aceh. Tanah diambil dari lapisan top soil dengan kedalaman 0 – 25 cm. Persiapan salin buatan yaitu dengan menyiapkan 5 kg garam yang dicampur dengan 15 liter air diaduk hingga rata, dosis yang diberikan sebanyak 200 ml per polibag. Adapun kegiatan pemeliharaan yang dilakukan meliputi penyiraman, penyulaman, pengendalian hama dan penyakit. Penyiraman dilakukan setiap hari pada pagi dan sore. Penyiraman dilakukan dengan menggunakan gembor sampai kapasitas lapang. Pengendalian hama dan penyakit dilakukan dengan penyemprotan pestisida Pemanenan dilakukan setelah tanaman berumur 90 HST dengan ciri buah memerah 80 persen, Panen bisa dilakukan dengan cara memetik buah beserta tangkainya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman cabai. Varietas terbaik terdapat pada varietas Lado pada fase vegetatif yang dapat dilihat dari peubah tinggi tanaman 15 dan 30 HST, diameter batang umur 15 dan 30 HST, Jumlah daun umur 15,30 dan 45 HST. Sedangkan fase generatif varietas terbaik terdapat pada varietas PM 999 yang dapat dilihat pada peubah Jumlah buah, berat buah. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa jenis mikoriza berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah buah, diameter batang umur 30 HST, namun berpengaruh tidak nyata pada tinggi tanaman cabai pada umur 15, 30 dan 45 HST, diameter batang pada umur 15 dan 45 HST, jumlah daun pertanaman pada umur 15, 30 dan 45 HST. Pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai yang terbaik dijumpai pada jenis mikoriza Glomus moseae 10 g/tanaman.

Abstract

One of important aspects on food security is the distribution of rice. Klaten District is one of the rice producers in Central Java. Rice distribution channels exist in every area managed by government agencies, such as Agriculture, Food Security and Fisheries Office of Klaten District. This study aims to identify the distribution channels of rice and its constraints in Klaten District by using descriptive methods. The results showed that there were 5 rice distribution channels in Klaten District with the constraint of inefficiency of rice distribution channels from farmers to consumers, due to too many marketing agencies involved in the channels.

Abstract

Green Super Rice (GSR) is a rice plant that can be cultivated on land that is nutrient efficient, has high yields and is resistant to biotic and abiotic stresses. GSR planting is expected to have adaptability and good yields in conditions of infertile rice fields, often experiencing drought, uncertainty in air supply, low fertility, and disease attacks. The aim of the study was to see the performance of adaptive Green Super Rice in rainfed rice fields. The GSR rice lines will be planted in Bireun, Indonesia. This study used a one-factor Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 3 replications. The treatment factors that were tried were 6 GSR rice lines, the F8 line, from a cross between the Sikuneng variety from Bireun and IRBB27. As a comparison, the national superior variety Inpari 42 was used. There were 21 experiments and each experiment consisted of 2 plant units, one plant as the sample plant. GSR lines which were selected at the Aceh Rice Research Center in the previous planting season. The comparison variety used was Inpari 42. Seedlings aged 21 days after sowing from each line and comparison varieties were planted 1-3 seedlings per hole in a plot measuring 2m x 5m with a spacing of 20 cm x 20 cm. Irrigation relies on rain and water pumps from rainwater reservoirs. variables of plant height (cm), number of productive tillers, heading date or 50% flowering age (HSS), number of filled grain, percentage of filled grain(%), weight of 1,000 grains(g), and yield(t/ Ha).

Abstract

Bonsai is a plant that is easy to care for and does not require extra care or attention. A little sun and a little water are needed to maintain a bonsai. It is from this wealth that the art of bonsai in Indonesia was born (Najoan et al, 2015). The art of maintaining and shaping this dwarf plant called "dwarf tree" actually began to be developed in China since the eleventh century, then entered Japan in the fifteenth century under a different name, "bonsai" (Nazaruddin, 2015). Bonsai also has health benefits, namely promoting a healthy lifestyle by purifying the air and the green charm of its leaves which is refreshing and pleasing to the eye to make it more peaceful and less stressful. In addition, in the era of the Covid 19 pandemic, the use of Air conditioners is not recommended for closed rooms because it is considered to transmit Covid 19. Abstract

ABSTRACK The study was titled Kailan (Brassica oleraceae var acephala) Growth And Yield at Concentration of Plant Growth Promotion Rhizobacteria (PGPR) And Other Planting Media One of The Tehnic Empowerment Farmers. It has been held in November 2019 until January 2020 in Kondo Hamlet, Balong Village, Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency. This study uses a Complete Randomized Design (RAL) method consisting of 2 treatment factors first is a kind of planted media (M) consists of 3 kinds, namely: soil media, straw compost and goat manure (M1), soil media straw compost and cow manure (M2), soil media, straw compost and chicken manure (M3) . The second factor is the concentration of PGPR (K) consisting of 3 treatment concentrations of PGPR 0 ml / l water (K0), PGPR concentration of 15 ml / l of water (K1), concentration of PGPR 30m l / l of water (K2). The results showed that the variety of planting media has a very different effect on the number of leaves, the weight of wet clusters, and has a real effect on the weight of consumption and volume of leaves and has no real effect on the height of plants. PGPR concentration treatment is very influential on leaf volume, has a real effect on leaf count, consumption weight, high plant, but has no noticeable effect on wet trapping weight. Interaction of various planting media and PGPR concentration shows no noticeable effect on the number of leaves per plant, consumption weight, wet weight, height of plants and leaf volume. The variety of planted media and PGPR concentration to the growth and yield of kailan plants is shown in the parameters of heavy wet weight consumption weight (46.97 g) obtained in the combination of treatment M2K1 (mixed media soil, straw compost and manure cattle, with a concentration of PGPR 15 ml / l water). The weight of the slimmest consumption (21.15 g), obtained in the combination of M1K0 treatment (mixed media of soil, straw compost and goat manure, with a PGPR concentration of 0 ml / litre of water). Abstract

Black tea in the manufacturing process undergoes an enzymatic oxidation process. The process of enzymatic oxidation has occurred when tea undergoes a milling process. The study aimed to find out and analyze the black tea powder results from milling. This study used a RAK analysis design (Group Random Design) with 4 treatments (P1) rotor vane, (P2) roll 1 TPI 8, (P3) roll 2 TPI 10, and (P4) roll 3 TPI 10. The observed test parameters include form analysis, temperature analysis, sensory testing, and monitoring of the performance efficiency of the milling machine. The results of the form analysis showed that the treatment (P1), (P2), (P3), (P4) changed the entire shape of the particles into wet tea powder with a smooth texture. The temperature of wet powdered tea shows that the result on the 1st day of 28.75 ° C increased on the 2nd day, which is 29.5 ° C but does not exceed the standard factory regulation and there is no over at the powder temperature due to the temperature regulation by the humidifier. Color analysis with the number of 30 untrained panelists has a real difference with other untrained panelists with a flat category of tea powder color treatment A, B, C, D. Identification of the performance efficiency of the tea leaf milling machine shows that there is a decrease in performance in tearing tea leaves for 7 days due to the high time wasted on idling minor stoppages at the time of the previous mill and reduced speed losses on roll teeth or TPI (Teeth Per Inch).

Abstract

The availability of cocoa beans is very large in the Blitar area so that it opens up considerable business opportunities for the people in Blitar. In addition, cocoa plants as a producer of cocoa beans can thrive in the Blitar area, making it easy to obtain raw materials. Processing of basic ingredients of chocolate in the Blitar area is still minimal, so it is very necessary to diversify products from chocolate. One of the products here is chocolate brownies where an effective marketing strategy is needed to increase sales of Chocolate Brownies. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy of Chocolate Brownies products with SWOT analysis. The marketing system carried out at UD Dheenok Group uses a direct marketing system, namely sales at industrial sites and indirectly by distributing products to Kampung Chocolate as a working partner in marketing. customers, while the weakness lies in unwritten financial administration, and does not have investors so that it has an impact on business development and the absence of visual promotion media such as advertisements. market due to the lack of similar products in Blitar City. Abstract

Purpose of this study is to determine the anatomical differences of transport tissue (xylem and phloem) in Carica papaya L. Roots, which grown on contaminated and uncontaminated Al (Aluminum). The study was carried out by digging 0-30 cm of soil to take 3 lateral roots, then cut transversely, stained using xylol and observed the transport tissue using a computer binocular microscope with a magnification of 100x. Based on the research, it is known that the xylem and phloem of transport tissue obtained from the roots of Carica papaya L. which grows on soil contaminated with aluminum slag ash has differences with the root transport tissue of Carica papaya L. which grows on soil without aluminum slag ash contamination.
