Abstract

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana penelitian ini mendeskripsikan Pengembangan Karir, Kompetensi, Kompensasi, Kepuasan dan Kinerja pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini juga menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut, baik pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Indonesia yang berjumlah 55 pegawai dan seluruh populasi dimasukkan dalam sampel dalam penelitian ini atau disebut juga dengan sampel jenuh. Daftar pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini terlebih dahulu diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, data diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kepuasan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja ASN pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Sumatera Utara  The type of research is quantitative descriptive, where this research describes Career Development, Competence, Compensation, Satisfaction and Performance in the National Unity and Political Agency of North Sumatra Province. This study also examines the relationship between these variables, both direct and indirect effects. The population in this study were all employees at the National Unity and Political Agency of the Province of Indonesia, amounting to 55 employees and the entire population was included in the sample in this study or also called the saturated sample. The list of questions in this study was first tested for validity and reliability, the data was processed with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Competence has no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Career development has a positive and significant effect on performance. Competence has no significant effect on performance. Compensation has no positive and significant effect on performance. Satisfaction has no positive and significant effect on performance. Career development has no significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Competence has no significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Compensation significantly affects performance through job satisfaction of ASN at the National Unity and Political Agency of North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the understanding and role of business owners' financial literacy in terms of female gender in their business management, to explore any information that plays a role in increasing their business financial literacy intelligence, where Semarang City has ribbon embroidery SMEs whose ownership is dominated by the female gender. The number of ribbon embroidery SMEs in Semarang is not as many as Batik Semarangan SMEs but the results of the work and the results of the National Financial Literacy Survey (SNLIK) conducted by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2019, the financial literacy of male owners is greater than that of women. The financial literacy of business actors (MSMEs), especially those of the female gender, is said to be still low below the male gender, this needed more attention so that these female business actors can improve their financial literacy intelligence, so they can be more effective in managing their businesses so that they continue to grow. survive and thrive. The research method used is qualitative with a narrative approach. to get a description of the data in the form of the level of understanding of the financial literacy of the owner as a business actor in managing his business and trying to capture interpretations from various perspectives of people who will be used as objects of research. The results of the study indicate that the indicators of education and length of business have a very significant role in business management. Based on the results of the research and discussion described above, it can be concluded that the level of education and the length of the business establishment have a major influence on the understanding of business owners. Because the higher one's education, the more open the mastery of one's knowledge in managing a good business from a financial perspective. While the length of business indicates that a person will be more skilled in managing his business both in terms of finance and production because they will be more honed in managing their business. Abstract

To deal with these business developments, maturity is needed in aspects of its entrepreneurial orientation and the adoption of social media as one of its marketing channels. If these two aspects can be applied properly, this is believed to increase a sustainable competitive advantage. The main objective of this research is to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and social media marketing on sustainable competitive advantage. The sample in this study amounted to 170 respondents, who were determined by a convenience sampling approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument which is then distributed online. Data analysis using the SPSS application displays data processing results through research instrument testing with validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that entrepreneurial orientation and social media marketing have a positive and significant effect on sustainable competitive advantage. The research implication explains that MSME actors should be passionate about doing something so that creativity can emerge if you, as an entrepreneur, are passionate about doing or discovering new things. The next implication is recommending that MSME business actors be advised to integrate marketing channels traditionally based on modern marketing

Abstract

This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis methods and quantitative descriptive analysis. The object of the study of the Private Vocational School for the Preparation of Pematangsiantar City with a sample of 187 respondents. The methods used for data analysis in this study are validity, reliability, normality, multiple and simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis test (F test and t-test). This can be concluded as follows: 1) The regression analysis results show a positive influence between 21st-century competencies and blended learning on well-being students simultaneously and partially, and there is a positive influence between well-being students and learning achievement. 2) The correlation and determination results show a strong and positive relationship between 21st-century competencies and blended learning with well-being students both simultaneously and partially, and there is a very strong and positive relationship between well-being students and entrepreneurial learning achievements. 3) The simultaneous test results show that the FH 0 test was rejected, meaning that 21st-century competence and blended learning positively and significantly affect students' well-being. 4) The partial test results show that the t H 0test is rejected, which means that 21st-century competence and blended learning have a significant effect on partial well-being students, and the results of the t H 0test are rejected, which means that well-being students have a significant effect on partial entrepreneurial learning achievement

Abstract

AbstrakTeknologi dan perkembangannya adalah bagian dari kehidupan kita, dan sistem sosial secara progresif menyerapnya. Ketika teknologi di bidang transportasi seperti halnya Go-Jek dapat membantu orang mencapai tujuan mereka secara lebih efektif dan efisien, dapat dianggap secara positif sebagai teknologi yang ramah dan sarana yang mendukung dan mempermudah kehidupan manusi. Tujuan utama penelitian yakni menganalisis pengaruh persepsi konsumen dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi Go-Jek. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan dengan pendekatan convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang kemudian dibagikan secara online. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan menampilkan hasil pengolahan data melalui uji instrumen penelitian dengan uji validitas dan reabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menyatakan persepsi konsumen dan kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi Go-Jek. Implikasi penelitian menerangkan untuk meningkatkan persepsi konsumen dan kepercayaan konsumen tentang pelayanan aplikasi Go-Jek sebaiknya perusahaan perlu menambah variasi produk yang terdapat dalam aplikasi, sehingga perusahaan dapat memahami apa yang diharapkan pelanggannya dan menyesuaikan fitur layanannya sesuai dengan kebutuhan. AbstractTechnology and its developments are part of our lives, and social systems progressively absorb them. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Experience to Work Performance of UNPRI's staff by partially or simultaneously. This research are conducted to UNPRI's staff. The population in this research are the staff of UNPRI. Data collection methods in this study were questionnaires. The sampling technique used is the Random Sampling technique. Determination of the number of samples in this research using the Slovin formula with an error level of 5% so as to obtain a sample of 148 staff from the total population of 234 staff at UNPRI. Analysis prerequisite test uses validity, reliability test. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, multiple correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination with calculations using SPSS version 20.0. Research results sourced from data processing show a positive relationship between the variables of Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Experience to Work Performance of UNPRI's Staff. From the analysis it was found that partially the influence of Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Experience to Work Performance of UNPRI's Staff each amounted to 13,8%; 9,7% dan 15,4%. Simultaneously the effect of Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Experience on the performance of UNPRI's Staff was 38.90% and the rest was influenced by other variables not proposed in this study.

Abstract

Hasil peneltiian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1. Motivasi sudah baik, pengawasan sudah baik, leader member exchange sudah baik, turnover intention sudah rendah dan kinerja karyawan sudah baik. 2. Motivasi, pengawasan, leader member exchange berpengaruh negatif dan signfikan terhadap turnover intention baik secara simultan maupun parsial kemudian turnover intention berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3. Terdapat hubungan antara variabel bebas dimana terdapat hubungan yang rendah antara motivasi dengan pengawasan kemudian terdapat hubungan yang sedang antara pengawasan dengan leader member exchange dan terdapat hubungan yang sedang antara motivasi dengan leader member exchange. Terdapat hubungan antara variabel bebas dan terikat, terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara motivasi dengan turnover intention. Hubungan yang kuat antara pengawasan dengan turnover intention. Hubungan yang kuat antara leader member exchange dengan turnover. Hubungan yang sangat kuat antara motivasi, pengawasan, leader member exchange dengan turnover intention. Hubungan yang sangat kuat antara turnover intention dengan kinerja karyawan. 4. Hasil uji hipotesis H0 ditolak, artinya motivasi, pengawasan dan leader member exchange berpengaruh negatif signfikan terhadap turnover intention baik secara simultan maupun parsial. The research results can be summarized as follows: 1. Motivation is good, Supervision is good, leader-member exchange is good, the turnover intention is low and employee performance is good. 2. Motivation, Supervision, leader member exchange have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention both simultaneously and partially then turnover intention has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. 3. There is a relationship between the independent variables with a low relationship between motivation and Supervision, a moderate relationship between Supervision and leader-member exchange, and a moderate relationship between motivation and leader member exchange. There is a relationship between the independent and dependent variables, there is a strong relationship between motivation and turnover intention. There is a strong relationship between supervision and turnover intention. There is a strong relationship between leader member exchange and turnover. There is a strong relationship between motivation, Supervision, leader member exchange and turnover intention. There is a very strong relationship between turnover intention and employee performance. 4. The results of the H0 hypothesis test are rejected, meaning that motivation, Supervision and leader member exchange significantly negatively affect turnover intention simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: 1. Gambaran literasi digital, kreativitas, motivasi belajar, dan hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada SD Kristen Kalam Kudus Pematangsiantrar pada mata pelajaran IPA. 2. Pengaruh literasi digital, kreativitas, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada SD Kristen Kalam Kudus Pematangsiantar pada mata pelajaran IPA baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD sebanyak 138 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji instrumen yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: 1. Literasi digital, kreativitas, motivasi belajar, dan hasil belajar dapat dikatakan baik. 2. Hasil analisis regresi terdapat pengaruh positif antara literasi digital, kreativitas, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar baik secara simultan maupun parsial, 3. Hasil korelasi terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat antara literasi digital, kreativitas, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar. 4. Hasil pengujian hipotesis yaitu uji F dan uji t menyatakan H0 ditolak, artinya literasi digital, kreativitas dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar.  This research aims to recognize: 1. An overview of digital literacy, creativity, learning motivation, and learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at the Christian Elementary School of Kalam Kudus Pematangsiantrar in a science subject. 2. The influence of digital literacy, creativity, and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at the Kalam Kudus Christian Elementary School Pematangsiantar on science, either simultaneously or partially. This research was conducted with a literature and field research design. This study's population was all fifth-grade elementary school students, as many as 138 people. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data was collected using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation methods. The instrument test carried out is a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis techniques used were normality test, qualitative descriptive analysis, and quantitative descriptive analysis. The study results can be concluded: 1. Digital literacy, creativity, learning motivation, and learning outcomes are categorized in a good category. 2. The regression analysis results positively influence digital literacy, creativity, and learning motivation on learning outcomes both simultaneously and partially, 3. The correlation results have a very strong relationship between digital literacy, creativity, and learning motivation on learning outcomes. 4. The results of hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t-test, state that H0 was rejected, it means that digital literacy, creativity and learning motivation have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior bukanlah hal baru dalam dunia kerja khususnya beberapa bidang khusus yang juga menerapkan perilaku organisasi. Pada dasarnya, organizational citizenship behavior sangat membantu dalam mengatur, mengontrol, dan menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan sekaligus meningkatkan komunikasi antar peranan dalam kelompok kerja. Selain itu, perusahaan saat ini perlu meningkatkan kemampuan organisasi untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan lingkungan yang semakin kompleks. Tujuan utama penelitian yakni menganalisis menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior karyawan pasca pandemi Covid-19. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 210 responden yang ditentukan dengan pendekatan convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang kemudian dibagikan secara online. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan menampilkan hasil pengolahan data melalui uji instrumen penelitian dengan uji validitas dan reabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menyimpulkan quality of work life, organizational culture dan job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Implikasi penelitian menginformasikan perilaku menolong karyawan dapat meningkatkan semangat dan keeratan serta perasaan saling memiliki diantara anggota kelompok sehingga akan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dan membantu organisasi menarik dan mempertahankan karyawan yang baik.The globalization era that every nation faces have made the world open and connected. This requires the awareness and readiness of human resources that openness becomes something real. On the other hand, companies need to encourage better employee engagement to increase HR awareness within the organization's scope. The main objective of the research is to analyze the effect of organizational trust and organizational justice on the employee engagement of millennial workers. The sample in this study amounted to 150 respondents, who were determined by the convenience sampling approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument which is then distributed online. Data analysis uses the SPSS application by displaying data processing results through research instrument tests with validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the data analysis results, organizational trust and justice positively and significantly affect employee engagement. The research information implies that increasing engagement can be carried out with encouragement from company leaders through mutual trust, mutual understanding, mutual respect, and learning to live in differences among fellow employees in their workplaces.

Abstract

The main objective of the research is to analyze the effect of technological innovation and market orientation on sustainable competitive advantage. The sample in this study amounted to 180 respondents, determined by the convenience sampling approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument which is then distributed online. Data analysis uses the SPSS application by displaying data processing results through research instrument tests with validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is stated that technological innovation and market orientation have a positive and significant effect on sustainable competitive advantage. The research implications explain that it is important for SMEs to improve their ability to adopt new technologies and develop technological innovations needed in their business. MSMEs can seek assistance from various sources, such as governments, business organizations, and financial institutions, to access the resources and information needed to adopt new technologies and develop technological innovations that can help them gain a competitive advantage. Furthermore, to overcome the problem of market orientation in MSMEs, efforts are needed to increase understanding of market needs, utilize market research, focus on market needs and wants, have a clear marketing strategy, and increase available resources
