This study plans to decide whether the nature of the goods and the administration at the same time affect the fulfillment of buyers at a Secondary Shoe Store in Medan. The information inspection procedure used is a quantitative introduction technique with the help of the SPSS program. This study used different straight recurrences. Exploratory test as many as 83 respondents. Lots of important information using polls. The results showed that the quality of goods to a certain degree affect the fulfillment of shoppers at the Secondary Shoe Store in Medan. Administration to some extent affects consumer loyalty at the Secondary Shoe Store in Medan. The nature of goods and administration at the same time affect the fulfillment of shoppers at the Secondary Shoe Store in MedanKeywords: Product Quality, Service and Satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the influence of the attractiveness of advertising, product design and lifestyle on the purchasing decision of Mobile Vivo at the Millennium Itc Center Medan. The high level of competition causes consumers to act selectively in making purchasing decisions. In making consumer purchasing decisions. Based on this matter, the problem in this study was the decrease in the number of Vivo handphone users in August amid an increase in the number of users in each month. The problem with the policy of attractiveness of advertising, is that there is still a lack of promotional media used by companies. While the problems in product design, the features of the vivo handphone marketed by the company are still not good compared to other products. So that with the existence of these problems, the decision to purchase the company's Vivo handphone also declined. The approach used in this study is to use a type of quantitative descriptive research. The total population in this study was 382 customers. The sample used in this study was 79 people. This research uses t test, F test, determination test and multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in this study is the attractiveness of advertising and product design affect the purchasing decision of the Vivo handphone at the Millennium Ict Center Medan. While lifestyle influences negatively on the purchase decision of the Vivo handphone at the Millennium Ict Center Medan.Keywords: Influence, Attractiveness, Advertising, Design, Product, Style.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of product quality and advertisements on the interest in buying bottled drinking water with the Le Minerale brand at Alfamidi Gatot Subroto Medan. The main problem in this research was the decline in the Top Brand Index of the Le Minerale brand so that it was difficult to compete with its competitors. The population in this research amounted to 120 consumers with the number of samples determined by the Slovin formula. Samples taken were 93 respondents. This research used an associative approach with quantitative data processed with the SPSS version 24.0 application. The data source used was primary data which is taken directly from respondents through a questionnaire. The analytical model used was multiple linear regression. The research was conducted in 2022. The results showed that product quality and advertising had a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the interest in buying bottled drinking water in the Le Minerale brand at Alfamidi Gatot Subroto Medan, where the advertising variable was the most significant variable dominant influence on buying interest. Product quality and advertisements contributed 84.0% in the formation of interest in buying bottled drinking water with the Le Minerale brand at Alfamidi Gatot Subroto Medan. Product quality and advertisements also had a very strong relationship with the interest in buying bottled drinking water from the Le Minerale brand at Alfamidi Gatot Subroto Medan.Keywords: Product Quality, Advertising, and Purchase Interest.

This study aims to determine the effect of reward and punishment on the employee performance of PT Moka Teknologi Indonesia. In this study uses a quantitative approach, with sample of 25 respondents. The data analysis technique use is multiple regression analysis which serves to prove the research hypothesis. Based on results, the t count value of the reward variable is 0,251, it can be concluded that the reward has not significant effect on the performance of employee of PT Moka Teknologi Indonesia. The t count value of the punishment variable is 0,018, it can be concluded the punishment variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employee PT Moka Teknologi Indonesia. Reward and punishment simultaneously has a positive effect on performance of employee of PT Moka Teknologi Indonesia. The results R square is 70,7%, which means that the reward and punishment variable has an effect on performance of employee variable. While the remaining 29,3% has an effect by other variable not in this study. Keywords: punishment, reward, employee performance

Investing decisions are heavily influenced by the company's dividend policy, making it an important component to study. As part of the research, we'll look at how profitability affects dividend policy in publicly traded trade and service sector companies listed on the IDX throughout the 2016-2020 timeframe and how firm size affects dividend policy. The statistical analysis was carried out using the multivariate linear regression approach. Findings from this study reveal that a company's return on equity (ROE) has no influence on its payout policy while it is listed on the IDX between 2016 and 2020 based on these findings. The current ratio variable has a statistically significant and statistically significant effect on the dividend policy of businesses listed on the IDX. In firms that are traded, serviced, and invested in on the IDX, it has a substantial impact on dividend policy between 2016 and 2020 Return on equity (ROE), C:R and L:L all account for 40.9 percent of dividend policy influence in trade, service and investment sector companies that are listed on the IDX exchange. We didn't give it a second thought during this inquiry.Keywords : ROE, CR, SIZE, DPR.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and reward on the performance of hotel employee at Le Polonia Hotel Medan, both partially and simultaneously. The population and sample in this study were all permanent employees as many as 65 people and all of them were used as respondents using the census method. Data collected through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale then tested the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method, after passing the classical assumption test using the SPSS program. In this study leadership and reward as independent variables, employee performance as the dependent variable. The results of this study prove that leadership and reward both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of Le Polonia Hotel Medan.Keywords: Leadership, reward and employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge and risk tolerance on financial satisfaction at the customers of the Head Office of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sumatera Utara. This study used a purposive random sampling technique using the Slovin formula which was conducted on 100 samples in 2020. The method used was a questionnaire. The results of this study partially financial knowledge had a positive and insignificant effect to and risk tolerance had a positive and significant influence to financial satisfaction. This study shows the implication that individuals must have a good financial knowledge and a good risk tolerance in order to have a high level of financial satisfaction and an established financial condition.Keywords: Financial Knowledge, Risk Tolerance And Financial Satisfaction.

This study aims to provide a look at the Effect of Operational Cost Budget on Operational Cost Efficiency. The population used in this study is the income statement at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia 1 Belawan Branch, the sample in this study is the company's budget and its realization during a certain period. The data analysis techniques used in this research are Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, and Autocrelation Test) and Hypothesis Testing (R2 Test, and t-Test). This research uses SPSS 21 software to process the existing data. The results of this study partially show that the Operational Cost Budget has a significant effect on the Operational Cost.Keywords : Operational Cost Budget, Operating Costs.

The study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work discipline, work performance and work loyalty on promotion of production employees at PT. Astra International Tbk-Cabang SM Raja Medan. The population in this study were all employees of the production section of PT. Astra International Tbk-Cabang SM raja Medan totaling 50 employees. This type of research uses explanatory research whit a quantitative approach. The sample technique used in this study uses saturated sampling. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire / questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and partial determination coefficient. Data analysis was performed using statistics whit SPSS version 21. The results of regression analysis of work discipline have a negative effect on promotion, with a regression coefficient of -1.446 which means that a decrease in work discipline will be followed by a decrease in opportunities for promotion. Job performance has a positive effect on promotion, with a regression coefficient of 1.028, which means an increase in work performance will be followed by an increase in promotion. Job loyalty has a negative effect on promotion, with a regression coefficient of -0.025, which means that a decrease in job loyalty will be followed by a decrease in promotion. The results of the F test show that work discipline, work performance and loyalty simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on promotion.Keywords: Work Discipline, work Performance, work Loyalty and work Promotion

Business people in Indonesia certainly know how courier services have a big influence on their business. Especially if the business is engaged in e-commerce or other sales. Especially if the business is done online, the delivery factor becomes very important. Only the process of sending goods is carried out manually. Not only that, e-commerce efforts which incessantly always offer promos including free shipping (postage), are believed to be able to increase the attractiveness of people to switch to online shopping. Accompanied by media and technology support that is increasingly adequate in the current era. Along with the increasing intensity of transactions through e-commerce, the number of shipments using its services also increased by 40%. Based on the results of the analysis of the data that has been obtained by the researcher, it can be concluded that the Service Quality variable (X1) and the Delivery Accuracy variable (X2) have an effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) with a value of 41.2% while 58.8% is influenced by factors or other variables not examined by this study.Keywords: Service Quality, Delivery Accuracy, Customer Satisfaction
