Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to determine the role of Member Cards in increasing Sales Turnover of PT. Primagraphia Digital Printinh Bogor Branch. Currently, financial difficulties make people wiser in using their finances, for example by choosing buy products eith bigger discounts, in general, many discounted are given to member card holders. This study focuses on how the benefits of ownership of member cards provided by the company for consumers in increasing salaes of PT. Primagraphia Digital Printing, especially in the Bogor branch. The methodology used is a qualitative research methodology.Keywords: Costumer Satisfaction, Discount, Member Card, and Sales Turnover.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the quality of administration, cost and overall brand image affect buyer loyalty at Pizza Cottage Jalan Sisingamangaraja. The information inspection procedure used is a cooperative quantitative strategy with the help of the SPSS program. This study used multiple direct recurrences. The examination test was 62 respondents. Lots of important information using polls. The results showed that the quality of assistance more or less influenced the determination of buyers at Pizza Hovel Jalan Sisingamangaraja. Cost somewhat affects the dedication of buyers at Pizza Cottage Jalan Sisingamangaraja. Brand image somewhat affects the dedication of buyers at Pizza Cottage Jalan Sisingamangaraja. Administration quality, cost and brand image simultaneously significantly affect buyer dependence at Pizza Hovel Jalan Sisingamangaraja.Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Brand Image And Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and activity ratios at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, this type of research is qualitative and uses secondary data in the form of financial reports for 2016 – 2020. The results show that the profitability ratios (NPM, ROA and ROE) are below industry standards. CR liquidity ratios are below industry standards. and QR is above the industry standard. The solvency ratio of DAR is above the industry standard and the DER ratio is below the industry standard. Activity ratio The receivables turnover ratio is below the industry standard and the working capital turnover ratio is below the industry standard.Keywords: Profability, Liquidity, Slovability, Activity.

Abstract

Human quality as a workforce is the basic capital to create good performance. Work performance for employees in a company is important, as well as creating a work performance is a dream and hope that every company must achieve. Work motivation, work communication and employee personality are some of the factors that affect the work performance of an employee in a company. This research was conducted at Perum Perumnas Regional I Medan, which is a State-Owned Enterprise in the form of a National-based Public Company. The research population of Perum Perumnas Regional I Medan employees as the sample is 78 employees. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of work motivation, work communication, and employee personality on the work performance of employees who are moderated at Perum Perumnas Regional I Medan. This research method uses a moderating     2      model. The results of the study contained 2 (two) independent variables, namely work motivation and work communication, 1 (one) moderating variable, namely the personality of the employee, and 1 (one) dependent variable which had a significant influence on the work performance of Perum Perumnas Regional I Medan. Suggestions submitted to the company's management, should pay attention to the role of its employees, in order to improve employee performance.   Keywords: Motivation, Communication, personality , work performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted in PT. Sinar Jernih Sarana Medan which aims to find out how the influence of Ability (X1), Training (X2), and Work Experience (X3) on Work Effectiveness (Y) of employees at PT. Sinar Jernih Sarana Medan. The population in this study are employees of PT. Sinar Jernih Sarana Medan, which has 154 employees, while the number of samples taken is 61 employees. The study was conducted from February to October 2021. This study used quantitative data that was processed with the SPSS version 24.0 application with multiple linear regression models. Sources of data used primary data taken directly from the respondents. The results showed that ability, training, and work experience had a positive and significant effect either partially or simultaneously on the work effectiveness of PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and job design on employee performance in the plantation sector of PT. Langkat Pratama Green Palm Oil, Langkat Province, North Sumatra, Indonesia. This research is an explanation of two independent variables (compensation and work design) and the dependent variable is employee performance. Questionnaires were distributed to employees of PT. Langkat Green Palm Oil Primer. A total of 87 employees from the plantation sector consisting of managerial and non-managerial staff responded to the survey. The survey questionnaire has 22 items covering human resource management practices and employee performance. This study found that compensation and work design have a positive relationship with employee performance. If the plantation sector organization wants to improve employee performance to a higher level, it should focus more on improving compensation and work design. This study helps improve employee performance collectively by implementing human resource practices rather than individually. By understanding the impact of human resource management practices on employee performance, employees can take more appropriate actions to reduce risk. This research will help organizations to find out which practices encourage creativity in organizations. In this study will be able to obtain, and maintain a competitive workforce as a valuable organizational asset. Future researchers can take more human resource practices and examine their impact on employee performance. The questionnaire technique used in this study is a very general technique. Other techniques such as group discussions/interviews can be used to conduct future research. Future researchers may add mediators or other human resource practices and may examine the relationship differently through different methods. Managers can use this data to improve their effectiveness in their organizations by focusing on human resource practices such as compensation and work design that affect employee performance.Keywords: HRM Practices, Compensation; Work Design; Employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether DAR and DER have an effect on ROE simultaneously and partially on ROE in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the IDX. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 26 companies and the sample in this study amounted to 9 companies. The results of this study indicate that DAR has a positive and significant effect on ROE with a tcount of 2.298 > 2.010. DER has a positive and significant effect on ROE with a tcount value of 2, > 2,010. Nilai Fhitung value of 8.402 > F tabel 3,19 with a significant 0.001 <0.05 then Ha is accepted. This means that there is a jointly significant effect of all independent variables Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio to the dependent variable Return on Equity. R Square value of 0.244 percentage of the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Assets Ratio on Return on Equity the remaining 75.6 is influenced by other variables such as net profit margin, stock prices and others.Keywords: DAR, DER, ROE.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effort of tax planning for VAT refunds to minimize correction and penalty by the Tax Auditor. The research object used was Nindya Prana KSO and the method used in this study was descriptive with a qualitative approach by visiting companies directly and conducting observations, documentation, as well as direct interviews with company staff to ask for information. Abstract

This research was conducted to know how the Influence of Service Quality, Trust, and Company Image on Customer Satisfaction at PT Bima Finance Medan. The population in this research were all customers of PT Bima Finance Medan, amounting to 803 customers. The number of samples taken was 89 respondents where the number of samples was determined by the Slovin formula. The side technique used was purposive sampling. This research was conducted in 2022. This research used quantitative data processed by SPSS with multiple linear regression models. The results showed that service quality, trust, and company image had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT Bima Finance Medan either partially or simultaneously. Service quality was the most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction with a regression value of 0.462 and tcount of 6.661. 94.0% customer satisfaction can be explained and obtained from service quality, trust, and company image, while the rest was by other factors. Customer satisfaction had a very strong / close relationship to service quality, trust, and company image.Keywords: Service Quality, Trust, Company Image, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The problems in this study is whether the company's performance KSP.Yoga Solafide Mandiri has increased in the last five periods, namely the year 2015 to 2019 in terms of the financial statements. Purposes of conducting research is to determine the performance of the KSP.Yoga Solafide Mandiri seen from lUfuidity ratio, solvency ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios. This type of research is based on the level of explanation namely descriptive study or re.search that aims to determine the performance of the financial .statements KSP.Yoga Solafide Mandiri with the use of financial ratio analysis. Ihe data used in this study are primary data in the form of financial statements information that consists of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement last five accounting. Calculating the financial ratios subsequently explained with informative sentence. The results showed that the financial condition KSP.Yoga Solafide Mandiri during 2015 through 2019 relatively well. This is due to the ability and a good performance management particularly in accounts receivable turnover, ability to achieve Ihe sales target, foresight to make consumer installment bills.Keywords: Financial Statements, Liquidity Ratios, Ratio Solvency, Activity Ratios, Profitability Ratio.
