Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) The steps of implementing individual guidance by the principal to teachers to improve teacher work productivity at SDN 05 Lembah Melintang, (2) The magnitude of increasing teacher work productivity after the implementation of individual guidance was developed by headmaster. This research is a school action research that is analyzed with a qualitative approach. The study was conducted at SDN 05 Lembah Melintang in the first semester of the 2018/2019 school year. The results obtained are: (1) The implementation of individual guidance can be developed by basing the steps of: (1) Guidance of developing learning models through comparative studies and follow-up planning, followed by SWOT analysis guidance; (2) Guidance on the administration of education administration, followed by the provision of direct feed beack on the work of teachers; (3) Advanced guidance sets reliable targets, developed with joint evaluation of other teacher program targets that are also experiencing the same problem; (4) Guidance on how to carry out collaboration with other teachers in a deeper way, to the ability to show the materials needed by other teachers; (5) Guidance for effective and efficient work strategies, which are developed by training to determine optimal kauntitas numbers and how to measure them through scoring techniques; (6) Developing motivational guidance; (7) Building independence so that teachers avoid plagiarism-based activities, and guidance for effective planning; (8) Guidance for making effective work planning coupled with innovative aspects; (9) Encouraging teachers to implement teacher competency improvement programs through seminars and workshops followed by the implementation of new experiences from teacher activities; (2) The implementation of individual guidance is able to increase the work productivity of teachers in schools because of the completion of teacher problems in the development and implementation of learning programs in schools.

Abstract

Benyanyi adalah suatu seni dalam berolah vokal atau seni suara yang dikeluarkan dengan nada-nada tertentu yanng menghasilkan alunan yang indah. Pelaksanaan dari pembelajaran bernyanyi pada Mata Kuliah Konsep Pendidikan Seni 1 SD di STKIP Nasional Padang Pariaman adalah dengan merancang RPS. Khusus pada pokok pembahasan seni musik, akan diajarkan terlebih dahulu teori dasar musik, tentunya mereka harus tahu dulu dengan nada, tangga nada, ketukan, dan semua unsur yang ada dalam seni musik. Jika mereka akan main musik dan juga bernyanyi, mereka tidak boleh buta dengan semua unsur musik. Pertemuan selanjutnya pembahasan materi oleh dosen tentang bernyanyi, serta membimbig mahasiswa bernyanyi dengan teknik yang benar. Sebelumnya mereka tidak begitu berminat dengan mata kuliah seni, tetapi dengan penyampaian yang mudah mereka pahami serta mereka paham dan menyadari tugas dari seorang guru SD, dan mereka berusaha dengan giat untuk mengasah bakat seni yang tependam dalam diri mereka masing-masing. Hal ini dibuktikan saat penampilan praktek bernyanyi yang mereka tampilkan dengan baik dan benar, dan dengan hasil yang memuaskan.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of (1) the demand and supply Embroidery Suji toward equilibrium prices of clothing materials embroidered suji District of Ampek Angkek Agam (2) the equilibrium price clothing materials Embroidery Suji, consumer income, prices of goods substitution, and the preference for deals clothes Embroidery Suji District of Ampek Angkek in Agam District (3) the equilibrium price suji embroidered clothing materials, production costs and an estimate of the future price significantly influence embroidered dress materials suji deals in District Ampek Angkek Agam. Sources of data are the primary data with the population are entrepreneurs Embroidery Suji many as 127 people (the supply side) and the buyer Embroidery Suji (the demand side). With a sampling technique Cluster Random Sampling been chosen samples for entrepreneurs Embroidery Suji were 96 people who terseber in Nagari Hall Gurah as many as 71 people, Lambah 11 people and 14 people. Meanwhile, on the demand side elected a sample of 96 people with accidental sampling technique. The study concluded that (1) Demand and supply Embroidery Suji significant effect on the equilibrium price embroidered dress materials Suji Agam District of Ampek Angkek. (2) Price balance Suji Embroidery clothing materials, consumer income, prices of goods substitution, and preferences significantly influence demand for embroidered garments Suji District of Ampek Angkek in Agam District. (3) Price balance Suji Embroidery clothing materials, production costs and an estimate of the future price significantly influence embroidered dress materials Suji deals in District Ampek Angkek Agam.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dilatarbelakangi belum optimalnya proses pembelajaran Matematika dimana Siswa yang menyebabkan rendahnya hasil belajar Siswa. Tujuan PTK ini adalah mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar matematika Siswa pada materi operasi hitung pecahan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD di kelas V SD Negeri 07 Sungai Lambai. Prosedur PTK terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitan adalah Siswa kelas V SD Negeri 07 Sungai Lambai pada semester dua tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 10 orang. Data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari hasil belajar Siswa dan data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari lembar observasi serta dari dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Hasil belajar Siswa pada siklus 1 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 50% meningkat pada siklus 2 menjadi 90% dengan peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 40%. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Matematika Siswa pada materi operasi hitung pecahan di kelas V SD Negeri 07 Sungai Lambai Kecamatan Sangir Kabupaten Solok Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form and meaning of the euphemism contained in the drama text Jalan Lurus by Wisran Hadi. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained from drama text Jalan Lurus. The research data was collected using the refer method. This method is continued with the SBLC technique. Data collection is also supported by note taking techniques. Data analysis methods used are the method of distribution and the method of matching. The results of the analysis of the use of euphemisms in the drama text Jalan Lurus by Wisran Hadi show that euphemisms consist of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences. Based on the data that has been analyzed, the most commonly found form of euphemism is in the form of words and the smallest form of euphemism used in the drama Jalan Lurus by Wisran Hadi is in the form of sentences. The meaning of euphemism contained in the text of the drama Jalan Lurus by Wisran Hadi is connotative and affective.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berawal dari pengalaman penulis di lapangan ketika pelaksanaan pembelajaran terpaku pada metode ceramah dalam penyampaian materi sehingga siswa-siswa sering mengalami kebosanan dan daya tangkap terhadap materi kurang. Karena itu penulis mencoba menarik minat belajar siswa dengan penggunaan alat peraga berupa buah bonsai untuk membantu penyampaian materi agar siswa lebih bersemangat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah Apakah penggunaan alat peraga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika tentang penjumlahan di Kelas I SDN 14 Padang Aro Kecamatan Sangir? Tujuan Agar siswa lebih memahami pelajaran tentang penjumlahan operasi bilangan bulat dengan menggunakan alat peraga. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelas I SDN 14 Padang Aro, Kec. Sangir Kab. Solok Selatan dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 25 orang, dengan 16 orang perempuan dan 9 orang laki-laki. Dengan menggunakann Teknik Pengumpulan Data berupa tes dan observasi. Sebagai Alat Pengumpulan Data yaitu Butir Soal Tes dan Lembar Observasi. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah 75% dari jumlah siswa yang sudah mencapai nilai KKM yaitu 55. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data bahwa dengan menggunakan alat peraga buah bonsai berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas I SDN 14 Padang Aro Kecamatan Sangir. Ini dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya rata-rata hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 17.20. sedangkan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 52 % dan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus II sebesar 100 % artinya penggunaan metode alat peraga berupa buah bonsai adalah baik dan berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa terhadap mata pelajaran Matematika tentang penjumlahan di kelas I SDN 14 Padang Aro Kecamatan Sangir. Dengan hasil tersebut, maka kesimpulannya model pembelajaran dengan menggunakan alat peraga buah bonsai dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas I SDN 14 Padang Aro dalam hal penjumlahan bilangan.

Abstract

Thus, as an impact of the centralistic education system, efforts to create education that can give birth to human figures who have freedom of thought, are able to solve problems independently, work and live in creative groups full of initiative and desire, have adequate interpersonal skills as a provision for society. it becomes very difficult to realize. Centralization was widely used by the government before regional autonomy. The weakness of the centralized system is where a local government policy and decision is produced by people who are in the central government so that the time to decide on something is longer. Indonesia as a developing country with various socio-cultural characteristics in common, also follows a centralized system that has long been developed in developing countries. Thus, as an impact of the centralized education system, efforts to create education that can give birth to human figures who have freedom of thought, are able to solve problems independently, work and live in creative groups full of initiative and passion, have adequate interpersonal skills as a provision for society to become very difficult to materialize. As a consequence, the implementation of education in Indonesia is completely uniform, decisions from above, such as a uniform curriculum regardless of the level of relevance to children's lives and their environment. As a consequence, the position and role of students tend to be used as objects so that those who have the opportunity to develop their creativity and interests are in accordance with their talents. The term school-based management is a translation of school-based management. This term first appeared in the United States when people began to question the relevance of education to the demands and development of local communities. SBM is a new paradigm in the world of education, which provides broad autonomy at the school level (community involvement) in the framework of national education policies. Autonomy is given so that schools can freely manage resources and financial resources by allocating them according to priority needs, and are more responsive to local needs.

Abstract

Hypertension is the main cause of stroke which brings high mortality. The cause of hypertension consists of genetic and environmental factors, Along with the changing lifestyle of hypertension cases continues to increase. According to the WHO International Hypertension Society there are currently 600 million sufferers worldwide, and 3 million of them die each year. Based on the results of interviews with hypertension patients who visited the Tanjung Paku Puskesmas among the elderly, said if their high blood pressure always went to the Puskesmas and took hypertension medication, but still rarely did non-pharmacological treatment, so far it was more likely if there were complaints such as headaches, shoulders feels heavy then go straight to the health center. This type of research in this study is a pre-experimental design "One Pre-Test-Post Test Design" in this study the group of subjects was measured blood pressure before deep breathing techniques (pre-test), then carried out deep breating (intervention) and measured again pressure blood after deep breating technique (post test). From the statistical test there was a significant difference between systole blood pressure before and after the deep breathing technique with a p value of 0,000 ˃ 0.05. It is expected that health workers can provide more optimal information, especially for patients with hypertension both mild, mild, moderate and severe to help hypertension sufferers in lowering blood pressure in a non-pharmacological manner.

Abstract

Conducive learning situation is related to the quality of students learning. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika siswa kelas V UPT. SD Negeri 16 Saruaso melalui model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V UPT. SD Negeri 16 Saruaso yang berjumlah 18 siswa, terdiri dari 10 siswa putra dan 8 siswa putri. Objek penelitian adalah kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dari observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun kriteria keberhasilan penelitian tersebut ditandai dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata kelas ≥ 75 dan minimal 75% dari jumlah siswa mencapai KKM (75). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika siswa kelas V UPT. SD Negeri 16 Saruaso. Peningkatan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika ditunjukkan oleh hasil tes. Pada pra tindakan terdapat 44,44% (8 siswa) dari jumlah 18 siswa yang mencapai KKM. Hasil tes pada siklus 1 menunjukkan ada 72,22% (13 siswa) dari jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM, sedangkan pada siklus 2 terdapat 88,89% (16 siswa) dari jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM. Nilai rata-rata sebelum siklus sebesar 63,33, sedangkan pada akhir siklus 1 nilai rata-rata tes sebesar 74,44, dan pada akhir siklus 2 sebesar 80.
