This research was conducted at PMB Wulan Mardikaningtyas Singopuran Kartasura Sukoharjo by providing a questionnaire about anxiety and physical complaints during pregnancy in the second trimester. Then pregnant women are given physical treatment in the form of prenatal Yoga once a week for one month. Univariate analysis performed the frequency distribution and Wilcoxon test and Mann Whitney test with α = 0.05 and CI95%. The results of this study are that there is a significant relationship between prenatal yoga and the anxiety of trimester II pregnant women as evidenced by a probability value (p) 0.042 <0.05 and there is a significant relationship between prenatal yoga and complaints of pregnant women in trimester II as evidenced by the probability value ( p) 0.015 <0.05.

Menstrual cycle abnormalities are a sign of some abnormalities in the cervix, uterine cancer, breast cancer, and infertility. There are several factors that affect the menstrual cycle such as physical activity, stress, diet, hormonal factors, food consumed, enzymes in the body and BMI. Menstrual cycle can be influenced by body weight, physical activity, stress level, and ovarian disorders. This research uses a descriptive method, which is a research method that describes certain variables in research with a cross-sectional design. The population is 287 people. Samples obtained by accidental technique obtained 32 teenagers. The results of this study showed that the average data for adolescents with BMI 29.29 ± 3.3 had abnormal menstrual cycles. The statistical test results obtained a p value of 0.025, which means that there is an influence between obesity on the menstrual cycle in adolescents

Environmental problems today are indeed the most common problems in the environment, namely pollution, unhygienic ways of managing food, low levels of clean and healthy living (PHBS) and lack of clean water and healthy latrines. The latrine is a place for human waste disposal but there are still many people who do not dispose of their waste properly. The behavior of defecating (BAB) in any place and tends not to use the latrine is one of the habits that individuals have as a result of imitating the behavior of the people around them. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in Rokan Hulu Regency, 9.61% did not use defecation facilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the ownership of latrines in Bangun Purba Village, Bangun Purba District. The method used was descriptive analytic with cross sectional design. The sample in this study amounted to 60 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Analysis of the data used is univariate analysis which performs univariable analysis and also bivariate analysis which performs statistical tests using the chi-square test. The results showed that there was a relationship of knowledge to the use of latrines in Bangun Purba Village with a p value of 0.001, there was a relationship between education and the use of latrines in Bangun Purba Village with a p value of 0.004, and there was a relationship between the role of health workers on the ownership of latrines in Bangun Village. Ancient with p value = 0.003. The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between knowledge, education, and the role of health workers on latrine ownership. Suggestions need for counseling about the importance of latrines that are useful for maintaining public health and the environment.

Infants aged 0-6 months can grow optimally by relying on breast milk for the first 6 months of life. But in fact, before the age of 6 months, many babies have been given complementary feeding (MP-ASI). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between early complementary feeding and the incidence of diarrhea in infants aged 0-6 months at Integrated Healthcare Center Ngaglik, Batu City. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach. The location and time of the study was at Integrated Healthcare Center Ngaglik, Batu City from January 2021 to March 2020. The independent variable (X) was early breastfeeding and the dependent variable (Y) was the incidence of diarrhea in infants aged 0-6 months. The total population is 32 mothers who have babies aged 0-6 months with a sample of 32 respondents. The sampling method used a total sampling technique, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The data obtained were then analyzed using a descriptive statistical approach. By using a simple linear regression model method. The t value of the variable giving early complementary feeding (X) is 29.435 > ttable 2.039, which means that there is a significant relationship between the provision of early complementary feeding (X) and the incidence of diarrhea in infants aged 0-6 months (Y). The calculated F value is 866,415 > from the F value of 0.05 (4.17) meaning that there is a significant relationship between the variable of early breastfeeding (X) and the incidence of diarrhea in infants aged 0-6 months (Y). The R-square value of 0.967 means that the relationship between early complementary feeding and the incidence of diarrhea in infants aged 0-6 months is 96.7%, while the other 3.3% is influenced by other factors not studied. Keywords : MP-ASI, Diarrhea.
