Abstract

This study examined the effect of financial ratios proxied by CAR), ROA, NPL and financial performance LDR Islamic Banks in Indonesia are proxied by return on assets (ROA). In this study population of 3 companies, namely PT. Bank Syariah Mega Indonesia, PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia and PT. Syariah Mandiri. From the results of the study showed that: 1) There is a significant effect between CAR, ROA, NPL and LDR together to ROA, and 2) There is a significant effect on ROA ROA partially. Implementation is avariable that can be input CAR, ROA, NPL and LDR can be used to guide, either by the management company in the management of the company, as well as by investors in determining investment strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate factors affecting firms’ capital structure listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange. According to sampling formula to determine the sample size, 15 firms are chosen as sample on this study. The data collection tecnique used is primary data. The results reveal that all variables have a significant and positive impact on capital structure. Furthermore, profitability is the main factor affecting firms’ capital structure. Apparently, capital structure only 34,4% can be explained by all dependent variables.

Abstract

The problems of this research was there any significant effect of resources together and partially to the purchase decision at PT BNI Syari’ah Palembang Branch . The goal is to identify and analyze the effect of significant resources together and partially to the purchase decision at PT BNI Syari’ah Palembang Branch . This type of research is associative . There are five variables used , namely personal resources , commercial resources , public resources , sources ofexperience and purchasing decisions . The main data research is the primary data collected by questionnaire technique . Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression . The results of the analysis showed that , the variable private resources , commercial resources , public resources , and sources of experience together significantly influence purchasing decisions at. Bank BNI Syariah Branch Palembang . But only partially public resources that provide significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at. Bank BNI Syariah Palembang .

Abstract

This research test the influence of motivation and discipline and job experience toward employ achivement at the Academy of Computer and Information Management in Palembang. This research is implemented by regressing independent variables motivation, dicipline, and job experience toward dependent variables, job achievemen by using multiple regression model.The sample of this research consist of 42 respondents. The data is analized through deskriptif after converted into interval using method of succesive interval. Multiple linier regresi analisys was done by the assistant of SPSS for Windows to test the research hypotesis. The result of analisys cooeficient regression proved that motivation variabel, dicipline, job experience influenced significantly employees’ job achievement with constanta -0,342 motivation variabel influences significantly with coefisien regresion of 0,497 dicipline variabel with coefisien regresion of 0,375 and job experience also influence siganificantly with coefisien regresion of 0,216. The result of analisys using F test, the variable result F test of 17,484 was higher than F table with ? of 0,05 = 2,852 this means on the research with 0,05 significant error that there is significant influence of motivation, dicipline and job experience simultaneously toward job achievement at the academy of computer and information management employee in Palembang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Education and Training, Motivation And Organizational Culture To Employee Performance of District of Navigation Office Class I Palembang. Population of this studyas many as 80 employees. The results of calculations using SPSS, showed that: R2 of 0.374 (37.4% ), illustrates that the performance of employees (Y), can be explained by all independent variables 37.4%, while the remaining62.4%, can be explained by other factors, which are not included in this study. From the result of hypothesis F test , obtained value of Fcompute (15.108 ) > Ftable (2.725), means that there is the influence of education andtraining, motivation and organizational culture together to employee performance. While the results of the hypothesis t test, there are influences of education and training then motivation to performance, but there is no influence of organizational culture on performance.

Abstract

This research is formulated whether or not there was a significant influence ofmarketing stimultion (product, price, and location) and consumerscharacteristics (social status and life style) toward puchase decision attraditional market. This research wes considered as an associative research inline with marketing stimulation and consumers characteristics towardpurchase decision. There were 16 indicators used in this research. Thepopulation of this research was all people who live in sukajadi district. Therewere 138 respondents as samples got through cluster samling technique. Thedata used in this research was primary data to collect the data, the researcherused multiple linear regression. the results showed that there wassimultaneous and partial influence of marketing stimulation (product, price,and place) and cosumers characteristics (social status and life style) towardpurchase decision at traditional market.

Abstract

This research aims: (1) to find impact of profitability, operating cash flows,free cash flows simultaneously to cash devidend at Manufacture Companiesof Raw and Chemical Industry in Indonesian Stock Exchange, and (2) to findimpact of profitability, operating cash flows, free cash flows partially to cashdevidend at Manufacture Companies of Raw and Chemical Industry inIndonesian Stock Exchange.Design used in this research is associative. Analysis method used qualitativeand quantitative method. Variables used are four variables, those areindependent variables which Profitability (X1), Operating Cash Flows (X2),and Free Cash Flows (X3), and also dependent variables is Cash Dividend(Y). Population in this research as much 66 companies. Sample used asmuch 58 companies. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression.According to the research result, find: (1) Profitability, operating cash flows,and free cash flows simultaneously have positive and significant effects tocash devidend at Manufacture Companies of Raw and Chemical Industry inIndonesian Stock Exchange and (2) Profitability, operating cash flows, andfree cash flows partially have positive and significant effects to cashdevidend at Manufacture Companies of Raw and Chemical Industry inIndonesian Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The problem formulation of this research is looking for the influence of investment decision, funding, and dividend policy, to the value of company. The aim is knowing the level of influence of investment decision, funding, and dividend policy, to the value of company. This research is an association. There is a dependent variable, that is the value of company with the indicator of PBV. Furthermore, there are three independent variables, those are the investment decision with the indicator of PER, the funding decision with the indicator of DAR, and the dividend policy with the indicator of DPR. The population of this research is all companies in Jakarta Islamic Index which 300 companies taken from year 2010 to 2015. The requirement for sample is more than five times in the list of Jakarta Islamic Index and less than five times in the list of Jakarta Islamic Index, with the technique of purposive sampling. Polling is needed as the base of analysis, whereas the technique of collecting data is documentation. The technique of analysing data is double linear. The result of this research is the investment decision has no influence significantly to the value of company with the regression coefficient value is 0,007. Next, the funding decision has a significant influence to the value of company with the coefficient 4,454. Moreover, the dividend policy has a significant influence to the value of company with the coefficient 7,023. The result of determination coefficient in this research is R² = 0,145. This means that the value movement in Jakarta Islamic Index is influenced by the funding decision and dividend policy in the level of 14,5%. However, the investment decision does not give an influence because there is no PER value which increase continuously and also several points of negative PER.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of direct compensation and indirect compensation on employee motivation PT. Mitra Ogan Plantation Kab OKU. Data analysis was done by using multiple linear regression. After the research obtained partial results proved that direct compensation does not affect the employee's motivation at PT. Mitra Ogan Plantation Kab OKU which can be seen from t count less than t table and indirect compensation have an effect on to employee work motivation at PT. Mitra Ogan Plantation Kab OKU which can be seen from t count result is bigger than t table. Simultaneously direct compensation and indirect compensation have a affect to the employee's motivation at PT. Mitra Ogan Plantation Kab OKU that can be seen from the results f count is greater than f table. The result of coefficient of determination analysis (R Squere) is 0,327. It shows that 32,7% variation from work motivation (Y) can be explained by direct compensation variable (X1) and indirect compensation indirect compensation (X2) while the rest equal to 67.3% influenced by other variables in addition to variables in this study such as the ability / competence of employees.

Abstract

The background of this research is Hapsari Medika Hospital who calculate hospitalization room rates on the basis of unit cost, although the calculation of rates of hospitalization has been regulated by the government based on the unit cost, but the hospital will be able to apply a calculation based onActivity Based Costing System for consideration. The research objective is to increase knowledge about the determination of Tariff Inpatient by using Activity Based Costing as well as being one of the inputs which provideinformation on the Activity Based Costing, especially in setting of a hospital. Data collection techniques are documentation, and data analysis used is quantitative analysis and Kualitatif.Hasil calculations showed that the hospitalization rates by using activity based costing, when compared with the rates used by the hospital, the activity based costing deliver greater results for VIP class, Class II and Class III, as well as providing smaller yieldfor Class I. This is because loading the overhead on each product. On activity based costing, overhead on each product charged to the many cost driver. So in activity based costing, has been able to allocate costs accurately kam kesetiap activity based on consumption respectively.
