Abstract

Pengadilan Negeri yaitu sebuah lembaga peradilan tingkat pertama dilingkungan peradilan umum yang bekedudukan di ibu kota kabupaten atau kota. Pengadilan berfungsi untuk memeriksa, memutus, dan menyelesaikan perkara pidana dan perdata bagi rakyat pencari keadilan pada umumnya. Pengadilan Negeri Magelang tidak hanya sebagai lembaga penegak hukum dan memutuskan perkara saja, namun juga memiliki ciri khas tersendiri yang membedakannya dari pengadilan negeri lainnya, yaitu melalui inovasi teknologi yang diciptakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh inovasi didunia peradilan dalam hal melayani masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap efektivitas kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kualitiatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi yang telah diciptakan sudah dijalankan dengan sebaik mungkin dan dapat memacu kinerja pegawai menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Covid 19 and IHSG on the Rupiah / USD exchange rate during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data used in this study are daily data on confirmed cases of Covid 19, daily data on the IHSG and Rupiah / USD exchange rate from March 2 to April 30 2020. The results of this study are partially Covid 19 has a negative effect (coefficient value -0.128) but not significant alpha 5% (0.871> 0.05), JCI has a negative effect (coefficient value -0.542) and significant alpha 5% (0.017 <0) . , 05). However, simultaneously it affects the rupiah exchange rate (prob F-test is smaller than 5% / 0.000 <0.05) and has a contribution to the exchange rate of 94.1% (coefficient of determination R2 = 0.941)

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred globally has an impact on various sectors in Indonesia including the MSMEs sector. Based on these conditions, a marketing strategy is needed for MSMEs in Indonesia to be sustainable. The research aims to analyze and describe marketing strategies for MSMEs to survive in the Covid-19 pandemic condition. This research uses exploratory qualitative analysis with participatory observation techniques. This research uses primary data from observations and secondary data from previous studies. The results recommend MSMEs to sell their products via e-commerce and promote via digital marketing as a marketing strategy. Moreover, MSMEs need to optimizing customer marketing relationships in order to create a loyal customer. Loyal customers have the potential to make repeat purchases and recommend products to other potential consumers. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that the MSME business will continue to survive and have a positive impact on society and the economy.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impacts of the day of the week effect on stock returns and measurements of risks in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the June 2018-May 2019 period. The sample consisted of 28 companies. This study found that there is an influence of the day of the week effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index stock returns. It partially showed that the Monday effect had a significant negative effect on the JII stock returns. While the Friday effect had a positive and significant effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index stock returns. In the buy and sell decision-making, investors may firstly consider and look at the trends in the market. In addition, this study revealed that there was no significant difference between the results of the measurement of risk (value-at-risk) with the historical simulation and variance-covariance methods on the JII stock risk for the June 2018-May 2019 period. This was due to differences in sampling techniques, sample selection, and the period of observation. Abstract

The student admission system at Politeknik Negeri Padang (PNP) is divided into several systems, namelyacceptance by invitation with a quata of 30 percent, for the bidikmisi route by 40 percent, while through thePolytechnic entrance examination by 30 percent. PNP has 21 Study Programs which are spread in 7 (seven)Departments. Business Administration is a study program under the Department of Business Administration.This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation, self-management on student academicachievement in the Business Administration , PNP. This research needs to be done to be able to evaluate thework of all elements in the PNP, especially the Business Administration Study Program. During this time inevaluating the results tend to be but we forget that input greatly affects the results. The research method usedis quantitative with online / online survey methods conducted on AB Study Program students class 2017 and2018. The results showed that self-management variables had an effect on student achievement while learningmotivation had no effect on student achievement. The limitation of this study is that it still uses variables tosee student achievement and for further research it can add other variables.

Abstract

Improving the quality of higher education (college) services is a determining factor in increasing student satisfaction. This study aims to measure the index of student satisfaction with the service units at FEB Untirta in the hope that it can be a consideration for faculty leaders to make policy improvements in the future. The research method used a survey method through a questionnaire distributed to 150 students who became research respondents. The service elements studied to measure the satisfaction index used the provisions of the elements of public services contained in the KepMenPAN 2004. The results indicated that the 14 elements of the service index in FEB Untirta consisted of: service procedures, service requirements, clarity of service officers, service officer discipline, responsibility of service officers, ability of service officers, speed of service, justice in getting services, politeness and friendliness of officers, fairness of service fees, certainty of service fees, certainty of service schedules, environmental comfort and service safety; all in good category.

Abstract

Magelang Regency has twenty Balkondes interesting to visit. One of them is Balkondes first Balkondes Borobudur in Magelang Borobudur Region. Balkondes Borobudur is one of the Balkondes which has its own uniqueness in buildings with classic nuances and beautiful views. After Covid -19 Pandemic, public trust in activities outside the home, especially for traveling, is still very minimal, it also has an impact on the number of tourists visiting Balkondes Borobudur. For this reason, it is very necessary for tourism management planning to make an appropriate strategy for the continuity of Balkondes Borubodur tourism in this new normal era. The purpose is to provide an overview of the results of the analysis of tourism management planning strategies at Balkondes Borobudur in the new normal era. The research method used descriptive qualitative and survey through 7 Respondents Balkondes manager Borobudur. The results showed that Balkondes Borobudur is in quadrant 3 where Balkondes Borobudr must make strategic changes to improve and find the right solution or strategy for the survival of Balkondes Borobudur.

Abstract

This research has the goal of testing the influence of motivation, self-efficacy, and time management asmoderation variables on the academic performance of master's students. The research method is acorrelational descriptive method that is obtained data analyzed to test the relationship between factors andvariables. The data analysis method used in this study is to use the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling)method. The type of Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) used is Smart PLS. Measurement consists of outermodel and inner model. Outer model measurements are carried out by means of validity tests and reliabilitytests. While the inner model measurement is done by means of R-Square test and hypothesis test. The resultsshowed that: 1) Motivation has a positive and significant influence on academic performance, 2) Self-efficacyhas a positive and significant influence on academic performance, 3) Time management has a positive andsignificant influence on academic performance, 4) Time management does not moderate the relationshipbetween motivation to academic performance, 5) Time management does not moderate the relationshipbetween efficacy to academic performance.

Abstract

Retensi pelanggan penting untuk dianalisis agar perusahaan mampu menentukan berbagai strategi dalam mempertahankan pelanggan. Selain itu, retensi pelanggan merupakan satu tahap di atas loyalitas pelanggan sehingga perusahaan perlu untuk selalu mengetahuinya karena bermanfaat dalam pengelolaan pelanggan. Penlitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh responsivitas dan biaya beralih terhadap retensi pelanggan. Sebanyak tujuh puluh responden yang dipilih pada penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa pascasarjana (program master) untuk jurusan Manajemen Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) yang menggunakan kartu seluler SIMPATI pada telepon genggam mereka. Sampel bertujuan merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan alat SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel responsivitas dan biaya beralih memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel retensi pelanggan. Secara parsial, variabel responsivitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel retensi pelanggan, sementara tidak untuk variabel biaya beralih. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,146 yang berarti retensi pelanggan pada penelitian ini dijelaskan hanya sebesar 14,6% oleh responsivitas dan biaya beralih. Beberapa rekomendasi dinyatakan dalam artikel ini untuk kesempurnaan penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

To produce good performance, construction consulting service business actors must know how to managetheir business finances. A construction consultant service business with good performance will have highcompetitiveness. To make this happen, qualified human resources are needed. This study aims to explore theinfluence of financial management and human resource competence on the performance of constructionconsulting services. The population in this study were all construction consultant service owners in PadangCity who were registered in INKINDO West Sumatra and PERKINDO West Sumatra. This study used 111samples using the Slovin formula in determining the number of research samples and the sampling techniqueused was simple random sampling. The data collection technique was carried out by distributingquestionnaires to all construction consultant service owners. To answer the research hypothesis usinganalysis tools, namely multiple linear regression. The results showed that financial management had apositive effect on the performance of construction consulting services, while human resource competence hadno effect on the performance of construction consulting services
