Abstract

Checking and diagnoses of car damage done manually cause the old car working time so that customer satisfaction decreases. To save time from technicians, an application that can help the technician to diagnose damage to his car is required. For that, it can be applied to expert system applications. The expert system as a program enabled to mimic human experts should be able to do things that an expert can do. This app is designed to do diagnose damage to Daihatsu cars. The method used is a descriptive method, which is research that seeks to solve existing problems systematically based on data-existing data, design by using data flow diagrams (DFD), interface form designing Users of the proposed system using the PHP programming language, the database uses Mysql. The result of this research is the expert system used can to provide useful information in assisting in decision making to diagnose car damage.

Abstract

Application of Puskesmas Activity Reports (LB4) can assist Puskesmas staff in delivering or making information more quickly and efficiently. Because the old system in the manufacturing process is still manual, because the calculation of the number of visitors is still counted one by one and there are still frequent errors SDLC method is applied in making the application, the programming language used is Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, supported by MySql database to improve the quality of information presentation report on the activities of LB4 Puskesmas Seputih Banyak. The method used is to use data collection methods, observations using the SDLC Method, while the application design uses a document flow chart, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Flow Diagrams (Flowcharts), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). besides that it also uses the MySql database. The application can facilitate each officer in making LB4 reports that no longer use written documents, so that it is faster in distributing visitor data and also can count the number of visitors who come without having to count manually, because in the LB4 Report Application Design System for each section and has the number automatic data without counting one by one each part.

Abstract

Every educational institution annually graduates its alumni after undergoing a 3-year school period. From year to year, every new student acceptance will be the release of alumni to proceed to a higher level or jump to the world of work. Communication with alumni is not easy, usually, after graduating from school, alumni will be busy with their new activities. Until now, SMK Negeri 1 Gorontalo has not utilized the use of information systems in the collection and search of alumni. The method used in this research is the waterfall method, which is a systematic classical model to build software. The research was concluded that the information system that developed can be a solution to the problem of alumni data difficulties and save space in archive storage because alumni data is stored in the database.

Abstract

Abstrak - Tes buta warna saat ini sangat dibutuhkan bagi dunia industri, pendidikan, maupun pemerintahan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh ketergantungan manusia dalam pekerjaan atau pendidikan yang erat sekali berhubungan dengan warna. Salah satu metode tes buta warna adalah metode Farnsworth Munsell. Farnsworth Munsell adalah metode untuk melihat kemampuan seseorang menyusun kecerahan warna. Tes ini dapat membedakan tipe defisiensi penglihatan warna dan mengevaluasi tingkat keparahan diskriminasi warna. Sistem operasi Android saat ini paling banyak digunakan pada smartphone dan komputer tablet. Aplikasi dibangun pada sistem berbasis Android dengan minimal versi Android 4.4.4 (Kitkat). Tujuan dan manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah ingin membangun sebuah aplikasi tes buta warna berbasis android dengan menerapkan metode Farnsworth Munsell  sehingga dapat memudahkan kalangan umum dalam mendapatkan dan menggunakannya serta ini diharapkan dapat mendapatkan hasil yang cukup akurat. Dari hasil pengembangan aplikasi ini sesuai dengan perencanaan dan hasil pengujian blackbox sistem aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik tanpa kendala. Aplikasi dapat memproses perhitungan metode Farnsworth Munsell dan menghasilkan output yang sesuai dengan kaidah metode tersebut. Aplikasi tes buta warna menggunakan metode Farnsworth Munsell ini dapat mempermudah perhitungan skor error secara otomatis sehingga mempermudah pengguna dalam mendapatkan hasil tes.Kata kunci: Buta warna, Kelainan mata, Tes mata, Metode Farnsworth Munsell, Aplikasi Android, Sistem operasi Android

Abstract

The Government has a responsibility to educate every one of its people and has become its duty to develop every potential of its people, especially among school ages, to become human beings who believe and fear the Almighty God, Noble, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent. In the field of religious education, in this case, the Islamic religion through Islamic educational institutions conducted in Madrasah has made a great contribution to the development of the nation. Through the madrasah, it is able to give birth to generations of Islamic characters and national knowledge. With the advancement of technology, every decision can be taken quickly and accurately through a decision support system. The problem found in research was the selection of the Madrasah operational assistance, with a budget that has limited funds, election or screening is done as possible by checking one by one file and requiring time Older, file buildup allows some missing files to be misplaced. The method used is a descriptive method and the results of the study concluded that with the decision support system helped the Ministry of Religion Pohuwato to distribute operational assistance in the madrasas evenly.

Abstract

Relevance vector machine is a popular machine learning technique that is motivated by statistical learning theory. RVM can be used for gesture recognition which is one of the communication tools used by humans. This study proposes an experiment using the Relevance Vector Machine (RVM) algorithm on gesture data from Microsoft Research Cambridge-12 (MSRC-12) as a proposed solution to overcome unbalanced problems in data processing. The results of the study are the accuracy for 1-person motion model reaches 100% and the lowest accuracy with 5 people the motion model reaches 96%. Graphically, the more people or models, the lower the algorithm's accuracy.

Abstract

Tangguh Disaster Village is a village that has a self-reliant ability to adapt and face disaster threats and recover immediately from adverse catastrophic impacts. The problem in designing this system is that there is no geographical information system based on Android in the process of searching the data location of Tangguh disaster Village (DESTANA) in Gorontalo district. This research aims to design an Android-based geographic information system that can be used to locate the Tangguh Disaster village (DESTANA) data location in Gorontalo District to help local people and migrants with Use Android mobile devices that provide information about the Tangguh disaster Village (DESTANA) data location and know the location of an area presented with digital map facilities.  The results of the study concluded that the test results to search for the location information of disaster Tangguh Village (DESTANA) and display the appropriate and valid view so that the application can be used effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Learning System in Indonesia is carried out with a face-to-face system, teaching and learning activities are carried out in schools in one room. The widespread pandemic of the covid 19 virus made the Ministry of Education and Culture take a policy to conduct online school activities to prevent the transmission of the disease virus. Online learning does not all have to be done using Zoom or similar applications. It is also necessary that applications that schools can manage and uniformize their use so that teachers can quickly fill out materials and tasks. The learning system carried out in SMK Negeri 2 Gorontalo is considered less effective, affecting learning outcomes. The application created is an application that can help the learning and teaching process in SMK Negeri 2 Gorontalo. Learning media is expected to help facilitate the absorption of the material and the delivery of lesson content to increase students' motivation to learn and understand it anywhere and anytime. The method used is the Research and Development method. As a research method used to produce a particular product and test the effectiveness of the product where the object of research in the study is a Student at SmK Negeri 2 Gorontalo. The purpose of the study is to help increase students' learning motivation in times of pandemics.

Abstract

Reward is a form of appreciation given by the company to its employees for the achievements given in a certain period, this gift is a form of motivation to all employees to show their performance at the company. The problem is that there is no system for conducting an assessment because it is still manual, a decision support system is needed to determine employee performance appraisals based on criteria set by the company. Simple additive weighting is the best method to perform weighted summation of the performance rating of each alternative on the attribute. The purpose of this study was to determine the assessment of the criteria for the best employees to receive rewards using simple additive weighting. In the discussion, it is explained that the criteria for evaluating employee performance consist of competence, responsibility, behavior, cooperation and discipline. The conclusion is that the best employees are Brother Fredy's after adding the preference values of each leader, namely 1.46, 1.53 and 1.58 with a total value of 4.57, this assessment follows the criteria set by the company for all its employees.
