Abstract

This study involved 140 respondents. The results of the study show the coefficient value (r) of F = 9,654, with P = 0.000 (p < 0.01). This means that the hypothesis proposed by the researcher is accepted. Perceptions of the conditions of the work environment in this study are classified as positive, this was indicated by the empirical mean of 128.00 which was in the positive category, while the level of work stress in this study was relatively low, this was indicated by the results of the Z test of 75.8 which was located in the low category. The effective contribution of perceptions of the conditions of the work environment is 42.1% to the level of work stress in employees, which is indicated by an r2 of 0.421. This means that there are still 57.9% of other factors that affect the level of work stress of employees in the production division outside the variable perception of the conditions of the work environment. Abstract

Humans are social creatures who need the presence of other humans, in carrying out their roles on earth, humans will not be able to achieve what they want without the help of other humans. Role playing techniques introduce various important principles in social life, hone creativity and improve empathy and language skills. The purpose of this study was to increase cultural empathy between peers and help solve the problem of students' lack of empathy for other students of different cultures. The type of research used in this research was classroom action research which was carried out in two cycles. Every cycle consisting of planning , the act of , observation , and reflection .A subject of study consisting of student of class xii amounting to 12 students .This research result indicates that empathy students has increased significantly each siklusnya .So that it can be concluded that guidance role playing the technique can increase its cultural empathy at the different cultural. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify Al Ghazali's thoughts on Islamic education in the book Ihya'ulumiddin. The research problem is specifically focused on how Al Ghazali views students, educators, educational materials, methods, and objectives of Islamic education. This is a literature study with a qualitative approach, and the primary data source is the Ihya'Ulumiddin book. This study's analysis employs content analysis and comparisons with other sources. This study discovered that first, students prioritize soul purity and noble character, second, educators prioritize sincerity, sincerity, exemplary, and mastery over student psychology. Third, Educational Materials are very complete and perfect because they cover three aspects: human-God relationships, human-human relationships, and human-nature relationships. Fourth, Al-method Ghazali's is very short and simple, but it requires educator sensitivity when used. Abstract

Discourses on human nature based on Qur'anic verses and hadith have resulted in many differences of opinion in two major areas. First, regarding the interpretation of the hadith, which positions nature in opposition to non-Islamic religions, particularly Judaism, Christianity, and Zoroastrianism, rather than Islam. In this case, a child's conversion is determined by his or her parents. Second, the interpretation of the text of the Koran Surah Al A'raf verse 172 about taking testimony regarding the existence of God in the pre-existential human soul (while saying: "Am I not your God?" They responded, "Yes (You are our God), we are witnesses." Where humans lack rational awareness, prospective humans have acknowledged and believed that Allah is their god through their innate awareness. This innate awareness will become the capital of individual piety toward social piety. Keyword: Human Nature, individual piety

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe how. the effectiveness of the tutorial learning model in reading the Yellow Book at (Pondok Islamic Boarding School Al-Bidayah Tegal Besar-Kaliwates -Jember). This study used a descriptive qualitative research approach with a case study research type with descriptive data analysis techniques. As for data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation using purposive sampling in determining research subjects. From the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that effectiveness in the success of learning the yellow book at Al-Bidayah Islamic Boarding School has an important role. For this, the students depend a lot on the role of the ustadz in making policies in order to achieve the learning objectives of the yellow book, both from the aspects of planning, implementation and evaluation. Abstract

The main problem in this study is how the collaboration of the salafi and khalafi models in Islamic boarding schools education and their implications for efforts to improve the quality of students in PP. Darul Hikam Kertonegoro Jenggawah Jember? This study used a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data were collected from observation, interviews and documentation. Determination of informants using the snow-ball technique. The data that has been collected is analyzed using display, reduction and verification data analysis techniques, checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. From the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that the form of collaboration of the salafi and khalafi models is the salafi pattern combined with the khalafi pattern such as the centralistic pattern of pesantren in the kyai and then implemented by the badal kyai or administrators using good management. Abstract

The background of the research on the results of the questionnaire was that 51% of students already had a picture of their specialization in high school, 29% still had no picture, and 20% wanted to work. This study used a true experimental quantitative method through a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample selection was Stratified Random Sampling, and the result was that there were 2 homogeneous classes, then they are selected again using report cards to determine which students will become the control class and the experimental class. The control class that is not given career guidance with the Holland approach is in the category of no change in the Posttest questionnaire and the experimental class that is given career guidance with the Holland approach is in the category of changes in the Posttest questionnaire. This can be seen also from the results of data analysis using the t-test formula which states that the calculation results are in the rejection area of ​​Ho. Abstract

Graf G = (V, E), where V is the set of points and E is the set of sides. An interesting application of graphs, one of which is graph coloring. There are three kinds of coloring that are point coloring, edge coloring, and region coloring. This paper will be studied dye staining. Point coloring is coloring the dots of a graph so that no two neighboring dots have the same color. The minimum number of colors that can be used to color a graph is expressed by chromatic numbers. Currently a lot of applications for graph coloring, one of which is the storage of chemicals. The storage of chemicals required a good arrangement, this is due to the influence of chemicals on each other if stored simultaneously. The main focus of this paper is to determine the chromatic number in the graph and the application scheme of dye graph coloring. Abstract

Learning is the main process of education. The researcher did an observation at VII B Class of MtsS Manbaul Hikam which showed that low students' comprehension affects the learning outcome. This research goal is to increase the student's comprehension of algebra learning with the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) method. The research type being used is Classroom Action Assessment (CAR), with the cycle method as the research procedure, the percentage of research of student learning results from Cycle 1 reached 60% and from Cycle 2 reached 85%. It showed that student's comprehension levels increased with the implementation of the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) method, this method is used for the learning process that can give a good illustration as well as an example as the basic illustration. Abstract

This study reviews the impact of bullying and mental hygiene of students at Islamic boarding schools in Jember which often occurs in the world of non-formal education such as Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to describe how bullying occurs and the impact experienced because of bullying and how to prevent bullying behavior. This type of research is qualitative research, while the research instruments are observation, interview guides, and researchers key instruments. The data source for this research is the results of interviews with school principals, ustadz and ustadzah, and administrators of Islamic boarding schools. The result is to provide an understanding of the negative impact of bullying behavior on the mental hygiene of students or students both at school and in Islamic boarding schools.
