Abstract

This research is motivated by the number of adolescents who behave aggressively, such as hitting, kicking, yelling, cursing, slandering. Aggressive behavior is an action that aims to hurt other people both physically and verbally. One of the factors that is thought to influence is emotional intelligence. This study aims to: (1) describe emotional intelligence, (2) describe the aggressive behavior of adolescents, and (3) test the significance of the relationship between emotional intelligence and adolescent aggressive behavior. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive correlational types. The population of this study was 300 students of MAN 1 Tanah Datar who were enrolled in the July-December semester of the 2018/2019 academic year and a sample of 178 students selected by Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument used in this study was ascale model Likert. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical techniques andtechniques Pearson Product Moment with the help of the SPSS for Windows 20 program. Research findings show that: (1) adolescent emotional intelligence is in the high category, (2) adolescent aggressive behavior is in the moderate category, (3) and there is a significant negative relationship between emotional intelligence and aggressive behavior of adolescents with a correlation coefficient of -0.431 and level significance of 0,000. One of the factors that influence adolescent's aggressive behavior is emotional intelligence. This research is important so that aggressive behavior of adolescents can be minimized by emotional intelligence, because adolescents who manage theirintelligence are emotionalwell able to control themselves so they do not take aggressive actions.

Abstract

Anti-social behavior is a negative behavior or behavior deviating from the norms, whether the rules of family, school, and society. Types of anti-social behavior in one of them is aggressive behavior, negativism and behavior control. People who have anti-social behavior usually prefer to be alone rather than gathering with the crowd. Risk factors that cause anti-social behavior in a person can be categorized as personal factors, family, as well as related to school and sosial.Upaya child and anti-social handling can be done with the efforts of parents apply authoritative parenting. Abstract

Ability in writing essay is one of the vital aspects in learning Bahasa. The research is aimed to describe the gaining of ability in writing descriptive essay by using concept of mapping along pre, on going, and post of writing. Subject of research is grade IV at SDN 02 Lubuk Alung Padang Pariaman. The research was held in three cycles. Data of the research were obtained through observation sheets distributed to observer and students and assessment of students’ works (including concepts of mapping, blueprint of essay, and wholly essay). Data were analyzed by using qualitative analyzing. The researcher decide the standard of students’ achievement percentage as 80%. After the cycle I, got the students’ achievement percentage as 68,18%. After the cycle II, got an increasing of students' achievement perentage as 77,27%. Standard of students’ achievement percentage was achieved after the cycle III, that was 86,36%. The result of research show that the using of concepts of mapping can improve the students’ ability in writing descriptive essay.

Abstract

This study aims to improve children's fine motor skills through playing playdough in Qur’aniah Air Runding Pasaman Barat. The type of research is Classroom Action Research conducted in a cyclical way that is two cycles of each cycle three meetings. which was held in Qur’aniah Air Runding Child B group with 15 children consisting of 8 men and 7 women. The research procedure is done as much as II cycle. Data collection techniques used observation and documentation techniques. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that playdough can improve the fine motor skills of children in Qur’aniah Air Runding  Pasaman West, with the percentage of the average value of the category developed very well that has reached the Minimum Criterion (KKM).

Abstract

Emosi merupakan pengalaman efektif yang disertai penyesuaian di dalam diri individu tentang keadaan mental dan fisik yang berwujud suatu tingkah laku yang nampak  seperti gembira, bahagia, cinta, marah, takut, sedih, benci, cemas dll. Emosi pada anak sangatlah beragam, ada anak-anak yang mudah di atur, mudah beradaptasi dengan pengalaman dan teman baru, senang bermain dan dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan disekitarnya. Kemudian ada anak yang sulit diatur seperti sering menolak rutinitas sehari-hari, sering menangis, gelisah, jarang berpartisipasi dll. Upaya guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam meningkatkan perkembangan emosional anak yaitu dengan berperan sebagai motivator secara kontinyu yang dilakukan di dalam maupun di luar kelas. Guru bimbingan dan konseling tidak hanya sebatas membantu siswa dalam memecahkan permasalahan yang sedang dihadapinya, tetapi juga mampu mengenmangkan kualitas pribadi siswa agar mampu berkembang secara optimal, untuk itu guru bimbingan dan konseling hendaknya mampu memberikan layanan bimbingan yang mengarah pada keberhasilan perkembangan siswa baik dari aspek intelektual (akademik), emosi, spiritual dan social.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya keaktifan siswa dalam belajar. Hal ini menyebabkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran PKN cenderung menurun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas V menggunakan model ARIAS di SD Negeri 18 Batang Anai. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus dua kali pertemuan. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VA SDN 18 Batang Anai, yang berjumlah 26 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persentase aktivitas belajar siswa melakukan diskusi pada sikus sebesar I 71,42% meningkat menjadi sebesar 90,47 % pada siklus II, Persentase aktivitas belajar siswa menjawab pertanyaan pada sikus sebesar I sebesar 47,61% meningkat menjadi sebesar 80,95% pada siklus II, Persentase aktivitas belajar siswa menulis laporan hasil diskusi pada sikus sebesar I sebesar 40,47% meningkat menjadi sebesar  95,23% pada siklus II, Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I yang tuntas belajar sebesar 52,38% meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 90,47%. Aktivitas guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran model ini mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Sehingga adanya keselarasan antara aktvitas siswa dan guru. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran AIRAS dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas VSDN 18 Batang Anai.

Abstract

Rapidly global enhancement requires human having intellectual, active, and cooperative skill. These things are learning achievement that can be obtained through education field. In order to gain the purpose, teacher is required to give inovations in teaching. One of them is by using appropriate learning media. In this research, visual aid of dice was applied in mathematics subject to improve the learning achievement of student grade II SDN 35 Kampung Sawah Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. This research was aimed to improve students’ learning achievement including learning outcome, activity, and cooperative skill. This research consists of two cycles with one meeting for each cycle. Analyzed data are obtained from result of observation and evaluation. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that: (1) students’ learning outcomes are inproved significantly; (2) students’ learning activities incline to increase; (3) students’ cooperative skill during learning process appear and show increasement.

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran merupakan salah satu komponen yang sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan kegiatan belajar mengajar, karena di dalamnya memuat strategi agar anak didik dapat belajar secara efektif dan esifien. Berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan supervisi klinis di SD Negeri 29 Ganting Kecamatan Bayang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan , target yang diharapkan adalah kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan metode pembelajaran dengan asumsi bahwa melalui penerapan metode yang tepat maka proses ekplorasi, elaborasi dan konfirmasi dalam kegiatan inti pembelajaran dapat dioptimalkan sehingga prestasi belajar siswa menjadi meningkat.  Peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan metode pembelajaran melalui supervisi klinis merupakan salah satu solusi yang cukup efektif. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil akhir penelitian dimana guru dapat menguasai indikator yang ada dalam menentukan metode pembelajaran dan mencari metode yang benar-benar tepat dan sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran serta kondisi lingkungan kelas dan lingkungan sekolah itu sendiri yang selanjutnya memberikan manfaat bagi peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa dan peningkatan mutu sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Dalam pelaksanaannya, penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif dengan guru PKn. Setiap siklus terdiri atas kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan yang disertai pengamatan dan refleksi pada masing-masing siklus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester II tahun ajaran 2016/2017 di SDN. 27 Limau Asam dengan subjek penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas IV SD terteliti. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, catatan lapangan, dokumentasi dan hasil tes. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media audio visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran PKn di kelas IV SDN. 27 Limau Asam Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Hal ini terlihat dari (1) Hasil belajar peserta didik pada ranah kognitif terjadi peningkatan dari nilai rata-rata 7,1 pada siklus I menjadi 8,0 pada siklus II, (2) pada ranah afektif meningkat dari nilai rata-rata 7,8 pada siklus I menjadi 8,5 pada siklus II dan (3) pada ranah psikomotor meningkat dari nilai rata-rata 6,4 pada siklus I menjadi 7,9 pada siklus II. Melihat hasil penelitian ini, maka penelitian tindakan kelas dalam penggunaan media audio visual pada pembelajaran PKn perlu diterapkan dan dikembangkan dalam rangka peningkatan mutu pendidikan di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Families are encouraged by Broken Home circumstances marked by parental divorce, or those who have single parents (Single Parent). At times such as the attention and affection of the parents make the child.Jika already stepped on the teenager can cause a crisis that is usually characterized by the tendency of deviant behavior or mischief. Negative reactions caused by adolescents that can damage the physical and personality. This requires the assistance of teachers Guidance and Counseling to develop Guidance and Counseling services in eradicating students' problems as a result of Broken Home.
