Abstract

The research was carried out on the Bandwidth Business on Sinta Pohan Street Pematangsiantar where there was a problem that customers who bought WiFi passwords told other people who were not customers and lagged at the same time when customers access the internet and small WiFi coverage. This problem can be overcome by Mikrotik RB941 which is configured Hotspot Server and adds an Access Point in the business area. The purpose of this study is to use the Hotspot Server function, namely User Authentication and Limit Bandwidth for the authentication process and the Access Point function to strengthen WiFi signal coverage.

Abstract

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) networks are some of the types of terrestrial networks using internet facilities through a packet provided through a packet switched network infrastructure such as broadband access. The use of the IPTV system can be done through account facilities provided and provided to users, where the facilities of the accounts obtained are terrestrial facilities that can pamper users by watching premium facilities or programs that can be enjoyed. With the development of the use of the internet and bandwidth speeds that can be obtained or used by users, the use of the IPTV network system can be used optimally. The use of the IPTV system through the account provided can be utilized by using the facilities found in some TV BOX and Android. Besides being able to be used at home if using BOX TV, Android and Windows, this IPTV system can also be used outside the home with facilities provided by devices embedded with the Android and Windows operating systems. So, all types of information needed by users must be quickly and responsibly accepted immediately, so there is no limited information needed.

Abstract

Every health test certainly has a height measurement, so it can be measured how tall a person is, starting from the sole of the foot to the head, As in the Puskesmas Bane Pematangsiantar, as for the height measuring device used is still manual, using the meter and the measurement process at do by someone to measure the height of someone who wants to know his height so that the measurement results require more time when the number of people measured exceeds 20 people in other words the manual height gauge is less effective when used during the recruitment period of new employees begins. With these constraints the authors make a tool that can measure height automatically by utilizing the Ultrasonic sensor as a measuring tool and the Arduino Uno microcontroller as a control center by displaying the measurement results on a 16x2 LCD screen. In this result it is expected to replace the manual height measurement tool so that it helps the worker's activities in carrying out his noble duty to provide health services to the general public.

Abstract

Rapid technological advances that this time we can use to protect our clothesline out of the rain or the weather is not friendly. By using Arduino Mega2560 as the control center, we can design a system prototype for smart clothesline. In this research, the design proposes a clothesline smart equipped with a light sensor, rain sensor, humidity sensor, wind speed sensor, and equipped with fans and lights as the clothes dryer in wet or damp conditions. We do not need to worry about the clothes that are on the line if the weather conditions are not friendly or clothes are still wet or damp, because it is protected with a clever system whereby clothesline clothesline will be entered into a security room at a time when the weather in the rain, overcast, or strong winds and when clothes are safety dirungan still wet or damp, eating humidity sensor will give input to the Arduino Mega 2560 to carry out the drying process by the fan and lights so we do not have to worry anymore if the clothes are dried in the sun is still wet or damp. The design tool created smart clothesline as a whole can work well and allow can be applied in everyday life.

Abstract

Academic Information System at Attaqwa 52 Bekasi Madrasah Ibtidaiyah still done manually and the method is still less effective. So it is less fast and efficient in delivering information to teachers and students. Academic information system is a system designed to meet the needs of managing academic data such as student data, teacher data, scheduling and student grades. The development method used is the waterfall method, which is one of the methods of developing information systems that are systematic and quantitative, meaning that each stage in this method is carried out sequentially and continuously. Abstract

The author has conducted research at UD Stores. Variant Jl. Kabu-Kabu No. 31 Pematangsiantar and found a problem where the theft was prone to the place and no employees guarded the store during the closing. Then another problem arises how to monitor stores from a distance by using SMS Gateway notifications. So here the author provides a solution so that the store can be monitored remotely with SMS Gateway Notifications. The author implements a Magnetic switch on the front door so that when the door is forced open the buzzer will ring and the owner receives an SMS, then in the front room the writer implements a PIR sensor where when a human passes the sensor the buzzer will turn on and the shop owner will get SMS notification.

The purpose of this rsearch is to help facilitate the office of the village The method used is the C4.5 algorithm is one method that can analyze large amounts of data or commonly called data mining. In this study an application was made that implements a decision tree with the C4.5 algoritthm , the results of this study are in the form of an application program based on the conditions of the decision tree results that have been found to determine the recruitment of village officials

Abstract

Cancer is a disease caused by abnormal growth of body tissue cells that turn into cancer cells. One of them is breast cancer, cancer is often suffered by women. Some women tend not to know it has been exposed to the disease. Expert systems are computer-based systems that use knowledge, facts and reasoning techniques in solving problems commonly solved by an expert. Expert system is an artificial intelligence that learns how to imitate the way an expert thinks in solving a problem, or take a decision based on existing facts. In this study, we will design an expert system used to diagnose cancer using forward chaining method. Abstract

In supporting plantation operations, one of the obstacles faced by plantations is the processing system for palm oil principal inventory data, fertilizer dosage data and fertilizer demand data which are still done manually, resulting in delays in processing fertilizer realization and takes a long time. This research began with several methods, namely (interviews) directly to the speakers, field studies, literature studies and direct observations of the system created. This study aims to make it easier for management to see the availability of stock of goods from manuals to computerized systems using web-based systems, this system is closely related to computer media, hoping this system can produce information easily, quickly and accurately. Information system processing data for palm oil principal inventory, fertilizer dosage data and fertilizer demand data which are still done manually causes delays in processing fertilizer realization data processing, by using a system designed the information system processing data for principal oil palm inventory, fertilizer dosage data and data fertilizer needs can help agencies in processing data quickly, precisely, and accurately.
