Abstract

Geographic Information System is an information system that is used to enter, store, recall, process, analyze, and produce data on geographic or geospatial reference, to support a decision and planning process. With the existence of a geographic information system it will be easier for decision makers to know the mapping of the number of drug abuse areas in the Southeast Aceh Regency. Because with the existence of GIS, it will be illustrated the mapping of the number of drug abuse areas in Southeast Aceh in actual conditions. In this study, Self-Organizing Maps (SOM) was used as a method to determine the grouping of data on drug abuse areas. Self-Organizing Maps (SOM) contains layers that will arrange themselves based on input certain values in a group known as clusters. Thus the learning process of the Self Organizing Map algorithm forms 4 clusters with different characteristics in each cluster and has different colors in each cluster. Furthermore, the system implementation utilizes ArcGIS 10.1. The results of this study are an illustration of the mapping of drug abuse areas in the Southeast Aceh district that can provide information about the area of drug abuse in the Southeast Aceh District

Abstract

Islamic boarding school is a dormitory-based Islamic religious education institution. Until now, Islamic boarding schools have had the same level as junior and senior high schools. So that many of the parents want their children to go to a pesantren. However, some parents lack information from the pesantren. Such as address, activities, and so on. One way to get this information is by browsing on the internet. But that is only part of it. Because most Islamic boarding schools don't have official websites. And also for prospective Islamic boarding school graduates who want to complete their final obligations by serving at other Islamic boarding schools, it will also be difficult to find information about Islamic boarding schools, given that they are not allowed to bring electronic items to Pesantren. To overcome the above problems the author wants to design an android-based application by implementing the zhu-takaoka algorithm. Zhu-Takaoka algorithm is one string matching algorithm that can do word search with a lot of shifts with an array of 2 (two) dimensions

Abstract

The Regional Revenue Service (DISPENDA) of Pekanbaru City is a Regional Work Unit (SKPD) which is given the authority to collect and manage local taxes as well as the Regional Financial Management Officer (PPKD). As a tax collection SKPD that relies heavily on trust and public service, DISPENDA is demanded to provide optimal services by always prioritizing the quality of service so that taxpayers will feel satisfied and comfortable, especially for land and building tax (PBB). At present there are still complaints from taxpayers for services provided by DISPENDA, which results in laziness to pay taxes so that there are many tax arrears. For this reason, it is necessary to measure the level of service so that they can find out the complaints of taxpayers and DISPENDA employees can improve the quality of their services. This study uses the Servqual (Service Quality) method which includes variables or dimensions in the form of physical evidence (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), and empathy (empathy). The results of the test show that each variable gets a positive customer indicator value, namely the physical evidence indicator = 3.82, guarantee = 3.61, empathy = 3.58, responsiveness = 3.66 and reliability = 3.67 from the standard value set. Variable physical evidence (tangibles), has a significant positive influence on satisfaction of taxpayers with an indicator value = 3.82, while the variables of empathy (reliability), reliability (responsiveness), and guarantee (assurance) effect but not significant impact on taxpayer services. This measurement of service level to provide public satisfaction in carrying out its obligations and increase land and building tax revenues for DISPENDA

Abstract

The development of technology in Indonesia is developing so rapidly. This development can be seen from various retails that have used a computerized system in carrying out the buying and selling process. One minimarket that has used a computerized system in the buying and selling process is the Al Barokah Mart Shop. In taking data by interview and observation, this research uses quantitative methods. The purpose of this research is to find out the pattern of arrangement of goods in the minimarket and analyze how the patterns of purchase from consumers. In managing the data obtained, the associatin rules method is used to look for patterns of relationships between items that often appear in many transactions. The process of determining product purchasing patterns is done by applying data mining with a priori algorithm method, then the results obtained in the highest Al Barokah Mart case that appear on egg and indomie items with a support value of 46.66% and a confidence value of 87.50, while indomie and eggs with a support value of 46.66% and a confidence value of 63.63%.

Abstract

Data mining is a technique for producing information from a data warehouse into new knowledge. Information is very important and useful to achieve a goal, therefore many people who use information, as well as those carried out in sales businesses such as 212 Mart. 212 Mart is located with a residential complex of residents, of course, will affect the level of sales every day, this causes data storage is increasingly growing, besides that the laying of goods is also not following consumer behavior. The association rule analysis with apriori algorithm is the right method to find the association pattern based on consumer shopping patterns so that it can be known the goods purchased at the same time. The results of this study found the highest support and confidence values are Eggs and Noodles, with a support value of 40% and a confidence value of 85.71%.

Abstract

A birth certificate is a document that must be owned by a citizen. This document contains information about the birth of a person and is an official record of proof of state recognition of the person's existence. The purpose of this study is to group birth certificate documents in each district in Simalungun Regency. The research data was obtained from the Population and Civil Registry Office of Simalungun Regency. The grouping algorithm used is the K-means algorithm which is one of the Data Mining algorithms that is good for the case of grouping. By using this algorithm the data that has been obtained can be grouped into several clusters, where the application of the K-Means Clustering process uses the RapidMiner tool. Data is divided into 3 groups: high (C1), medium (C2) and low (C3). The results obtained from this study are in December entered into a high level cluster (C1), in August, September and October entered into a medium cluster (C2), and in January, February, March, April, May, June, July and November entered into the low cluster (C3).

Abstract

The application of data mining is very well done, especially in predicting transaction patterns that are very often done in the sale and purchase of household furniture, household furniture is goods that are very much in demand by many groups, especially mothers, the higher the amount of demand, the more data transactions that must be processed, dug up to obtain the desired information and needed a method approach to processing transaction patterns that are the most desirable so that a store or company can sort out the inventory of goods that must be met based on the level of market needs, appropriate methods and has been widely used in one of the sales prediction is the Apriori method is a method that uses association rules that aim to see the associative relationship between a combination of items with other items, in data mining using the a priori method can also be done with very much data from and processed with a fast time and a very good level of data prediction accuracy.

Abstract

RSA has two keys, namely public key and secret key. RSA bases its encryption and decryption process on the concepts of prime numbers and modulo arithmetic. Both encryption and decryption keys are integers. The encryption key is not kept secret and given to the public (so called the public key), but the key for decryption is confidential (private key). To find the decryption key, it is done by factoring an integer into its prime factors. Therefore to strengthen the security of the RSA algorithm it is necessary to process the key making by factoring an integer into its prime factors in general. Because this is so common, a key modification to the RSA algorithm needs to be done. Modifications are carried out by using another algorithm that uses random numbers. By entering random numbers, it is considered able to eliminate the possibility of an attacker guessing the results by knowing the algorithm. One of these algorithms is the Blum Blum Shub Algorithm (BBS) algorithm. The purpose of using the Blum Blum Shub (BBS) algorithm is to make the key more difficult to guess, making it difficult for cryptanalysts to read the message or information. Based on the results of the above analysis that the RSA algorithm can be used for key formation by using the Blum Blum Shub algorithm as a key used in the RSA algorithm

Abstract

Digital camera recording images often have a number of disturbances that may occur, such as lens out of focus, spots appear due to imperfect capture, uneven lighting resulting in non-uniform intensity, image contrast is too low so objects are difficult to separate from background, or interference caused by dirt that adheres to the image and so forth. Noise is an image or pixel that interferes with image quality. Noise can be caused by physical (optical) interference with the acquisition tool or intentionally due to inappropriate processing. Examples are random or unwanted black or white spots that appear in the image. These random spots are called salt & pepper noise. By using the Weighted Mean Filter method, images that have noise can be overcome so that the resulting image can be better than the previous image.
