Abstract

Abstract: Curriculum is a component that determine the educational system. In curriculum development, including Arabic curriculum, there many components many components that must associate one another tho achive the targeted objectives in the curriculum development. In addition, there are some models that may be adopted in the curriculum development like The Administrative Model, The Grass roots Model, Model Beuchamp’s system, The demontrasion model, Taba’s interveted model, Roger’s interpersonal relations model, The systematic action-research model, Emerging Technical Model. These models can adjusted to some approaches like academic subject, humanistic, technology, and so forth. Abstract. Human Resource Management (HRM) is all activities related to the recognition of the importance of educators and education personnel in schools as vital human resources, which contribute to school goals, and utilize functions and activities that ensure that human resources are used effectively and fair for the benefit of individuals, schools and communities. Human resource management aims to formulate the needs of educators and education personnel, develop and empower educators and education personnel to obtain the optimal value of benefits for individual educators and education personnel concerned. The scope of management of human resources in schools is HR Planning, analysis of educators and education personnel, procurement of educators and education personnel, selection of educators and education personnel, orientation, placement and assignment, compensation, performance assessment, career development, training and personnel development educators and the creation of work life quality, educator and education power negotiations, research of educators and education personnel, pensions and dismissal of teaching and education personnel. Abstract

This paper describes improving the quality of education through school-based management, committee involvement and effectiveness of school implementation, curriculum implementation, and learning outcomes in schools. The education stake holders should be able to respond and accommodate the expectations and demands of the community in the decision-making process to improve the quality of education. The process transformation of school-based management should be a major part of the decision-making process in improving the quality of education. While the community is required for the participation in order to better understand education, while the government plays a role in determining the basic framework of education policy.

Abstract: One of the most critical resources in management is human resources. The importance of this human resource requires being apprehended by all levels of management, as well as in management education. Although the emergence of sophisticated technology today, the human factor still strikes an essential role in the success of an association. Human resources are an indispensable constituent in an organisation because humans are the first and primary element in management before the other aspects. Accordingly, human resource management has a vital role in administering and accomplishing organizational goals, not least in educational institutions. Human resources must be appropriately regulated by its function so that these human resources can execute a role in the duties and functions of the institutions that they involve. Abstract

Abstract. Work culture is part of the view that makes values, habits, strengths and drivers in the life of the group organization, which reflects patterns of attitudes, behavior and beliefs, ideals, opinions and actions in the work. Work culture is one of the components of human quality that is deeply embedded in national identity and is a basic benchmark in development. It was hoped that the head of the madrasah would be able to influence and mobilize the individual spirit in his institution in the form of solid cooperation in realizing a reliable work culture. A reliable work culture will have a positive impact on institutional management, such as respecting time, working as well as possible and professionally, working honestly and being of worship value, increasing work performance, building management of openness and healthy competition, eliminating collusion of nepotism and corruption, building employment opportunities together with all subordinates in developing achievements, careers and positions and applying efficient and effective ways of working. Kata kunci: Head of madrasa and a reliable work culture.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper discusses planning in education. Educational planning is the basis of implementation in education by looking at the future that will be done to develop order to be more effective and efficient in accordance with the needs of the community to achieve development targets, which can be relied upon. Good planning must be able to provide answers to the concept of questions formulated in six questions, namely: what, why, where, when, who, what, what will be planned. The type in the process can be used in terms of time, namely the long term, win and short term planning, based on scope, macro, meso, and micro, as well as approaches based on education levels. The planning process starts from the preparation of program plans, implementation of plans, supervision and evaluation.Through good planning in education, the results that are expected to achieve.Keywords: Planning and education

The challenges come to the low students’ prior knowledge and their motivation to learn Arabic. Implementation of management information systems affect the social and cultural issues of the organization in the world of education. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to provide an overview of madrasah-based management in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Watampone, and madrasah-based management in improving the quality of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Watampone. This research is a type of qualitative research. The source of the research data was the head of the madrasah, the deputy head of the madrasah curriculum section, the deputy head of the madrasah in the infrastructure facility, the deputy head of the madrasah in the student section, the deputy head of the madrasah in the public relations department, the teacher, and the school committee. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is analyzed through steps of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study found that madrasah-based management in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Watampone has been carried out well, through planning stages with the preparation of work programs and budget plans involving all madrasa components. The implementation of the work program is carried out according to each division of labor. Madrasa leadership is carried out by the head of the madrasah. Supervision and evaluation are carried out to ensure that all activities are carried out properly and as a reference for further improvements. Madrasah information systems are used to obtain information on the development of education. Quality improvement in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Watampone is carried out by meeting all national standards of education criteria and improving student achievement. In fulfilling the criteria for standard nasinonal education, it is ensured by carrying out all activities related to this matter through the leadership of a strong madrasa head, good cooperation between madrasah components, and fulfillment of professional duties and responsibilities. Abstract: The concept of tri education centers consisting of schools, families, and society shows that education is a joint responsibility. Therefore, the development of school education should involve various stakeholders who are in the circle tri education center. Among the participation of society in the development of school education is supervising / guiding habits children learn at home, guiding and supporting children's academic activities, as well as giving a boost to research, discuss ideas or actual events. In this context, the urgency of community participation in the development of school education can be perceived as a process from the society, by the society and for the society.
