Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the interpersonal communication of teacher and school culture influence to student learning motivation of SMK Al Ikhwaniyah of South Tangerang. This research uses survey method with correlational approach. The variables studied using three variables consist of independent variables of teacher interpersonal communication and school culture, the next variable of student learning motivation. Population in this research is all student of class XI and XII SMK Al Ikhwaniyah Tangerang Selatan academic year 2016-2017 total population 136 student, sample counted 102 student with proportionate random sampling sampling technique. Interpersonal communication of teacher and school culture have positive and significant effect together to student learning motivation with high interpretation level that is 97,5%. This means that increased interpersonal communication of teachers followed by a good school culture will increase student learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the interpersonal communication interactions of PAI teachers and learning motivation towards the learning achievement of PAI students. Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Islam empties Boyolali in the academic year 2017/2018.The results of the analysis show that (1) There is a significant effect between PAI interpersonal communication and learning achievement. This can be seen from the results of t-count of -2.302> t-table -2,021. This is also corroborated by the significant value of Interpersonal Communication of 0.026. Because the significance value is 0.026 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the variables of Interpersonal Communication on Student Learning Achievement. (2) There is a significant influence between motivation and learning achievement. This can be seen t-count -2.111> t-table -2.021. Because the value of t-count> t-table is -2.111> -2.201, then motivation has competence in PAI students' learning achievement. This is also corroborated by the significant motivation value of 0.026. Because the significance value is 0.040 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a variable influence on Student Learning Achievement. (3) There are interactions between interpersonal teachers of PAI communication and motivation together (simultaneous) with learning achievement. From the results of data processing can be obtained R² value of 0.386 So Interpersonal Communication and Motivation Increases learning achievement by 38.6%, while the remaining 61.4% is needed by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to measure "the influence of Joko Widodo's social media on the electability of Joko Widodo in the 2019 Presidential Election." As the basis of this study, the theory of Computer Mediated Communication is used. In addition, the cognitive response theory. The research method used is explanatory. While the sampling technique used is the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data was analyzed using R and T. Based on the results of the analysis showing that the influence between Joko Widodo's Instagram social media and Elektabilitas Joko Widodo is at a strong level of influence.

Abstract

ANTV television station is one of the television has a flagship program that became the current phenomenon is the Indian series "Uttaran" which aired every day. This show is not only interested in teenagers but also among housewives. This research uses quantitative approach with the aim to know whether there is influence between watching impression Uttaran in ANTV to social behavior of housewife in RT 05 RW 08 Keluarahan Malaka Sari Kecamatan Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur. The research technique used in this research is survey and technical data analysis that is tested simple regression that begins with univariate analysis for descriptive statistic and then proceed with bivariate analysis of pearson correlations. The results of this study also shows that watching uttaran impressions affect the social behavior of housewives, so H0 is rejected means that the variables watching the uttaran impressive effect positive and significan on the social behavior of housewife variables. This research needs to be examined from the side of men who notebene they can only give comments made by mothers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out what and how the Integrated Marketing Communication strategy was conducted by Grand Sahid Jaya Jakarta Hotel to improve Brand Image. This study uses the concept of Fours Step, a qualitative research method. The paradigm used in this study is the constructivist paradigm. This study uses three kinds of data collection techniques, namely primary data (in-depth interviews (depth interviews), observation) and secondary data. To test the validity of the data in this study, researchers used triangulation of source data to check the correctness of the data disclosed by the speakers. From the results of this study indicate that in improving the image of Grand Sahid Jaya Jakarta Hotel, the smart marketing program is one of the strategies carried out by Grand Sahid Jaya Jakarta Hotel in maintaining good relations with clients.

Abstract

This study examined digital media literacy skills of university students based on Jenkins and his colleagues’ classification. Toward this purpose, an Likert scale was administered to a sample (n=150). This scale included a multi-component understanding of media literacy such as tackling the consumption of media messages and the original creation of multimedia material. This study also aimed to assess participants’ new media literacy skills by presenting about their social and cultural modes of engagement, online interaction, and media consumption and creation patterns. The statements were conceptually built around the 12 new media literacy levels skills identified by Jenkins and his colleagues. These skills are: Play, appropriation, distributed cognition, collective intelligence, judgment, transmedia navigation, networking, negotiation, and visualization. The results of the study showed that individuals who spent more time on Internet, social media, and blogging had the highest media literacy skills levels. Furthermore, the average of new media literacy levels among respondents were quite good and well, and there is no significant difference in the new media literacy skills based on the demographics of respondents.

Abstract

In this research, author is doing research about the use of instagram stories as a self-existence arena (case study on @jihanputri). This research used a qualitative based approach with constructivism paradigm, and case study method. In collecting data, author used indepth interview and observation. So, the purpose of this research is to find out the use of instagram stories as a self-existence arena which done by @jihanputri. Based on the research that has done by indepth interview and observation to the source, author found that @jihanputri used her instagram stories not only to communicate but also share information to her followers. While @jihanputri communicate to her followers more frequent, she gain more existence on people’s eyes.

Abstract

The research is aimed to study the student’s assessment of Advertising in FIKOM UPDM (B) about Anggun C Sasmi as an endoser of the advertising of Pantene on the television. The effect between determination of shampoo pantene in FIKOM UPDM (B)’s students to Anggun C Sasmi as an endorser of Pantene’s advertising. The research use Theory Hierarchy of Effects and Model AIDA, correlation method with two variable, Anggun C. Sasmi as an Endorser and Determination of shampoo pantene in FIKOM UPDM(B)’s students, with populations 144 students and Sample(N) 59 students by the random sampling method.The reaserch concludes that, there is effect between variable Anggun C. Sasmi as an endorser to determination of shampoo pantene in FIKOM UPDM(B)’s students. That is shown by linear regression with r square ( r2 ) is 0.479, There is an effect between Anggun C. Sasmi as Endorser is 47,9% to determination of Shampoo Pantene in FIKOM UPDM(B)’s students, and 52,1% is contributed by the factors out of this research.

Abstract

This study aims at 1) To find out the application of therapist interpersonal communication and teachers with autistic children in Special School Spectrum; 2) To find out the obstacles faced by therapists and teachers in dealing with, directing, and teaching autistic children who aim to form independent living children; 3) To find out the reason for giving therapy that is in accordance with the abilities of each child or the level they have obtained at Special School Spectrum. The method used in this writing is descriptive qualitative approach and data collection using the interview method. Interpersonal communication of teachers and therapists to autistic children in Special School Spectrum is an example of communication with different special stages of communication in general and how these specific stages help overcome the limitations that exist in learning communication and education in autistic children. Communication between teachers and therapists for autistic children uses methods and tools that are different from communication in general.

Abstract

The communication that takes place between individuals and individuals in the science of communication is known as interpersonal communication. Conflict in Interpersonal Relationships is one thing that differs between individuals who have relationships with one another, such as close friends, family members, and so on. The phrase ‘having a relationship’ emphasizes the people who are every position and every action of others. In the context of conflict there are several ways that can be used, verbal aggressiveness and / or creative arguments. Where verbal aggression and argumentativity are two dimensions of aggressive communication. Verbal aggressiveness, a destructive form of aggressive communication, destroys individuals. Verbally verbal individuals usually hurt people who use verbal aggressive words whereas Argumentativity becomes a generally stable trait that affects individuals in communication to advocate every issue in controversial issues and verbally attack people others who use these issues. The concept of learning as constructive. this study is expected to provide assistance for the continued research of effective interpersonal relationship management models. By knowing ways of developing interpersonal relationships and conflict resolution by students who can identify and compare their students, enables users to create learning strategies tailored to the characteristics of students, and can create learning that teaches (more) conducive.
