The development of Islamic banking industry is rapid. Data from Indonesian Bank shows the growth of asset annually (YoY) are 33.49%. This rapid growth brings the consequences of increasingly needed of Human Resources who understand the concept, practical and operationalization of Islamic bank. Nevertheless, the results of Indonesian's Bank research showing that there are 90% of Islamic bank employees do not has Islamic economic background. To meet the needs of this human resources, some vocational high schools (Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan) already has expertise program in Islamic bank. However, the Collage of Education in Indonesia does not yet has a department of Islamic Economic Education or a similar study program that produces a teacher of Islamic bank. Synergy between collage and teachers is needed to increase the teachers competence in teaching in Islamic Bank. This community service program done to improve understanding of teachers by conducting training in Demak District. Training materials related to the concept of Islamic economy, operationalization of Islamic banks and accounting. Based on data using a different test T-Test yielded a significance value are 0.000. This result that this training provides benefits of improving teachers' understanding of Islamic economy.

Problems faced by farmers is the lack of or reduced income their farm at the time of wetland swampy submerged in water for over 6 months due to climatic factors, lack of knowledge of farmers about alternative farming can be done in the yard to increase revenue during the waiting paddy can be cultivated, and lack of knowledge about the use of banana stems in the cultivation of plants. The purpose of this activity is to increase the skills farmers who are members of the Ingin Maju II Farmers Group Desa Pasar Senin dan Sukamaju IV Farmers Group Desa Kandang Halang, Amuntai Tengah District of North Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. This public service using direct extension methods that combine lecture and demonstration plots. While the result is the knowledge and skills of farmers to grow with the establishment of 10 demplot verticulture each farmer group.Keywords: Vertikultur, banana stalks, yard, farmer groups.

In the process of mounting an ad to be aired or published, an advertisement must be designed in advance as you wish installer and adapted to the size and content of the material you want to advertise. This time the results of advertising design sent from the office of PT BKU to Banjarmasin Post office (section Advertising Production) via email. Sending files advertising design via email often experience problems that the size of the design files exceed the maximum limit on the delivery of email which is only 25 MB only, while the size of the ad design can sometimes be up to 75 MB and even 500 MB, because if the size is too converted (under 25MB), the results of design display can be blurred or broken, so they can let advertisers. Therefore, to overcome the above problems with the development of IT is now no such thing as Cloud Computing, which is an online file storage in the form of documents, images or video. DropBox is storage (storage) offers 2 GB of storage space for free. Unlike other file hosting, DropBox advantages is that it can be synchronized directly on the computer that we use (PC or Handphone), so that we can access the files that we save wherever we are, even while offline.

Obesity is a health problem throughout the world. Obesity as a component of the metabolic syndrome, is very complex and multifactorial. Obesity is generally caused by energy input exceeding the body's use of energy for the sake of basal metabolism, physical activity, food waste disposal and for growth. The city of Tangerang ranks first for the prevalence of obesity from Banten Province. The results of the activity stated that the prevalence of obesity in Taklim women was 44 percent. This program is an empowerment of Majelis Taklim women to overcome and prevent health problems, especially metabolic syndrome by conducting screening and counseling. The result is that participants can know the symptoms and signs of metabolic syndrome through anthropometric measurements and laboratory tests, participants can know how to prevent metabolic syndrome and can provide explanations to the family and the surrounding community about prevention of metabolic syndrome

Troso's weaving product as a heritage of Troso village ancestors has so far spread and expand rapidly to all parts of Indonesia and become one of the economic support of Jepara society in general and society of Troso village in particular. However, with the strategic role, there are still obstacles in its empowerment. As the problems faced by both partners are UMKM Aqila Weaving and UMKMLumintu. Devotion to the implementation of science and technology for this community wants to overcome the problems faced by both partners are aspects of management, production, and marketing.The solutions offered are as follows: 1). This activity involves two groups , that is Tani Farmer's Group Work Kalbuja and Farmer's Group Karya Tani. The main problem faced by the two groups of farmers related to feed processing technology and maintenance management intensive duck . The purpose of this activity is to provide training , demonstration and application of appropriate technology in terms of maintenance management intensive duck - feed and local feed processing.. The method used is counseling , training and assistance to members of farmer groups as partner. The results showed that the activities of members of the farmers who are very enthusiastic partner and give a very positive response to the activities offered . This success indicator is able to implement a maintenance management breeder ducks , able to process quality and production of duck feed produced quite high ( 2.25 to 2.75 kg / ) and feed conversion of 2.25 -2.30 . Implikaai of this activity is 20 % of the members of the group independently partners have been able to expand its business , namely the maintenance intended for ranged from 100 to 350 male ducks, and 100-200 laying ducks.

Since many years ago, house building with stage system has been known by Kalimantan society, especially the society of South Kalimantan and here the benefits of the house with stage system are introduced. In the past, the main benefit of the stage system was to avoid attack of wild animals, so the height of the house could reach 250 cm. Beneath the house, people could do routine activities such as pounding paddy and children could play if the soil under the house was dry. In the introduction of the house benefits, it is explained that if backfilling for the house is conducted, the volume of the backfilling in the form of material, gravel, sand, and soil do not add the volume of water which comes due to tide and rain with long duration and high intensity. Volume plays important role in the increase of the overflowing water. The volume causing the increase of overflowing water can be obtained by multiplying the area of a house and its height if all house buildings do not utilize stage system. The lecture in this socialization is shown by using demonstration tool in the form of vessel which contains water, so if a solid item is put in the vessel, the surface of the water inside the vessel will rise.

The aim of the Village Development Grant Program is to make efforts to empower the Lempake village community to use water hyacinth processing technology as animal feed and home industry in order to reduce sedimentation of Benanga reservoirs and increase the productivity of the community of Lempake village. Factors that trigerring this activity are the low of knowledge and skill data of comunity to optimize the potention of water hyacinth that become one of the keys in the reservoir in the kelurahan where the activity is located. Target Activities This Village Development Grant is a PKK group from the Lempake Village and the Subur Livestock Group. The main method in this activity is training and monitoring. Water hyacinth processing training produces several types of crafts (bags, tissue boxes and pillows) and the formation of community business groups, Egona Mulawarman. Meanwhile, to train feed cattle, water hyacinth using to make silage. The working relationships that exist include the City of Samarinda Industry Agency, and the Samarinda City Agriculture Service.Keywords : Empowerment, Water Hyacinth, Village Development Grants Program, handicrafts and silage.

Trash is a major problem in Banjarbaru City thus far. The trash volume in Banjarbaru approximately 120 tons per day on year 2017-2018 and that goes to landfill thereabouts 105 tons. Therefore, it is important manage the household waste, so do on community level through "Bank of Trash" as an efforts in creating a Pro Climate (PROKLlM) hometown. Household waste management success through Bank of Trash as one of the efforts of creating "Kampung Proklim" is influenced by the level of knowledge and skill of group manager, waste management technology that mastered, management of waste, community support and the participation of other institutions. The General conditions of the Bank Trash Benawa Raya Mandiri (BRM) is quite adequate, but merely collecting and selling inorganic garbage from citizens around settlement of Benawa Raya Mandiri to the Gatherer, on the other hand, organic waste is available in abundance in settlement area of Benawa Raya Mandiri, so it consider to be necessary to open such group counselling and training to transfer knowledge and technology to process the organic waste become compost.Keywords: Bank of Trash, Pro Climate Hometown , Compost
