Care and healing patients in hospitals is not just a matter of medical care, more than that requires a holistic-comprehensive approach covering the spiritual aspects of patients. The importance of spiritual aspects in supporting the healing of patients cannot be negotiated anymore, because patients in hospitals, especially inpatients with acute illness not only suffer from various physical ailments but they also experience various stresses and spiritual mental disorders from mild to severe as the result of his illness. Patients who suffer from severe illness experience various anxieties, fears, as well as patients who will face surgery and post-surgery, patients who face critical moments such as facing death, dying, is not the realm of medical care issues alone, but it really needs assistance, services, and spiritual assistance. This study tries to apply a communication model carried out by spiritual guidance (Binroh) to patients in the Islamic Hospital and Muhammadiyah Metro Hospital. This research aims to determine the application of interpersonal communication models of spiritual guidance (binroh) at Islamic Hospital and Muhammadiyah Metro Hospital to the healing of patients, as well as the results achieved in the application of interpersonal communication in both hospitals. This research uses a qualitative approach. Terminologically qualitative research is research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people or observable behavior. Qualitative research methods seek to understand and interpret the meaning of an event in human behavior interactions in certain situations. Researchers in this case make direct observations in the process of fostering patients by spiritual staff in Islamic Hospital and Muhammadiyah Metro Hospital.

The desire of mankind to live full of serenity and peace will never be realized if acts of terror, greed, injustice, and whatever form that represents a sanity still remain grounded. History has noted that acts of terrorism and violence, not a problem solving, but make complicated and increasing a problem. Terrorism is a form of extraordinary crime (extra ordinary crime). In an effort to prevent the understanding of terrorism that becomes the enemy of the state and also the religious community, the government or the security side must also coordinate with the scholars, da'i and community figures in order that the society and the country are getting away from munkar. The government and society should not allow rampant injustice and socio-economic imbalance. Therefore, according to Nur Syam really needed is the integration between hard power and soft power to overcome this religious radicalism. The hard power represented by government is essentially to cope instantaneously or to cope quickly with the radical movement. Art is a thing that contains beauty, fun and everything that is fascinating and exciting. This is because basically the art itself is created to give birth to fun and give birth to the beauty and pleasure is the desire and the human penchant because it is the nature of human naluriyah endowed Allah SUBHANAHU WA TA’ALA . Throughout the history of human life has never been found a people who distanced themselves from bebagai kinds of art. Da'wah means is, calling, inviting, inviting, calling, encouraging Muslims to do good. Islamic da'wah is a call of obligation that is not determined by social structure, position or color difference of skin but for all people who claim to be Muslim. Muslims must learn to overcome that the hadith of the Prophet (peace be upon him) as a guide to life after the Qur'an. Human laws that are not determined by law, how to practice them, are not specified in the Al-Qur'an verse in an absolute way and clearly, this makes the believers aware of the need to find a solution in this matter through al-hadith. A pious hadith is a hadith which is based on the Prophet Mhammad SAW whose sanad is in a group, narrated on fair and dhabit narrators until the end of the sanad, there are no irregularities and no flaws and no defects. The hasan hadith is a hadith that is justified by a just person, but his mind is less strong, not defective and odd. The dhaif hadith is a hadith in which there are no saheeh and hadots hasan conditions.

Al-Farabi decribes the sequences of ovents that may be a form of (natural beings) of substances that must be al-being (God). He asked that God is a mind that is not a thing. Evrything emanates (emanation) of god, becouse god knows (think) his substance and who knew that he was the cause of all his known form. Then the non-physical beings that there is absolute a lot, so that the amount can be rated in a hierarchy, culminating in a god. How does it happen emansi, Farabi explains that God is really the One at all. Becouse he came out of him as well of one form only. When he came out off the form of God who spelled, it means, it‘s god spelled substance.

Muhammadiyah as an Islamic movement based on the Qur'an and Sunnah with tajdid movement inherent in him always carrying the mission of amar ma'ruf nahi mungkar in all areas of life. In order to make Islam a rahmatan li al-'alamin then Muhammadiyah adopt various approaches and strategy of da'wah, among others through Cultural Da'wah. Cultural da'wah as an approach and strategy of da'wah in the context of actualization of Islamic teachings in the midst of the dynamics of culture and social change in a society run gradually in accordance with the conditions of local communities. The focus of cultural da'wah lies in awareness of faith so that people are willing to accept and fulfill all Islamic teachings covering aqidah, worship, morality, and muamalah by considering the stages of social change based on social, economic, cultural, and political plurality of a society so that finally the ideal stage Islamic society can be achieved as the main mission of the Islamic message. Muhammadiyah's concept of cultural propagation essentially relies on two aspects, aspects of dynamism and purification. First, the dynamics appreciate the potential and the tendency of human beings as cultural beings, to make efforts so that culture can bring to the progress and enlightenment of human life. Secondly, purification tries to avoid the preservation of culture that is evident in terms of Islamic teachings are shirk, superstition, bid'ah and khurafat.

Hasan Albanna was the founding figure of the Muslim Brotherhood, he grew up in the city of Delta Egypt, Muhammadiyah. His father was a parasier, and the ulama, as was common in Egyptian society, Hasan followed in his father's footsteps. Hasan Albanna studied and received religious education from his father. At the age of 12, Hasan Albanna entered elementary school. Hasan Albanna then joined the group, namely the munkar prevention group. This association emphasizes explaining Islamic rituals and morality completely, and sends letters of threat to those found to violate Islamic standards. The view of the Muslim Brotherhood of da'wah is compensitive and universal, Islamic da'wah is not limited to only one not just so that each side gets a balanced portion, but Islamic da'wah affirms all sides and tries to make it happen both mind, spiritually, heart and body . The aspects of Islamic da'wah that are of concern are thought, morals, jihad, social politics, and culture.

Islam as a true religion and universal. Islam is also a religion that includes rituals and spiritual values. The pillars of Islam must be understood as a value of ritual as well as spiritual, which must transform values into life, especially in the form of civilized human resources. The Tranformation process is carried out through a gradual process (tadarruj) of all the values embedded in its life. With this process, it will form a superior features of civilization Human resources with personal and social competencies Pillars of Islam as a strategy of forming superior quality of Human Resource, is making it as a gradual system in shaping of human Resource. The phasing begins with the formation of beliefs, character formation, financial formation, the formation of social sensitivity and the formation of internationally qualified individuals. Pillars of Islam as an Human Resource profile capable of global competitiveness should make it as a competency in building personal coopency and social and organizational competence. Personal competence includes the ability to build vision statements, change personality, and self-control in order to achieve success. While the social and organizational competence, including kemamapuan menysinergikan and potency in self and ummah to build strength, and ability to develop themselves continuously.

Literary work is a subtle medium in conveying the values of morality in da'wah. The beauty of words in literature can provide entertainment and imply the values of personality that can teach goodness. So many moral values that can be presented by literary works as a means of someone to convey the message of da'wah with beautiful sentences. So in addition to the works of literature can provide entertainment, the readers can also reap the wisdom of the message of da'wah presented the author with a beautiful and interesting language. The moral value can also be derived from the character of the story in the novel as well as from the beauty of the poetic sentence presented by a poet. The theme of love in literature such as the simple novel "Garis Waktu" from Fiersa Besari and the anthology of "Asal Muasal Pelukan" from Chandra Malik is an alternative to reading that is not only entertaining but implies moral values. although the main theme in this literary work is not including religious themes, but this work contains many good moral values and can be applied in the behavior of community life. da'wah method through literary works is expected to be an alternative in the planting of morality without a sense of patronizing.
